We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable as each bedroom has its own bathroom and the Condo is well equipped. Quiet and peaceful and was fun to watch the golfers lining up each morning across the fairway for the Maple course. Our stay wasn’t exactly for fun as we came down to inspect damage and meet with Contractors for my In laws property in Sunset Beach. But we still made time for the Beach and went to our favorite local restaurants so was still a nice getaway.

This great condo was so close to the beach and all of our favorite restaurants. Loved sitting on the screened porch each morning and watching golfers. We will definitely book another stay here.

We wanted to be near the beach and this unit was about a 3 minute drive. The place was very clean, plenty spacious, quiet and had a nice vibe. Check in and out were effortless. Would definitely stay there again.

We are repeat guests of this unit. It is perfect for a small group to get to the beach, golf, or whatever you want to do in the area. Close to grocery store and beach. We will return. Check in is always easy! Thanks Cheryl!

The condo is very clean and has everything one needs for a stay. The setting is beautiful as it sits on the 9th hole of the Maples Golf Course. This is our third time staying in this condo and we will definitely rent it again. Highly recommend it.

Only one problem, the couch and chair in the living room are very broken down. Very difficult to get up out of couch and chair. Also, why are both sinks in the bathroom so low? It was not advertised as a handicap facility and they were incredibility low.

The place was nice. Comfortable. The window AC unit in the master is noisy so we slept in the room with the 2 queen beds. I would recommend this place.

The condo was everything advertised - very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. All the beds were super comfortable. The couch and chair could do with an update, but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Our daughter played her spring college golf tournament on the maple course this past week. We were lucky enough to book this great unit situated on the ninth fairway. The clubhouse was just across the fairway. The unit was clean, organized and just great in general. Everything you need is available from a Keurig Machine with supplied coffee, dishes, soaps, shampoo and extra blankets. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owner was fantastic.

This condo is very clean, well furnished and well stocked.
This is our second visit and we were not disappointed. It is on the ninth green of the Maples Golf Course which is very pretty. Check in is extremely easy. Recommend it and will definitely stay again if in the area.

Second time renting this place. It’s perfect! Clean, good location, all the basics you’d expect in a rental, great management, and most importantly easy! It makes a vacation very relaxing. A few restaurants very close and calabash is a short drive for more dining options. We will rent it again whenever we come here. I would recommend.

Because of a sickness at home we were only able to stay one night, but we really enjoyed the condo! I plan to stay there again.

Nice condo! Very clean! Super close to the beach and dining. Things in the area basically wind down by 9pm every night. The property manager was easy to communicate with on check in and check out. We had zero issues so that was it. Keypad has a unique code to your stay which is a plus. Area is quiet and safe. Clubhouse pool is nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the screen porch was nice as we were located at the ninth hole green. The whole reservation process was very smooth and the rep was very easy to reach. We really enjoyed our stay and will use Evolve again.

Good location, clean and well equipped. The property’s rooms are on the small size but are nice and well furnished. Nice rental would stay there again.

The condo is very clean and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. Checking in was extremely easy. The view from the patio is great as it is on the 9th hole of Maples golf course. We were there for four days and enjoyed everyday. I would definitely rent it again and recommend it.

SeaTrails is one of our favorite places to visit. We have stayed in 4 or 5 areas within the plantation and this is the most convenient. Views from the screened porch on the fairway. Close to the rec and clubhouse, yet removed from traffic and crowds. The condo was clean, stocked and handled all of our needs. We will be back.
