Just do some research on bus route and it is very easy to get to the lifts. If the town gondola is not working buses will be full and not safe for kids.

We stayed at this Sawmill Creek townhome for a week in October. The location is great just 2 blocks from Main Street yet it is on a quiet street. There are Mountain View’s from dining area, living room and master bedroom. There is a wonderful deck with a small creek running about 75 feet away. They have a great hot tub that was well maintained. The townhome was well equipped and had everything we needed. Overall in the top 3 properties that we have stayed in. The instructions from management company were very clear and they were very attentive.

We liked it here. My wife and 2 teen girls had plenty of space to be together and get solo time as needed. It could accommodate more people easily, but we like to spread out. At the end of a cul-de-sac, it's tastefully decorated and definitely has the ski-condo feel. It's truly ski-in, on the 4 O'clock run. To get to the lift, you need to jump on the shuttle, which is requires a short walk up the cul-de-sac, turn right, and there's the shuttle stop. The deck is nice with a sizable grill that had plenty of propane, and the hot tub was fun for all of us city folk to relax in. We would come back.

This property was perfect for our family of six. It’s really close to downtown and the gondola. This home has been well maintained and had everything we needed. We loved the stone fireplace and mountain decor…just what we want for the Breckenridge feel. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a lovely well equipped condo in a perfect location…. I highly recommend. The bedrooms are spread out over 3 levels for privacy.

Very nice stay in Breck. Location is an easy walk to town, bus, and walk in from the 4 o’clock trail. Parking was easy. Sandy was great. The one mattress was very firm. Overall, would absolutely stay again.

The townhouse was a super quick and easy walk to Main Street. In one direction, you could catch the bus up to Peak 8 and in the other direction, you could catch the bus to the Snowflake Lift. The 4 o’clock run would bring you to a footbridge and when you cross it you are back. It was clean and nice. I would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so close to everything! Very well furnished and had the perfect space/set up for a large family! Felt very homey. Just one piece of advice...theres a note on hot tub saying contact owner for temp adjustment, no need! Control it yourself :) would definitely stay again!

Sawmill Creek was wonderful location for fall vacation in Breckenridge. Condo was very nice, superb deck, great family floor plan, loved the gas fireplace. Easy walking to Breck for breakfast at Cool River Cafe, dinner in the evening.

Great stay!
We loved our weekend stay at this property - it was walking distance to downtown and had plenty of room for four adults and three children. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location
Great location for skiing and accessibility to the downtown restaurants and shops! The home was clean and had a great layout giving privacy to multiple couples! The only recommendation I have is that if you plan on using the hot tub….pack a beach towel. The towels are limited to a couple per bathroom. We had to use the same towel we showered with for the hot tub…not ideal. Otherwise I highly recommend this rental!!

Family fun in Breck
My grown sons, 30 and 28, and their partners, met me for a wonderful family vacation in Breckinridge. The house is beautiful and well located for skiing and snowboarding. We enjoyed exploring the mountains and loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen. I loved the cosy queen size bedroom, and woke up each morning to a spectacular Mountain View. We can recommend two restaurants in Breckinridge: the Briar Rose Chop House, and the Blue River Cafe. The house is a perfect place to meet family and enjoy the beautiful mountains around Breckinridge. Many thanks for sharing this lovely house!

Family ski vacation
This place was just as it is advertised. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect as you could ski in and out and walk to main street easily. The buses are convenient too. Everything you needed was at this property as far as cooking to all the comforts of home. Any questions we had were answered immediately via text. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The property was exceptional. Had everything we could want and need as a family. Plenty of room for hanging out and storage for gear. Great ski in location and near shuttles. The condo is centrally located to walk to anything in town. Thank you Sandy, great communication.

Excellent location and great space
We loved our stay. The townhome had lots of space for our group and was clean, high quality, and in a quiet cul-de-sac. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and saw some wild life from the deck. The location was perfect, with an easy trail walk right to into town. The owners provided many useful tips for getting around town, groceries, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again.

The kitchen was better equipped than any condo we have rented. Nice arrangement of bedrooms although be prepared for steps.

Great home and location!
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Quick walk to downtown and a great layout that was open but felt cozy, esp with the fireplace. My husband and father-in-law spent a lot of time in the hot tub which was a nice bonus.
While the home wasn’t as stocked as some others we’ve stayed at (kitchen missing tinfoil and Tupperware to store leftovers) we’d definitely visit again! One important thing that should be noted is the water temp — the sinks and showers get extremely hot so need to be careful. May be worth adding to check-in instructions and/or a note next to the handles to avoid potential burns.

Location location location
We where very pleased with our stay here. Top quality furnishings, kitchenware and appliances. The location is great short walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Quick ride to gondola. You have the ability to ski home. Because it was so warm the bottom of the trail was closed, we did see a few people walk home down the trail. The home is very comfortable and you can tell the owners take great care of it. Thanks again to Carla was very helpful when we needed anything.

Absolutely loved our stay
We stayed here for our honeymoon and enjoyed it so much. The hot tub and location to Main Street and peak 8 were perfect. The bus system was very easy to navigate. The condo had everything we needed. We would love to book here again and bring our family. We appreciate you sharing your home with us.

Perfect Family Spring Break Trip
Townhome was fantastic. The pictures on line don't do this property justice. In a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to town, gondola, and much more. Short walk to Bus stops to take you anywhere in Breck, including the bases of the mountains. Ski home on Four O'Clock Run and take a short walk over the bridge to your front door. Ski Rental shops available within 500ft of Townhome as well. Super convenient to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Sandy was super responsive and gave great recommendations for our trip. Hope to book another trip soon.
