The property is exactly as described. Updated and very clean. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed, including some games and puzzles that we enjoyed on a couple of rainy days. The location is also great. Close to attractions and activities but not overcrowded either. Very quiet at night, which was a big plus since we have young kids. Communication with Debbie was fantastic. Check in/out were smooth. I would definitely recommend 1101 OOP. We are already considering rebooking for next year.

We had an excellent stay! Communication with Debbie was awesome and check in was a breeze. This condo is beautiful and has everything you need! Three bedrooms and three baths with comfortable beds and an awesome large deck to enjoy the ocean and watch the dolphins play in the water. It is also so convenient to lots of restaurants and stores. Definitely want to come back. Thank you Debbie for sharing your beautiful home with us, we didn't want to leave.

This was our second vacation staying at this property, and it did not disappoint. The condominium is impeccably clean and well-furnished. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked with nice pans and implements as well as top-line appliances, and the smart TVs are modern and well situated, with fast WiFi. The views of the beach and ocean are spectacular and the gentle sound of the surf lulled us into a pleasant sleep every night. The maintenance staff of the building take great care to keep everything clean and functioning, and we always felt safe with full-time security on staff. There are many activities and sights to see nearby, and restaurants and grocery stores galore just a short drive away. Our favorite is just hanging out on the beautiful, clean beach and spending time relaxing at the spa and pool. The host is just a text away and responds attentively to any questions/needs. Another great stay at One Ocean Place!

Our group had three married couples; this condo with the space and the division of space (3BR/3BA) was perfect for each couple to have their privacy. It has been 10 years since we have vacationed in SC because of a previous bad experience at Myrtle Beach. This area, however, is nothing like Myrtle Beach. Garden City, Surfside, and Murell’s Inlet are all very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there.

This place is spectacular! Everything is remodeled and new. Decor is so nice! Owner is very responsive and wonderful to deal with!!

We had the most amazing week with our two boys! From the moment we walked into this gorgeous condo, until the moment we left, we kept saying we were ready to move in permanently. Not one detail in this fabulous home was overlooked. My morning coffee on the grand wrap-around balcony was just the best and the easy access to and from the beach/pools made quick trips back to the condo for a snack/drink so nice! Communication with our wonderful host Debbie was great from Day 1 of the reservation process, until the day we left. I just cannot say enough good things about our experience---everything exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back!

The view is spectacular! The condo is modern and well maintained! Spacious and cozy living room! The building has easy access to the beach and 2 pools! And it's located in a family friendly neighborhood. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this property.... I drove down from Massachusetts with two of my adult daughters and they are already asking when we can go back! The condo is clean, relaxing, thoughtfully comfortable in every way and tastefully decorated to boot. Property is easy to access and close to many great restaurants and fun activities. The views from the condo and balcony are beyond terrific (we even saw pelicans fly by the balcony a few times during our stay). We all enjoyed swimming in the ocean and relaxing on the beautiful clean beach everyday we were here. The pool and hot tub are nice too. Debbie was very easy to communicate with and a great host! We are so glad we found this place open the week we could get away. We all really enjoyed our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer but unfortunately for us it was already booked! Thank you Debbie and Family for sharing your beautiful home with us, we hope to return on our next trip to South Carolina!

After a long drive we walked into a beautiful place with amazing views. The owners were on top of everything and made this process so easy. We’ve always rented with a company so I wasn’t sure what the process would be like. Fantastic and oh so easy. Definitely one of our favorite stays. Liz V

We just finished our vacation staying at One Ocean Place 1101 and we loved it. Starting with the perfect communication with the owner, Debbie, everything was perfect. The view is absolutely amazing. We loved walking on the beach to the Garden City Pier each morning. The condo was exactly how it was described in the pictures and listing. It is very spacious and clean. Our week was very relaxing and we can't wait to come back. Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful condo for the week.

Great condo on a nice beach. Good location to do day trips all along the SC coast or just relax by the ocean or pool. Host was on the ball and very easy to communicate with. Condo was exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. The pictures are nice but don’t do it justice; it exceeded our expectations!

The condo was exactly as pictured, very well kept up. Debbie was easy to communicate with. The views were awesome. You can relax on the balcony, look out over the ocean, listen to waves, and people watch. It does get breezy up there, so bring a sweatshirt. The beach (Surfside Beach) was very family friendly. Everything was quiet after about 930, except for the occasional firework, nothing crazy. Downtown Myrtle Beach is a 20 minute drive away, but is filled with degenerates and looked like a slum compared to this property. It is a perfect distance from everything. The Murrell's Inlet Marshwalk is less than a 10 minute drive and is filled with restaurants and things to do, all family friendly. The Garden City Pier/ Beach is about a 20 minute walk down the street and is a great place to get ice cream, have a drink, and fish. Overall, I would highly recommend 1101 Ocean Place!

Ocean Place 1101 looked exactly as the pictures posted. It was exactly what we needed for our Girls’ Trip! Debbie was easy to get a hold of and quick to respond on the two minor issues we had. I enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio with my toddler while watching the tides come in. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. and loved having a laundry area! We left a small beach umbrella and stand and a little beach chair on the patio for the next guests to enjoy if they please. Having a TV in every bedroom was great since we had 3 teenagers with us and 3 bathrooms were amazing as well. I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again!

If you are looking for oceanfront property that has it all, THIS IS IT!! You are ON the ocean with breathtaking views and the location to beach access is just steps from the elevator. Debbie is more that helpful with answering any questions you may have and has provided the comforts of home. Book it....you can't go wrong.

The booking process was easy and the condo was just what the pictures and details described. The homeowner was wonderful, friendly and welcoming! She responded to all our questions quickly, accurately and with kindness! We were a family of 6 adults, and that being 3 married couples. The condo has 3 bedrooms each with a private bath, meeting our needs exactly! The home was super clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean from this 11th floor living room and/or balcony is spectacular!! The Garden City area has many choices for activities and dining and is a family beach experience which was perfect for us. We would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

We had a very good time here.The unit was great size for the number of people.the view was awesome you could see a long way.Would love to come back again.The only problem was that 1 elevator was down which we told about but really was a problem at check in & check out.

The view is one of the best. The wrap around balcony is like an extended living space. We spend most of our time sitting on the balcony.
