Location amazing. And all the facilities are clean and well maintained as well as being stylish. It looks like a five star hotel.
Staff are very pleasant and friendly and some are competent, with one or two being excellent. But the majority need to be trained properly. The focus is not on getting the customer what they need, quickly. There are basic things that aren't done routinely and bad systems in place in the restaurant, at the beach and concierge in particular. And pricing is questionable at best. 38 euro for a tuna salad and 20 euro for a bowl of strawberries stood out as unnecessarily excessive.

Very spacious rooms with comfy beds and necessary amenities in the room.
The breakfast was versatile, with fresh ingredients and high-quality service, in a very nice restaurant.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The vale parking service was great and reliable.
Room service for the dinner was great.
The language! The staff, specifically the check-in/check-out ladies do not speak English very well, and that creates some misunderstanding, even they look somehow rude at the first glance, but then you notice it's just the language barrier.

When my doors were open in the morning to admire Seaviews.and fresh sea air unfortunately spoilt with people smoking on terrace and straight up and into room horrible BAN SMOKING at Hotel please 🙏

Good, and location on the sea was beautiful for a morning swim!
Pool and jacuzzi opened only at 9am and closed at 9pm, and as we got in at 9pm we couldn't enjoy on arrival which was disapointing. Plugs near the bed in the room didnt work. No toothpaste provided.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and very helpful staff. The rooms are lovely and kept very clean. Very relaxing by the pool or beach with very attentive staff.
Limited choice on dinner menu. No car parking available and drop off pick up a bit hard to understand what is going on although the staff are very helpful and just do it all for you.

Nothing really, we loved staying at Hotel Plage. Not cheap but worth every penny.

Fabulous vibe / very cool, relaxed, beach chic - great location on the beach and walking distance to the marina and lots of restaurants. The staff were super attentive and the food in the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. We also loved Sam the hotel dog 😀
Wasn’t allowed to swim in the outdoor pool until 9 am - which was a bit late for any serious swimming early morning.

Great beach front location with fabulous views. Beach house feel with natural finishes. Spa treatments were wonderful. Food was good. Staff welcoming and helpful. Perfect place to recharge for a couple of days.
Gym is a little tucked away.

Stayed here on our way home from a villa holiday in Sainte Maxime. Enjoyed staying at this hotel more than the villa holiday we had just left. If we ever return to the south of France this place would be at the top of the list. comfortable, clean and luxurious rooms, great food and most importantly for us - dog friendly. Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much bother for the short time we were there.
Everything was perfect.
