Quiet and great location for Tybee Island.Two walkways to private quiet areas of the beach or 2 miles to North Beach with umbrella and chair rentals with a great restaurant bar. Tybee public beach is short distance with more restaurants..shopping. We all really liked the house. 4 star for cleanliness only because one of us felt that their bedroom floor needed swept more.we also re washed some of the cups and silverware before we used. Bring a wine opener.we had to ask a neighbor to borrow one.One friend did drive and brought a blender. I would recommend renting a golfcart.rental place is a mile down the road.we rented a 6-person cart.I reserved several months ahead because I was told only 3 available.parking free for carts on the island is free. The balcony view of the ocean is great. We were out there all the time watching the bardges go by and walked down for sunrises and sunsets. The pool was clean and fabulous to have.We used everyday.Kitchen is on 3rd floor and is nice. BR/bath off kitchen. The elevator was definitely needed for luggage and groceries.We all appreciated having. Middle level has 3BR /BA .One BR goes out to pool on 1st level with bathroom and hallway bathroom. Use of garage was nice also. The checkout duties were the easiest I have experienced. Take trash out and make sure dishes are clean.easy. would rent again and friends are going to

It was perfect for our stay

Plenty of room for our family vacation of 9. Elevator is very handy for bringing in luggage. Location is beautiful with short walk to beach through sand dunes. Pool was a bit dirty when we got there but the management was very friendly when called and was cleaned same day. Would definitely stay there again!

The property was very nice! The pool was the biggest hit of the trip - we spent a lot of time out there! The elevator definitely helped get groceries and suitcases upstairs! We ate at some restaurants on Tybee, but also went into Savannah for the day and enjoyed shopping and eating there!

House is great for large families, location good. Good walking in evening. The elevator is great for carrying in luggage and groceries. As others stated in comments, house needs a MAJOR, MAJOR deep clean and new furniture. When we arrived, pool had not been cleaned from prior renters. They did come out right away and clean it. The light fixtures that hang in the kitchen had at least an inch of dust from top to bottom on each one. The dishwasher had a broken part, and labels on the buttons were worn off. We had to call again, we couldn't get the dishwasher to work. The microwave as TOTALLY unacceptable, dirty, old, rusted and not comfortable putting food into it. When maintenance came to change light blubs in kitchen, and change battery in beeping smoke detector, we showed her the microwave. She was disgusted, took a picture of it, said it was unacceptable. The kitchen chairs were broken, and they did not match. ALL of the family room furniture was extremely worn and needs to be replaced. It looks like bad furniture given to GoodWill, and they furnished the house with it. Everything in house was a hodge podge. Bathrooms clean. Good water pressure. Mattresses slept well. Inch of dust on walls from ceiling fans. Pool furniture broken. Grill needs deep clean. Make sure to feed turtles on path to beach, to the left of house. Not a quick walk to beach. Bring bug spray if you go out at night. This would be a fantastic house if they invested any kind of money into it.

Nice house but definitely needs some cleaning to the couches and linens. Lovely neighborhood. Would stay again.

Nice house! There were 13 of us for a family vacation. The kitchen was nice. Enough space for everyone to get away from each other. Elevator worked fine we had no issues. Little issue with a shower not draining, handled very quickly. Prior reviews talked about old furniture, I agree it is well worn, but passable. It is a nice location to downtown Savannah, easy drive. The beach is little bit of a hike. Lots of big ships going by, the kids loved it.

Praise the LORD! It was nice. Too bad we couldn't get the main part of the grill to work. All in all, our needs were met.

Nicely located home in quiet area of Tybee. Upon arrival noticed pool was NOT clean. Reported it and mgmt was attentive, but when not fixed until the 4th day of our week long stay, partial refund given. Furniture around the pool was worn and ripped. Lots of pool toys which we enjoyed the last day only. Elevator came in handy, but a little tricky to use. Some helpful instructions would have been nice. There were a few broken things in the home, evidence of extreme rental wear and tear ( we also left list with mgmt of these things) There was adequate basic kitchen equipment, however found some dishes not clean and NO wine glasses. Went to the Dollar store to purchase a 1/2 dozen to donate. Walk to the beach was a bit of a hike. Nice sunset views were enjoyed from 3rd floor outdoor porch. All in all, nice home to accommodate our 4 families, ages 3 -90. With a little TLC from the owner/management this property (with a clean pool) could be a real stand-out!

The location and bedroom set up was great for our group but the house needs a make over. Deep cleaning, new furniture and appliances as well as patio. The grill was disgusting. The heater in the pool didn’t work until the last few days of our trip & the jacuzzi tub had mold very disappointing

The house was nice but was lacking a few basic items.. potholders, a broom, basic cleaning supplies. The jacuzzi does not work . The proximity to the beach and the views were amazing . The pool was also very nice. We would stay again

Very spacious house in a great location. There were a few essentials missing, like dish towels, pot holders, and coffee filters, but all-in-all a nice place.

Only issue we had was the elevator stopped working. They came out promptly to fix it, but it stopped working again right before we left.

We had a great stay. We were a little nervous about the no cancellation policy but everything ended up working out. The house was roomy enough to host Thanksgiving for 9 adults and 3 kids. Even though it was cooler the kids still swam in the pool.

