We have had a brilliant time here with our lovely hosts Janine & Walt who couldn't do enough to assist with questions. The chalet itself is very well positioned - a stones throw from the ski bus stop and also if you fly in to Zurich, the Arlberg Express stops here too. There is ample parking for 3/4 cars under cover which is great. Inside, the chalet is very comfortable with ample sized bedrooms all en-suite and a good sized living area with a Smart TV! The boot room is very warm and there is plenty space to hang damp ski wear if necessary. The kitchen is small but functional providing all of you don't go in there together (!)- this is clear on the info so no surprises. All in all a wonderful 2 weeks with family and friends celebrating a large birthday! Thanks Janine and Walt - by the way, the kids were quiet all the way to France eating sweets!

Haus Theresia has been our annual retreat for six consecutive years. Its four double bedrooms (each with private full baths) make it the ideal place for a group of friends who want to spend a week away while enjoying the beautiful Arlberg region and each other's company. In conjunction with its reasonable nightly rates, the spacious common area and suitably-kitted kitchen allow us the option of preparing our own meals, making our entire stay very affordable. Those driving can make use of covered parking for up to three cars, and those arriving by train will be impressed by its proximity to the Langen train station. Your hosts Janine and Walter have seen to every detail, with heated boot warming racks, areas to store and dry your equipment, and even a sauna if you need help warming up. Although not directly at the mountain resorts, the pension is situated on the local bus route, allowing you to be on with slopes within a matter of minutes. By far, the best feature of the house is the family who host your stay: having lived and worked in the region all their lives, they are experts on the area and local community and are happy to provide advice on how get the most out of your stay.

This is an excelllent chalet for famillies, we spent Christmas here with friends and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all ensuite with comfortable beds, there is ample room to store skis and dry ski boots. It snowed quite often whilst we were there so it was good to have covered parking. The area is fanfasitc for skiing in the winter and beautiful for walking in the summmer. I would recogmend this property as a place to stay.

It is a great house, and it worked perfectly for our group of 9. Great location, easy access to ski areas. Easy drive to Lech and St. Anton, did not use the ski bus once, though it was an option. The owners are very friendly and helpful, staying in the same building and providing good advice on skiing, rentals, etc. Bedrooms with attached bathrooms are comfortable, common living room is great and served very well for our breakfasts dinners (we cooked and dined at home). Kitchen is a bit small. Sauna in the basement is a great asset, sits 4 at a time. Bread service is great too. Additional asset: tons of toys and a very friendly dog for the only 5-yr old in our party. We recommend Haus Theresia without any reservations! We will certainly consider it for our future trips to Arlberg.
