great views, beautiful large property with lovely bathroom and kitchen which looked recently renovated. generally clean throughout and found the hoover very useful especially with 2 kids.

booked for 2 adults and 2 kids and found living room inadequate. extremely small awkward TV to use, sofa bed very uncomfortable and spare sofa full of stains so living room was a let down but loved rest of property.

The kitchen surfaces, fridge and coffee table weren’t clean. Only half a loo roll , one dishwasher tab, and no dishcloth or clean washing up sponge for a full week booking.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. We were so lucky with the weather for February and enjoyed waking up to gorgeous sunlight. Great location right on the beach and close to town and shops and easily walkable from the station.

Sofa bed very narrow to comfortably sleep two adults and duvet for sofa bed seemed more like a single, but luckily the apartment was nice and warm so this wasn't a big issue (the two who slept in the main bedroom slept very well!)

Too many stairs

The location is fantastic for us as we have family and friends nearby, meaning we could meet up with them without needing to use transport. There are also many good places to eat and drink locally.

We stayed at the same apartment last Christmas and it was very comfortable which prompted us to book again. Unfortunately the central heating was not so good, with several of the radiators not working properly. Additionally there seems to be a problem with the lounge windows not shutting properly which made it very draughty and uncomfortable.

The location was on a busy street, but overlooked the sea and had a lovely view. It was street parking and we did luck out with a spot right in front of the flat. The flat was spacious and we appreciated that it had a washer/dryer.

The kitchen tap dripped constantly and the light bulb in the dining room did not work. We left a note for the owner re same. I am sure these issues will be taken care of now.

Perfect for two nights in Worthing Perfect location [if it wasn´t for the seagulls wake up call] Parking permits were a bonus and no problem finding a spot to park

The apartment is airy, light modern and spacious. The view is absolutely stunning! Kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher. Lounge area has 2 large couches and a round dining room table with 4 chairs. Bathroom is modern and clean. Bedroom is spacious, with a closet and chest of drawers for clothes. Location is so central. Wonderful Worthing! 👌

The mattress needs attention, possibly replacement. Water pressure is low.

The views from the apartment were fantastic. Everything you need in the apartment is there, although a little unclear which is a sofa bed and the furniture is looking a little tired.

The apartment needs a very deep clean. I sent pictures to the owner, but I didn't get a friendly response back or so much as an apology for the lack of cleanliness we had found. The bathroom and bedroom were thick with dust. The linen and towels all smelled damp and were very rough on the skin. The fire place was covered in ash. I privately messaged the owner with my photographs and feedback but after such an indifferent response from her, we have decided not to rebook any other properties with them, which is a real shame. A bit of decent customer service goes a long way and we had been looking for regular accommodation to stay in when visiting friends who live in Worthing.

Location was good

The appartment was dirty. The bed was either unchanged or the sheets weren't ironed. The appartment states that they don't take pets....look at Q & A's 'can I bring a dog? ,answer YES. Beware if you have a pet allergy, dog hair was everywhere, probably due to the chock full vaccum. No 'free' toiletries advertised were provided or cleaning products. I bought bleach to put down the dirty sink to try and get rid of the smell. We gave the owners opportunity to come and clean to put things right. I borrowed tea towels,cloths linen etc. from my daughter who lives nearby. Nobody want's to clear someone elses toilet roll ends and rubbish out of a bathroom cupboard. I don't want to see someone elses half eaten food left in a cupboard either. I told the owner that it wasn't ours and it would still be there when we left. I could go on....there's a lot more but lifes too short.
