Thanks to my daughter and her huband - newly wed -and wanted to spend their honeymoon in your house not only that after having been alone for 5 days they invited me the mother age 87 to come and join them for a stay - ok we also brought with us their 3 years old son STEINARR BREKI together . Long travel - leaving home at 05.00 - arriving Teneriffe at 15.00 - 6 hour flight- we stayed in Teneriffe overnight and took the the ferry with Fredrich Olsen the day after. After ca 3,5 hour sail we finally reached LA PALMA . HAFFI and SIGGA welcomed us at the harbour and then we had about 45 min drive up to this amazingly beautiful villa. Many winding roads but I am surpriced at how many times my 3 years old grandson just said ohh how beautifull - grandma look see this tree etc......... Arriving at the VILLA was just unbelievable - the colours and the design well all the architecture which opened in front of your eyes was amazing and hard to breath in - it was just astonishing beautiful - here high up in this mountain there is this paradise . Not only outside but alos inside everything is beautifully designed - harmony of colors outside as well as inside. Well the arcitecture for this VILLA must surely have received many rewards for the designing of this house. We prepared many good dinners -both grilled outside and cooked inside - we brought some salted fish from Iceland which is good to enjoy in this warm temerature and Hafsteinn bought some juicy beefsteaks for the grill. The price you pay for the meat, vine , bear etc is just 1/3 of what we have to pay for here in Iceland. Villa Corona is a very special place where stars, mountains and othe ocean come together. To live under open skies on a huge estate is a special experience. Villa corona Dear Martin - du hast aber ein ganz wunderbares haus - ganz toll und unglaublich schon. Alles - ist so schön - die farben nur nich im haus aber auch drausen einer symphony mit schöner farben. Die Aussicht von dem haus - kann ich nicht erklaren so wunderbar schön. Der Arhitect muss aber sehr wielen " rewards" BEKOMMEN . Was WIR ERLEBT HABEN ist sehr viel freude nur nicht fur die Augen aber alle Sinnen. Ich hoffe nur das ich ein Tag kann wiederkommen . I and my husband went to this beautiful place on our honeymoon. We had been searching for a perfect place for a whole year to spend our honeymoon before we found Martin’s villa. We were both sure that this was the place when we saw the pictures. I can assure you that this villa is even more of a paradise than it looks like in the pictures. We were so amazed by the beauty of this property and everything around it. We felt like we were in paradise. The sea view is just amazing and then it's the view on the roof in the evening where you can see the stars, it’s just unbelievable. And just to say, everything was just spotless and so perfectly clean! But everything about this property was just amazing! We really love to cook and this kitchen is just perfect compare to everything we have seen in rental. Martin was so kind to us and always respond to our email right away and even with our special demands. And Francisco, well he is just the kindest person we have ever met and just made our stay even more perfect. This was the best honeymoon we could dream about and we will never forget it. We even invited my mother and grandmother (who is 87 years old) for the last days and they came with our 3 years old son. We are so happy and thankful that we did, because to spend a holiday with the people we love in a paradise, such as this, that memory will always stay in your mind forever. We would had stayed longer but it was already booked. So we went to Tenerife and stayed a week longer. But nothing compares to Villa Corana! Thank you so much Martin and Francisco for EVERYTHING. We will defiantly come back and looking forward to see Fransisco again.
