Great views, lots of room.

Car parting a slight problem

An unusual place- which really surprised us. Firstly, SENSATIONAL views. then the property is kind of broken into 3 "villas"; 2 each with two bedrooms and their own bathroom and kitchenette and the main house with two stories and plenty of room. Great for a group of friends and couples. It's nice and well kitted out- not the most modern of places, but you know it allows you to relax and not worry you're going to scratch a brand new kitchen hob or something. Richard the host was superb, and very supportive. Be prepared to pay for taxi's as your not that close to anything beyond Palm Beach, but you know, it's actually not a problem. In hindsight we should have hired cars. Taxi's are EASY though. The cafe, Arcadia, on the corner, five mins away is spot on, and the beach is THE BEST! Loved it. Thanks for having us!

locational and view is incredible

The view and the set up of the rooms was amazing and the facilities were perfect for our size group. The access to everything was also amazing. And the very friendly manager also great! We had such a great time and the beach is so close! You are just up the road from most things so the location is great.

A few minor maintenance matters but nothing major. Advice about the size of the parking available and the driveway would also be great given we had larger vehicles and had a little panic about this when we turned up. Luckily, the manager was readily available to help, though so it was sorted quickly.

- We loved how there were multiple huge rooms across 4 apartments with one main living room - was great to cater for a family style BBQ during our stay. - The apartments were very well stocked with cooking equipment and kitchen utensils. - Fantastic view! - Convenient access to palm beach, which was close by.

- The apartments are overdue for some general maintenance. - No heatpump/aircon so the apartments heated up quickly - though this was known from the booking. - We were burgled during our stay here - Richard from management came the next day to change the code on out lock boxes and there was an arrest made, but it still left a huge dampener on our stay.

It was great to have so much space for our large family group . However rather shabby and past its best .

Shabby

Such an epic spot for a big group of people, so much room. Great facilities and such a nice view from all levels of the lodge.

The verandahs, views & proximity fabulous. The general living catered for our large number. The bedrooms were really big with a lot of furniture to soak up the sun.

The property was tired. The glass railing on the deck in one part was dangerous along with some electrical wiring & leaky electric jugs. We were a little cold at night with not enough bedding or heaters provided. We did let the agents know but they did not arrive as we expected.
