Spacious and comfortable apartment. Large bedrooms, nice kitchen, and a wonderful balcony space to enjoy morning coffee on.

The property is a part of a small group of apartments. We really enjoyed our stay in Baunei. The property is a short walk to the centre of the town with a small, but very good selections of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Sardinia is a fantastic place to visit and we loved our base being at Villa Janas

Baunei is built into the mountain at 480 meters above sea level. The location offers a very unique, panoramic view. Mario’s apartment is more like a home: a one bathroom, spacious 2 bedroom with high ceilings, a balcony & a terrace unit.

We had an amazing time in Baunei and Mario&Annanaria's apartment. The flat is very clean, modern and does not lack on personal feel (which we like a lot when being abroad) The apartment had many mindfully chosen items I. E. Pegs, scissors. Which showed that the hosts put themselves into others peoples shoes. Perfect for staying for a longer time too. Mario has been such a great host introducing us to Baunei and surroundings. We love the tranquility and real feel away from tourism, so we got everything we have asked for. We will definitely recommend this great place. Thank you so much for making our holiday special!

We loved everything about this beautiful place it was nice and quiet, very tidy and spacious, the owner is very helpful and made you feel really welcome I would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends!

Nice spacious apartment, the view from the balcony was incredible. Baunei is a relaxed place and it is a good place to drive from to nearby tourist attractions. We enjoyed the whole experience of renting this apartment. Mario is a very nice and helpful host.

My stay with my boyfriend at this appartement was excelent. The owner of the appartement welcomed us, aldo we arrived late around 23.30. But he was there to give us good advices about the area. The appartement is big, clean and cool. So even with high tempetures, its nice to stay there. The balcony at the streetside gives you a good view over the land, a private place to lay and relax and enjoy the sun till realy late. The terras at the backside is big and you can also use the bbq. To stay here it is smart to rent a car, cause the distance to beaches is not easy to reach by food. But with the car you are in 10 minutes at beautiful places and even private beaches. The pizzaria in the center is good. For 5 euro you eat the best pizza and for some euro's more you get a really good wine.There is not much entertainment in the center, but the supermarket, little bars for a espresso on a terras, restaurants are at 5 minutes walking from the appartement.Thanks again to the owner for our nice stay and the good advices. We would recommend this appartement to couples and families with kids.
