It was as me and my husbands first vacation as “empty nesters” and we had a great time together in this clean, comfortable and spacious condo. The condo has every amenity that you would need on vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet and great view from all three balconies. The owners were very nice and made communicating with them so easy. It was a pleasure that we even got to meet them and they brought us muffins from a nearby bakery. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had the best time at this condo. Linda is amazing and truly wants to make sure your stay is perfect. She is responsive and so helpful about the area. The condo is perfect and just as described. Would highly recommend to anyone and we look forward to returning soon!

The condo had lots of space for everyone to spread out. There were 3 balconies to enjoy. The owners were wonderful and checked in to make sure everything was going well. This is our 3rd year staying in one of their condos they are terrific.

This is such a spacious and clean unit. The owners provide their cell phone number allowing open communication all week with the renters. Keyless entry to room and beach makes for seamless transitions throughout the day. The large pool deck allows ample space for cookouts and safe views of the kids while adults relax. Close walk to fun, food, drinks, etc and short drive to Clearwater for fun. Also close range to multiple airports to ensure the most reasonable flights are accessible. Plenty of beach gear is provided and the beds are SO comfy! Loved all of the views from each balcony for whatever mood you're in- reading, people watching, sunrise, or sunset. The balcony off the master also offers views of the channel where you can see dolphins throughout the day. We visit the same area annually and this year we encountered sting rays and manatees in waist-deep water. Amazing experience for adults and the kids.

My husband and I have stayed at Beach cottages in the past. This was our first time in John and Linda’s unit. The condo was beautiful and we really enjoy the 3 balconies. The most impressive part in our opinion was the communication with Linda. The check in instructions were clear and the prompt response to any questions was much appreciated! We had a last minute change of plans since we always go to Sanibel Island for Thanksgiving with family. Linda went above and beyond to answer all of my initial questions about the area, the unit, and eased me in to this big change for my family. Her unit is gorgeous and immaculately kept. The beds were super comfy. plenty of pool/beach items, kitchen had basics for cooking like spices as well as a ton of pots/pans. While we hope we can return to Sanibel next year, if we can't, I will 100% be reaching out to Linda again.

OUTSTANDING
What an exceptional and amazing condo to stay at on our vacation. I don't know where to begin. First off, the owners were available at a drop of a hat and responded to any questions promptly. Actually had the pleasure of meeting them as well. Couldn't ask for nicer and more accommodating people. Such a warm and friendly vibe all around. Definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great Place! WE LOVED IT!!!!
We loved this condo soooo much!!!! It was such a great vacation!!! Place was so clean, very nicely decorated, organized, views were amazing, especially ocean view of course. Linda was so easy to communicate with, the host even provided towels, umbrellas , high chair, beach toys. We could not be more happy, and we felt like at home.

Great place to stay!!
Everything was amazing from the condo to the all the amenities and communicating with Linda! The condo has everything you need feels like home. The property is secure and well kept we used the pool, hot tub, and grills. The beach area is amazing feels very private. Linda was very easy to communicate with via text. Our flight was delayed and she didn't have any issues letting us into the condo much later then expected. Overall great experience!

Amazing Vacation Rental!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Amazing views from the balconies. The beach and pool are fantastic and there is a TON of stuff to do and places to eat in the area. Linda was super responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We literally just needed to bring clothes and snacks - everything else was provided. Would absolutely recommend this condo!

Fantastic Spring Break
Property was wonderful, all the amenities that we were looking for. The location was convenient to access several locations we planned on visiting in the area. We were impressed not only by the condo itself, but also the complex. Great and quiet place to stay. The owners were wonderful to work with, they even had fresh flowers waiting to greet us when we arrived. Nice touches that didn't go unnoticed. We are planning to come back!

Linda and John’s beach home was everything we needed and more! Plenty of room for two couples and very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and was perfectly equipped. The views from all three balconies were a treat and a great spot for coffee every morning! Owners were great to work with and checked in to be sure we had what we needed. Can’t wait to go again!

Best of Both Worlds
We had a wonderful week! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all our meals on one of the three balconies. My daughter loved the beach and was thrilled to see the manatees swim by. My son spent his time fishing at the local parks.

Christmas Break
We enjoyed our time, the condo was very comfortable for our group of teenage girls. Views off all balconies were very pretty.
We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and of course the beach. We enjoyed the location and there were plenty of great restaurants. We also appreciated the good quality/amount of dishes for cooking, the full size laundry, the beach chairs, beach towels and the easy access to the beach. When we come back to this area we would definitely look to rent this condo again. We also enjoyed the Seaside Bird Sanctuary next door to the condos. We watched them release 15 pelicans back in to the wild. They are open daily and it is free to visit. We donated money and purchased most of our souvenirs from their gift shop to support the birds. We LOVE this area! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo!

Anything and everything you could think of for a day at the beach is provided, including chairs, sand toys, umbrellas, etc. Great views from the balconies, both the Gulf and Inner-Coastal. We would definitely stay here again!

From the day we booked our stay Linda was great with reaching out and very helpful! The condo was amazing!! Super clean and beautiful. The condo comes equipt with Everything needed for a fun family day at the beach including beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, etc.. Great location, amazing views from all 3 balconies. Very secure location as well. My family will definitely back! We didn’t want to leave!!

Lovely property and relaxing location
The decor and furnishings were top-notch. Plenty of space for me and my 3 adult children. Also supplied nicely with all the beach amenities we would want - chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, etc... Immaculate - inside and outside - the pool/deck area was cleaned daily. The white sand beach was perfect for us!

Amazing Condo!!
We have stayed in the Indian Shores area for many years, and this is by far the nicest condo we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! The condo itself is beautifully decorated, and the balcony views are wonderful. The owners (John and Linda) really did think of everything! From the kitchen supplies to the beach chairs and sand toys, the careful consideration for vacationing families was second to none. The owners' communication was amazing as well. Linda was incredibly thorough every step of the process, from the initial booking through check out. She even reached out mid-week to ensure all was well!! Both the pool and beach area did not seem as crowded as places we have stayed in the past, a truly relaxing atmosphere with plenty of lounge chairs!This is one condo we would love to book again and again - I truly cannot say enough great things about our stay!

First time visiting Indian Shores, but won’t be the last time! The area was great . The condo was amazing and very well equipped! Linda checked on us throughout the week via text to make sure we had what we needed. It was an excellent choice. We will definitely stay with them again!!
