Great location. No sea view really (glimpses) but both quiet and a few steps to everything. Had parking which is a bonus. Very modern and comfortable

Couldn't get shower hot enough. Literally the only criticism

The security was perfect for those that worry about that. Security cameras were on and in operating condition. Also, the door and windows have steel bars on them, and then a second door for access to the room that is locked as well. The entire place was extremely clean, and also up to date with a modern look to it.

No staff available upon arrival, stayed 3 days and was barely there. Website says laundry, although they do your laundry on their time not yours. I advised airline lost our luggage so we had very little, but we were in need of having laundry done. Was advised by staff, he was not going to call the maid in to work to do a small load, just to take it to the local laundry mat. There was only a quarter of a toilet roll, no extras in the room. We ran out of toilet paper and since there was no staff on site, we had to email to request for more, although this was in the evening time and did not receive a reply until the following morning. We ended up using the paper towels from the kitchen during this time. With staff only on-site part time, this makes it difficult to check in, also if you are in need of anything.

Location is a bit weird, hidden behind other buildings, no view from balconies

very clean and spacious rooms with good AC, in a good location close to the “beach”- although there isn’t any accessible beach there this time of year (May) due to the sargassum

it would be nice if management allowed you to refill your water bottle in their office :) even if you have to pay for it. I disliked having to buy plastic water bottles.

The staff, especially Cindy were extremely helpful and congenial. They really added to the experience of staying there. The location was great! There were some very noisy renters, however, that detracted from the overall experience.

I had expected the room to be like the one I asked for when I booked, which had two beds so i was disappointed when i arrived and found that there was a smaller room with only one bed. My husband complained to Cindy who was very helpful and accommodating and changed our room for us so we had a larger room with two beds. Thank you!!!!

we loved staying at Khalkob estate! location was wonderful, rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were so helpful! thank you Adrian and Rodney for an excellent stay!

This description is inaccurate. They charge a $25 "late checkin fee" which is not disclosed and they advertise a washer/dryer but charge you $20 for the maid to do the laundry

The location was nice, it was close to the stores and close walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. One of the rooms which was just a single bedroom the ac wasn't working and we then got an entire room with kitchen, was a easy transition. Thanks to the receptionist.

there was some other people staying at the hotel, and they were loud. We could have heard all the conversations while we were there, which was mostly at night time.
