The room was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic view, and the staff - especially the reception girls - was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway, and the pools were clean and inviting. The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful with clear waters, much better than what I was expecting, especially if you wear some bathing shoes because of the pebbles.

The restaurant's breakfast lacked variety, and after some days I was already sick of eating the same things over and over again. The dinners were also repetitive, and because of this, I consider that it was pricey. Unfortunately, in room 617, noise from the machine room's pumps disrupted our sleep, requiring earplugs.

Absolutely everything! Every single member of staff was exceptional - attentive; genuinely friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Having both travelled the globe, my fiancée and I have never experience such a truly warm, engaging and good-natured team of exceptional hotel staff - ANYWHERE else on the planet! This customer-first focus was due in no small part to Georgos the GM who displayed an exceptional focus on detail and the quiet enjoyment of all the hotels clients. Every minute, of every day. His experience showed but was masked behind a professional demeanor at all times and his approach to creating the perfect guest experience typified when we spotted him picking up two stray cigarette butts from the road adjacent to the hotel. Nothing was above him nor beyond him or his great team in making this experience as perfect as they could in every way. This great leadership example extended not just across all the senior hotel management personnel, but to every single staff member - regardless of their background, nationality or level of experience. From the minute we arrived we were treated not as guests, but potential friends. The warm and friendly greeting first extended to us on arrival by the most wonderful Paraskevi ( a young, delightful and highly talented young lady (that we are certain will go on to do great things in this industry) continued unabated for our entire stay. We have never experience this before - anywhere and is a credit to not only Futinni, but Georgos and the ever-watchful Christina whose vigilance and ongoing staff-review and training has created a flawless customer experience here. We could go on forever about the hotel the staff and the island but as people can make or break even the best of experience we will finish up by just a small roll call of just some of our favourite "Tsamis Superstars".Ermal & Ellia; Stathis;Nikolas;Stella; Penelope and the hard-working Gramos. Beautiful pool areas. A large number of beds and sun loungers. Good food, well presented and varied. Nice calm aesthetic to the decor. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The pools, amenities, comfort and staff were fantastic

Its mentioned even on their menu about a restaurant being there. However this was closed and under maintenance. For a 5 star, a buffet and queuing for food at night doesn’t quite hit the standard expected however the staff etc are amazing and plenty restaurants nearby

The property is new and stylish. Our room was big with a nice view. The pools are big and same is for the dining area. I liked the vegan restaurant. The sea in front of the hotel was lovely, quiet and clear water

The cleaning of the room was not good (especially regarding the floor and the sink) the private beach was also dirty, with leaves and cigarettes in the sand. Sun beds were old and uncomfortable

Nice pools, tasty food. Great desserts - many of them, changed everyday. Staff very nice and friendly.

Overall it does not look like a 5-stars resort. - The outside restaurant is badly situated so that there are only few tables not sitting in the sun - the view is nice thou. - Tax for Roomservice - Rooms are quite small and the idea with all in one / not having the bathroom separated - it's bad. - Small parking lot - No beach (there is something arranged) - Pools are not open all day (only by 19:00). - You have to figure it out what the property is offering by yourself because the staff is not willing to make you a courtesy tour at the beginning of your stay.

1. Disgusting Wi-Fi. Conference call? Video? Tiktok? Instagram? YouTube? Phahaha! Forget it. It's already 2023, it should be a shame to have such a speed! 🤬🤬🤬 I checked: 4.48 Mbps 😰 2. The hotel needs cosmetic repairs. The wooden sunbeds were very tired and with peeling paint, they were not prepared for the new tourist season. There is black mold on the walls in the shower. 3. It's only the beginning of the season, and the pool in the room is covered in sand at the bottom and in a greasy film on the surface of the water. And most importantly, it was someone's false nail 🤢 4. I twice drew the attention of the reception staff to the fact that someone else's long black hair was in the room, I asked them to clean it more carefully, but no one did anything about it. I had short curly hair in my shower, Lord, I don’t even want to think where it came from!.. 🤮🤮🤮 5. The entrance to the sea could be made more convenient, one railing is broken, be careful! 6. Blanket and pillows made of synthetic materials. 7. It was stated that the hotel did not allow animals, but there lived an ill-mannered vile poodle who constantly barked all day 🤨 8. And most importantly: the price. Given the above minuses, the price of more than 2500 € per week is simply an unrealistic super-overprice! 🤯

We got automatically upgraded to a suite w/balcony, so I can't complain. Superb pools, especially the trapezoid one near the front desk. New side of the facility is great. Access to ocean is also superb. Owner and staff were very attentive in making sure our needs were met and stay was good.

At the price of the junior suite, if I got the junior suite, I'd be a bit disappointed and give an 8. The suite with balcony has an interesting shower and bathroom, but lacks privacy. Drains aren't exactly well maintained and wifi is weak on the further end. The difference between the new side and old side is quite apparent. Attention to detail is needed for a solid 9

Really nice pools, enough space for all the guests. The optional vegan restaurant was absolutely fantastic and we loved eating there.

The bed and pillows left a lot to the imagination for a 5 star hotel. We asked for an iron as there was not one in the room. They brought an iron but no board. They had none. Additionally, there were some dirty and unfinished elements to the bathroom incl an old used slipped under the sink upon arrival. Lastly, we let the hotel concierge know we were both gluten free in advance. However, we felt very little effort was put into making breakfast or dinner a nice meal for us. When we complained, they created a special menu for us. We’re grateful for it but it only happened on our last breakfast.
