12 girls made every dinner reservation on time due to a beautiful bathroom connected to every single room! Perfect hosting house for kitchen hangouts, pool lounging & BBQing. Also, location is great - about 10-15 min from all nightlife & min away from beach! Also to mention, Mike was so easy to work with & answered any questions during our stay in a timely manor.

12 of us stayed at this house for 2 nights during a wedding weekend. The house was huge - with enough beds for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. All bathrooms were extremely clean as well. We're already planning our next stay!

We rented this home for a long weekend getaway with our girlfriends and it was the perfect setting for a memorable weekend. Stunning home with a large pool great for relaxing. The kitchen was a big perk and made it easy to serve group dinners and breakfast. Plenty of bedrooms for all our friends and showers/baths were sizable. Perfect home for friends, family and hosting any large groups.

Overall we had a great stay and Michael was great and super responsive. The house felt clean just some parts seemed a little messy, especially the backyard. I know it was the winter so summer may be different. We would definitely stay again!

I feel bad about writing a negative review of this house because I think the owner is a very nice guy with good intentions but I have to be honest. The upstair bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice but the downstairs although very spacious had stains on the very cheap thin carpets. My major complain was that the outside was a ugly mess. The lawn in the back yard and surrounding the pool was all weeds and dirt. Their was one ugly umbrella for six very uncomfortable lounge chairs. The pools sides had stained walls with paint peeling off. When you are spending most of your time outside all this matters. very short on pots and pans. My main complaint has to do with the back yard and pool area. This is because when you spend most of your time outside you want pretty surroundings and cofortable chairs to sit on. The grass is all weed and dirt. The gated pool has six lounge chairs with one very ugly flimsy umbrella and sitting on those chairs was like sitting on a rack, very uncomfortable.

We were a group of 11 and enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there’s heaps of space in the house to spread out. Mike was quick to respond and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only improvement would be increasing the bandwidth of the WiFi to accommodate for such a large group.

Mike the owner was very easy to communicate with and made everything go smoothly. House was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed. Excellent wifi and TVs work well. Location is excellent - short drive to town and to beach.

This property is exactly as advertised, with a family gathering kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a great pool area. What you don't see from the pictures is how each bedroom is really a suite, with lots of privacy for groups or extended families. Every thing we needed for our stay was provided and very clean. The pool was warm and inviting, and well cleaned for our stay after a storm. The location is quiet but close enough to all the action, and the Red Horse Market is conveniently nearby for your eat-in supplies. Michael is excellent to deal with, very responsive to all inquiries. He even sent us our forgotten eyeglasses after we departed (thanks so much:)) We have rented many properties through HomeAway and VRBO in the US and abroad, and this one was a first class home and rental experience.

We rented this house for a reunion of some college friends and it was incredible. The house is nicer and bigger than you'd think from just looking at the photos. It's very well appointed with great bathrooms, great bedroom space, and a media room that turns heads. There's several ways to play music (Sonos, Blutooth and direct from iPhones and iPads), and several settings that direct the sound all over the house including a way to play music on the generously sized screened in porch (that has tons of seating). There's also a terrific pool and a side yard with a hammock, some games and a gas grill. The house has a washer / dryer, towels and a great kitchen with a big island for prep or hanging out. Besides all that the location is fantastic as its minutes from East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, the Wolffer Winery, two train stations, great places to eat and the beaches. I can't say enough good things. I'd rent it again in a second and encourage you to do the same.

We rented this house for a family reunion weekend and very much enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The 5 bedrooms had their own baths and tv's. The media room was huge and had a small room off to the side that contained a full-size bed. The kitchen was just gorgeous. It was great place for people to gather, as was the screen porch. The pool was great for kids and adults alike. As a mother of a one-year old, I was happy to see that there was a fence around the pool. There was plenty of outdoor seating. The gas grill made cooking dinner super easy. The setting was very tranquil and relaxing. Our visit was in late June. At night it cooled off considerably and we never needed AC. We could sleep with the windows open and woke up to birds chirping. Michael was super responsive to all our questions. East Hampton main beach and Levain Bakery were about a 5 minute drive away. The house's only weakness was the WiFi, which was difficult to connect to, if you were on the 1st floor or on the side of the house farthest from the media room on the 2nd floor. (The router was located in the media room.) Nevertheless, we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to rent this house again.

We enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be coming back next summer. The house accommodated 6 couples very very well, with ample space, privacy and amenities. The outdoor area was great for relaxing and grilling and the huge screened in porch was wonderful at night. House is really well furnished - the pictures don't do it justice. Kitchen is fantastic for cooking and entertaining. TV/Cable included which was nice. On top of that, Michael was a really great host. He was very responsive and helpful and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this house for any length of time / size of party.

The house had a most lovely gourmet kitchen with Viking stove, Sub Zero fridge and seating for 12. The dining room also would seat another 12-14. It's dark blue wainscoting is beautiful. Five generously sized bedrooms with marble baths in each plus tv in each room. 19 of us had plenty of areas to relax, watch tv in the outrageously large media room, or just read in the sun room. Convenient to both E. Hampton and Wainscott. An ideal location for family reunion. Heated pool wasn't used since the weather was cold and rainy all weekend. Lots of parking in driveway (enough for 6 cars.) I would rent this property again.

The house was fantastic!!! The pictures don't do it justice.. From the moment we step into the house we could see that it was 10 times nicer in person. The house was spotless and super comfortable All the bedrooms are Big and have flat screen tv's!! and their own private and beautifully appointed bathrooms. And if you like to cook this kitchen is a chefs dream. And the media room was Incredible!!! gotta see it to believe it. Mike was great to deal with. What few questions we had he answered quickly. This house is our go to place from now on in the Hamptons. Loved it!!!!
