I had an enjoyable time in Ketchum 2nd week of January, 2024. The condo at Pennay’s was clean and comfortable. Management was available and helpful and even offered to put me up an additional night while I was deciding if I could return to Boise on time despite road closures.

Great location, ski-in ski-out, walk to town! Love the ease of access to River Run, pretty much the best places to stay if you plan to ski a lot. Our unit was very clean, tidy, quiet and the bed was super comfy.

Great, central Ketchum stay
We had a great time staying here. The condo is right next to the bike path and the river which was great for the dogs, and super close to downtown Ketchum. Definitely would stay again!

Our one bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable even with the extreme heat and no AC. We opened the windows at night and closed them during the day to trap the cool air. The kitchen was well equipped and the sofa, bed and chairs comfortable. Our only disappointment was that our balcony faced west and was not enjoyable in the afternoons, but was great in the mornings. The location next to the river and near the ski lift and town was super!

Great week spent in summer. Unseasonably hot and no air but very out of the norm. The owner made sure we had a fan and was always present to answer questions, etc. Would certainly recommend it.

This was by far our favorite place to stay in Sun Valley. It was quite, convenient and at a great location close to Bald mountain. Loved the sleigh ride after skiing and a soak in the hot tub with the view of the mountains. The owners are great and friendly.

The location for skiing is the best in Ketchum. A short walk or ski of four/five minutes puts you at the River Lodge lifts. The units are well cared for, very clean and well provisioned with everything you need to cook.

We love this place, with or without our dog. The proximity Tom bald Mountain is convenient summer or winter. Super friendly and accommodating staff, and quiet. The bathrooms are outdated, but the water is always hot and the place very clean.

The lodging is quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Even though some of the decor is a bit dated, the units are very clean and comfortable. Love it so much we're going back this winter!
