Liked everything!! Would have happily spent more time at this lovely hotel. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Terrific view, clean, comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was great!!

The hotel was right across from the waterfront and had a marvelous view. It was a little inconvenient to get to old town to shop and eat. That being said, if you don't care about shopping and trying a variety of restaurants, this hotel has a great spa, a large heated saltwater pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and so many other amenities. They also offer a courtesy van to old town in the evening. Overall....best hotel we stayed in on our trip!!

We felt like we were on an episode of the White Lotus (without any of the bad parts)! The Riviera is the epitome of luxury. Everything exceeded expectations from the beautifully appointed and spotless rooms, very clean private hottub, and of course the best part of the hotel- all of the genuinely kind and helpful staff constantly trying to ensure your stay is nothing short of magnificent (and it was). If you're debating on where to stay stop looking! Book your holiday here and you will have no regrets. Thank you to ALL of the staff (manager, receptionists, wait staff, maids, bellhops, drivers, etc etc) at the Riviera for a truly memorable vacation. All of your hard work and kindness was both noticed and appreciated. We will be back!!

Located close to the new port and convenient transportation facility to the old port. Extremely polite and helpful reception/staff who made our stay comfortable and delightful. View from the room balcony was wonderful. They offered us a free upgrade with complimentary wine, caps and a bag. They also extended our check out time as our ferry was delayed. Spa and restaurant services are also very nice. Would definitely visit again.

we stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel, would have loved to stay longer. After 25 years of marriage we finally were able to escape alone with my husband and it was amazing we got upgraded to another room and it was wonderful, the room was so beautiful and the outside space was amazing with a breathtaking view of the ocean, everything was perfect, the staff always very attentive and the service is all 5 star, everything is the highest standard. Outstanding hotel with its amazing sunset view, delicious breakfast and shuttle in the evening to Mykonos town. We would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Mykonos Riviera for such a wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel. They gave us a complimentary 4 room grade upgrade to a deluxe room with a large balcony and hot tub.staff was super friendly and helpful. Daily turn down service at night. Excellent breakfast and complimentary shuttle to and from mykonos town.

That I only stayed 4 nights and not longer lol.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. The room was large and spacious and the bed was vey comfortable. The hotel location overlooking the marina was lovely. A little way out of town but the hotel offered free transportation to and from the old town every evening. The Spa was wonderful offering a good range of treatments. The large pool also had lovely views overlooking the marina and had the added bonus of being heated.

The only downside would be not being able to walk into town.

The room was large and well set out, nice balcony too. The hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful, always polite and available. On arrival, we had an issue with the transfer from the airport and took a cab - the hotel offered to cover it as an apology given that the transfer had been arranged by them. We got a number of recommendations re: places to go to when we arrived. Just a tip - do book things before you go to Mykonos as top places will likely be booked out. The lady at the reception kindly sorted a dinner at Lio's for us, which isn't the easiest to get into. The hotel restaurant is also very good - we only had dinner there once as we had a number of external bookings, but the food was of exceptional quality. I feel like the restaurant might get overlooked by people since it's 'just a hotel restaurant', but it really is great if you want a quiet dinner on one of the evenings.

Only a couple of points. I was with a friend and we got a room with twin beds. Normally, these would be double beds in a 5* hotel whereas Riviera has two single beds as twin beds. Not the end of the world but could be easily changed given how big the room was. Secondly, they have an hourly transfer from the hotel to town. It starts at 7pm though so could perhaps also organise something earlier in the day - whilst we appreciated most people spend days at the beach / beach clubs, a transfer during the day would be handy to go shopping when there're fewer people in town.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was great. There was a free shuttle from the hotel that dropped off and picked up. It was only a 2 minute shuttle to the main area.

First and foremost, the staff are unparalleled- warm, welcoming, always going above and beyond because they genuinely want to, and just warm-hearted people. Ionna, Konstantinos, Konstantina, Elina, Giannis- just to make a few. secondly, the room and facilities are absolutely beautiful and luxurious in a modern, beachy way. The food throughout the hotel- breakfast buffet and a la crate, as well as dinner at Lafs restaurant- all exceptional, and amongst some of the best food we’ve had in Mykonos- no question. Mykonos Riviera hotel just has something special about it, and it starts with the people who run it day to day.

To get from some of the rooms to the reception you have to walk down a busy road or call a buggy; but the staff are always so accommodating and insisting that we call them- and they’re super fast as well, that it’s almost a moot point. but literally the only “negative” to mention about the property. everything else is absolutely amazing.
