The was our second stay at this beautiful location. The first trip was with the kids, the second just my husband and I. Worked great both times! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. The owner is quick to respond to questions. Everything is clean and tidy! Will definitely be back…especially in October! The weather was perfect and the pool was even still open! Overall great visit and wonderful place to stay!

This condo is in a great location with beach access just across the parking lot. The beach was very nice at all tides. I can’t remember seeing so many shells on a beach before! The condo was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed movies on the smart tv. When hurricane Ian threatened to be a problem, Justin was very flexible and helpful. Good eating on Tybee and Savanna is easy to get to.

Condo is lovely - clean and nicely updated. Short drive to Savanah for sightseeing. Beach is very private, only a few people unless you walk up the the public beach. Great patio to sit out and play cards, relax. Easy access with key code. Only drawback is no beach things included. It would be nice to have had just some basic beach towels and chairs. Also, the property description states starter set of paper towels etc included, but there was no starter set- no paper towels, napkins, garbage bags etc at all upon arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this condo. The condo perfectly fit our needs as far as layout, comfort, and distance from the beach and pool. Parking is easy since there's an assigned space. The deck is huge and we found ourselves there after dinner each night. The condo has been decorated very cute and the kids loved all the mermaid references. The kitchen is not quite as stocked as others we have stayed at so plan to bring items like sink sponge, paper towels, and Ziploc containers for reheats. The beach was perfect - not too crowded and nice gentle waves for the kids to plan in. The pools were greatly enjoyed by the kids.

This condo is located on a very family friendly part of the island. It has easy access to the beach, has a spacious pool and is within walking distance to the lighthouse. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated and had all that we needed. The deck is much bigger than the pictures and accommodated our family of five comfortably! The "busy" part of the island is just a couple of minutes away and parking is easy to find. It was a great place for us to stay for our first trip to Tybee!

We had a great time here. We are a family of 6 with kids ages 4-10. It was a perfect size condo with a great location for us. Great pool and beach access. My husband and I agreed the condo was bigger than the pictures appeared. The deck was also very roomy. We would stay here again if in the area.

Wonderful and accommodating hosts that responded to questions right away. Highly recommend renting beach bikes for the week. You can ride all over the whole island. Don’t waste money on a dolphin cruise- you can see the same thing at the Polk St beach access. We will definitely be back to our favorite little island next year!

Perfect location on 2nd floor facing the two pools and pond. And has a small view of the ocean, as well. Very nicely decorated with all the comforts of home. Huge deck!

Wonderful place to stay on Tybee! So close to North Beach and great restaurants. Very relaxing on the deck, as well. I would recommend staying here!

Nicely decorated, well appointed, comfortable condo on Tybee Island. Had a bit of an issue getting in but we were in contact with the owner immediately and he gave us an alternate way to get in. Spent a couple of days exploring Savanna and had hoped to spend a bit of time on the beach, but the temps were rather cold. The second bedroom is set up with bunk beds, great for kids but we made it work even though we're all in our 60's! Overall a nice unit.

We booked this property in the off season for an event in Savannah. The drive to Savannah was so simple and we are glad we chose to stay on Tybee! This unit was very clean and decorated so well! Justin was very attentive and responsive to our questions and made our stay the best it could be! We will definitely choose this unit again when we return to the area!

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. The location was great with easy beach access. As stated, you can watch the dolphins from this end of the beach. Keep in mind you will need to carry everything up two flights of stairs. I may have packed things differently if I had known that. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks’

It was our first trip to Tybee, and we couldn't have been happier with the island, location, condo, and food. There were 3 of us - 2 adults and 1 young child. We had as much and as little as we wanted to do everyday. The condo accommodated our family easily. Is beautiful, completely updated and very clean. Comfy beds. Very large baclony that we enjoyed everyday. Beach access was perfect. We loved being on North Beach, much quieter and very clean. Condo owner was very responsive any time we had a question. We would 100% recommend and 100% come back!

This was our first trip to Georgia and our 9 year old’s first trip to the ocean. We had a fantastic time and loved the condo. It was beautifully updated and our daughter loved the mermaid themed bedroom. We loved everything about the condo and deck area. We were close to the beach and pools. Justin was attentive and communicated promptly and efficiently anytime we had questions. If we ever make it back to Tybee we would want to stay at this location!

We loved our stay here! The condo was beautiful and very clean. We ate most of our meals here and the kitchen was well equipped. Comfy beds. Easy access to the pools and beach. The beach was fabulous, not too crowded. Loved every minute of it. The condo owner was easy to communicate with, responded promptly to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The five of us thoroughly enjoyed our week; it went way too fast. Each morning, sitting on the balcony and enjoying a cup of coffee before others got moving for the day, was heavenly. The pool was clean, the food at the local restaurants was delicious. and the historical sites were educational. Thank you!

This was our first time in Tybee. As we searched through different condos, we were sold on the decor of this one alone. We felt like we were at home and enjoyed our daily breaks in the room just lounging. The pools were a great afternoon cool down and we enjoyed dinners on the balcony. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds and we thought the master bed was so comfy. Honestly, we are having a little trouble transitioning back to regular life after island time!

My family of six had a great experience staying at this property! The condo is spacious, plenty of room for six, and nicely decorated in a beach theme. The beach access from the condo is easy and convenient. The days we spent at the beach by the condo complex, we saw so many dolphins! We went to Mid Beach one day and didn’t see any dolphins. We definitely preferred the condo’s beach, much less crowded and the dolphins! My teens enjoyed hanging out on the spacious balcony listening to music and playing the ring-toss game. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed riding them to the Tybean for coffee in the morning. We also rode them to the Sugar Shack for ice cream and to the lighthouse, which is very close to the condo. I definitely recommend checking out the farmers market that sets up at the lighthouse on Monday evenings. The swimming pools at the condo complex are very nice and clean, the water temperature was perfect! Justin was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this lovely condo!