Very responsive owners and perfect location

We had 13 people in the house and it felt roomy. The kitchen is really nice. There was room for many people in the kitchen.

Communication was lacking from the check in/ property management side. Upon check in I was told the house was not ready yet and would be ready close to 4pm, they wrote down my phone number to call when it was ready. At 4:30 I went back to the check in desk because we had not heard from them, there was another person at the desk, he said my house was ready for a while. The front desk did not give us the wifi information like they were suppose to, and once at the house I tried calling them 5 times and even sent a message by VRBO to ask for the wifi information. I never got a respond and we had to drive back to the check in location to get the wifi information. Arrived at the house to a broken toilette, my husband had to fix and a not heated pool. The next day a maintenance team showed up unannounced to I assume fix the pool, because when we returned from our day in the city the pool was heated. The house was nice, but the lack of communication from the property management side was less than satisfying.

This beautiful 6 bedroom townhouse is in an upscale, safe neighborhood in northern Tybee. The elevator makes it convenient for guests of all ages and abilities. The beach access is only a couple of houses away. The management company was extremely responsive to any needs. Great experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was very clean and all the rooms were great. The private pool was such an added bonus. Had a great time!

Overall the stay was good and we enjoyed our stay. We had to wait until 4:30 to receive our keys because of house keeping and the house was still dirty.

The property was large and well equipped for 3 generations. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was that the pool was not heated as described. When we contacted the property management, we were told someone would get back to us, which never happened.

Six of us stayed at this beautiful rental: My husband and I, our older son and his fiancée, and our younger son and his wife. With bedrooms on each of three floors, we were able to come together and also have our space as needed. The elevator was a greatly appreciated bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay.! There are a few things that could be improved. The check in process took A very long time. (About 20 mins) The VRBO site needs to be updated. There is no king size bed on the first floor. When I spoke to the property manager she said that they show it should be a Queen and on here it says King. Also be careful of the elevator. I was able to open the door on the 3rd floor while the elevator was on the 1st floor. If someone wasn’t paying attention they could easily fall into the elevator shaft. Overall we all (11 people)had an excellent time!

Overall place was nice. Had all the towels you could possibly need. The rooms were large which was so nice but many were left half way dusted. We did enjoy our stay, walking distant to river side and ocean. Also loved the pool! We would stay here again but just hope would have to be well dusted/cleaned between guest.

The location, views, and floor plan is great! Love the open main area on the 3rd floor and balconies, and elevator was very helpful, . The only things keeping it from 5 stars are this: - Check-in was quick, but having to go to the separate location a mile away was mildly inconvenient. There’s secure key code lock technology that would be very useful. - Could use more pictures to show all bedrooms properly - can never have too many pictures. Also would have been nice to explain in the listing that beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon are in the garage - could have saved us from bringing some items. - Many of the beds really need to be changed out. The 3rd floor bed springs are in bad shape especially. Plus it and one of the 2nd floor rooms frame were not in good shape - one fell apart as the cross brace wasn’t screwed in, and another had a boulder supporting it underneath. - A single trash bag and dishwasher tab being provided is useless; instead, it isn’t that expensive (and would be extremely helpful) if one was provided for every day that someone was staying there.

The property itself is very nice. It's spacious with plenty of space for a large group of people (we had 11 in our party). I rent places like this fairly often, and have come to expect a certain level of basic supplies in these rentals (especially for a nice home like this). We checked in to find that the grill wasn't working, and when we tried to adjust to "bake" the meat we had meant to grill, we found that there were no sheet pans or foil. I would just expect a place like this to have those supplies. In addition, the pool was cloudy, the wifi wasn't working, and the dishwasher didn't clean our dirty dishes properly. The wifi was fixed the next day, but the maintenance person who showed up told us that we'd need to light the grill with a lighter if we wanted to use it (the starter was broken). However, they did not provide a long lighter OR instructions for how to light the grill, and frankly, telling your customers to light it with a lighter is a bit dangerous. New grills aren't that expensive! We also had to augment the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) during our three-day stay. I would just expect there to be enough of that stuff for the price we paid. The short story here is: plan on buying a lot of your own basic supplies in this property...it is not well stocked. One other tip for this property, don't load the wagon and expect to easily drag it to the beach. It's nearly impossible to pull it through the soft sand on the way to the beach. Just carry your chairs and umbrellas. Oh, and there are no beach towels provided (another thing I would expect in a property like this!). Tybee was fun, and the place was nice, but the attention to detail was sorely lacking.

The house is a great location and perfect for our group. The only, minor concern was that there were no trash bags and no kitchen towels or anything for us to clean up with. We had to buy trash bags and more paper towels. Otherwise, great!

the pool, the beach, the kitchen and living areas were just perfect. My brothers and cousins and wives enjoyed each other tremendously in this perfect setting.

Great location! Beautiful house with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our large family to eat, sleep, and hang out. Property could have been a bit cleaner and living room furniture, some bedding, and some mattresses should probably be replaced.

Great house! Perfect for 8 ladies to celebrate my sister's bachelorette. Only slight issue was the top floor got very warm so sleeping in that bedroom was a little uncomfortable (but it is a 3 story house so that is to be expected). We had a couple questions about the pool/grill and someone came to help right away which we really appreciated. The elevator was super helpful and we appreciated the beach chairs being provided as well. Would definitely stay here again!
