No need to pack beach towels because they provide them for you. The house is gorgeous but they should update the description because 2 bedrooms have king beds and 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Also it is 3 and a half baths not 4 as listed. We had minor issues with the cable but Neil tended to it quickly. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay. This house is highly recommended if you want a relaxing getaway

The house was STUNNING! It was such a great place to relax and the house made that mission very achievable. Plus the necessities were in close driving distance. While we did the usual Florida activities, I really could have been happy doing nothing in the house for a whole week! I definitely recommend renting this vacation home.

We had an incredible time here. If you can even believe it, it’s all better than the pictures. It exceeded our expectations and we’re picky! Just simply beautiful! All the extra details. The pool is to die for! Amazing views!! Bravo to the interior decorator! Only 40 min from the airport, close to everything! Beaches, boat trips, great restaurants from Ft Meyers, Sanibel/captiva, siesta key beach, Adventures in Paradise boat trips and so much more! Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this gorgeous home with our family of adult children and their significant others to ring in the new year and escape our chilly state. We loved the setup of the U-shaped home where all the bedrooms were on one side and the living areas on the other. Our kids stayed up well past midnight watching movies and playing games and we couldn't hear anything from the master suite! The location is great and you can walk to the marina or to a little shopping area with a Publix and liquor store, nail salon, etc. The pool was definitely a highlight, as was the gorgeous view down the canal. Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens to relax and enjoy the scenery night and day. We didn't venture out and with this home, we were happy staying put. The layout of this home is perfect and with the exception of the master bedroom being a little on the warm side, it was an awesome experience. The property manager was very responsive too. Our only recommendation would be to provide a quieter standing fan for the master bedroom to cool it down for better sleeping. However, even with this small challenge, we would return to this home in the near future.

We were all so impressed by every aspect of the rental. If we had issues, just a few tiny ones, we called and got prompt response. The home itself was exactly if not better then the pictures. Beautiful area too!!! We felt very safe in the community. Thanks again for a marvelous 60 th celebration!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home advertised it was 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was actually 3,5 bathrooms. We had 4 couples who were all looking for their own private bathrooms. We chose this home based on that criteria, but were disappointed when it wasn't true. Rental agent said some sites round up these numbers. Totally unacceptable. Also, pool heat was not working when we arrived. They came to check on it the next day, and a sensor was broken and needed replacing. They fixed the problem, and it took another day for the heat to work properly. So for two days out of a 4 day rental, the pool and hot tub were not able to be used. If they checked the pool heat Before we arrived to see it was working, we would not have had this problem. Rental agent and owner did not offer any type of refund when asked.

It is fabulous and has everything you could want. Really modern appliances, TVs - even Apple TV - etc. Everything was really clean on arrival and well maintained and it really does have everything you need. Management was really helpful and very prompt . The key was available in a lockbox when we arrived and we got in no problem. The views over the canal was greatThe swimming pool is great by bugs. There is a good outdoor kitchen where we enjoyed doing our BBQ and there are bikes in the garage. However for me, the very best was the view. It was awesome and because you are right next to the main waterway this means you can be on your way immediately without endless idling down canals. We did Estero, Sanibel and Captiva and loved every minute. Well done. We missed the fourth bathroom in the house, description you read four bathroom, but there are just three and one seperate toilet.
