Location was great - not too far from the main areas (Busselton city, Busselton jetty, fishing location, food, beaches, family activities). I love how the house has a fire pit, hammock, grass area, outside dining area, a big outside back door and BBQ facilities. The house exceed all the standard basic needs. We all felt comfortable in the house. Love how there is a wire fence (in addition to the neighbour fence) that we used to dry the clothes. Checkin process was smooth and easy. I would consider this place again.

The BBQ was not cleaned from the previous renters. There were dog poop not cleaned up (they are not from my dogs as they were still in the car while we were unpacking. Washing machine available but no detergent. Missing bedside table for 2 bedsides (not required but they would be good to have).

the location was great as close to beach and although not that close to other amenities that didnt matter as we had everything we needed with us. Pet friendly but couldnt take dogs onto adjacent beach at all hours but was easy enough to work around that. Was a bit cooler so didnt use the outdoors area.

Unfortunately a house was being built just next to the back fence and they started work before 7:30 so no lie ins.....would have been good to be alerted of this likelihood. Couldnt sit outside during the day because of the noise of construction next door.....

the location is close to the beach and walking paths . There is a pizza / café / licenced restaurant a couple of blocks away ( walking distance ) , the location is quiet , but with easy access to the main route to tourist offerings of the area . the house was excellent for our dogs which is what we requested , fully fenced . There is a fire container (like a fire pit) which was nice . Owner has made some nice soft touches.

The location was absolutely brilliant, we could see the beach from the patio, very comfortable and clean, great for kids and dogs. It was extremely relaxing and we actually enjoyed being out of the way a bit. The only people who come into the area are the ones who live in the area so very quiet and beautiful area. Dog loved going to the beach every day which was less than a 50 meter walk, being 13 it was wonderful for her. This property is great value for the money, would definitely stay here again.

This is a great stay for a family with kids Great back patio, close to beach,(unfortunately it was closed due to worK happening there) Quiet area, (roughly 10 min drive to town centre) lots of DVD to watch, fenced yard so safe for younger kids. Very hot water.

Unfortunately the dining chairs need some tender loving care. The seats sag which is a shame as they suit the house. Also some updated window coverings in the near future would be good.

Everything else was fine the location is good and the house was good, my parents said they would come again, the price was alittle up there but because we 7 people it was ok if you charge per person and not the house itself

The cleaner needs to do a better job at cleaning, there was dust between the shower and the sink in the corner that you could clearly see and there was thick spider webs in the kitchen light with 2 big black spiders in there, and the floor wasn't properly sweeped, oh and the hammock was uncomfortable, you can't lay in it properly, the trees are too close together where the hammock is, might want to get a hammock stand for the hammock, that way people can also move it where they want to have it on the grass in the sun or in that corner where it is, just pending on the mood, the single beds im thinking should be changed to kingsingles and better matrice
