We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family of 4 couples and two small children. We especially enjoyed the back deck and fire pit. We would definitely return to the same place if we come back to Acadia

We are a multi-generational family of six, and had a wonderful time at Erica and Randy’s home. It’s filed with nice touches, such as decorative touches, books, a ping-pong table, and a binder filled with nearby tourist information and suggestions. There was a lot of room for everyone - and each bedroom and bathroom was roomy (other than the tiny bunk bed room). The master bath’s shower is small, but was fine for us. The beds are comfortable, and so is the furniture. The kitchen is somewhat modern and has everything! We made many meals, and needed nothing but fresh ingredients from the market. We loved sitting out on the deck. It was great for resting before, during, and after just about anything Mt. Desert has to offer! There were a few issues, but not too terrible: The temperature downstairs really never got cool enough. Our week there wasn’t very warm, but if it was, it would have been uncomfortable. One of the baby gates did not fit a potentially dangerous part of the house at the entrance (where the staircase is located). We have a toddler who had to be watched every moment. However, the 2nd gate fit well on the deck by the table. If you are an adults-only group, there are no such issues. We had a few simple questions / concerns that were answered very quickly, and experienced wonderful communication. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed a lot of things about this property. The location was fantastic. We were able to stay away from the really busy Bar Harbor but be close enough to drive to Bar Harbor or Acadia as we liked. We had plenty of options for food, ice cream near the place as well. Another thing we really liked was the layout of the house. We were able to let the teens have the downstairs area for bedrooms and hanging out while the adults stayed upstairs. We enjoyed the firepit and hammock and walks around the neighborhood. The best beach on the island and great hikes are right outside the door. Overall - great place for our Acadia NP excursions

The property was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and exactly as advertised. We were able to easily enjoy the attractions of Mount Desert Island, being centrally located, and had beautiful views and outside dining and entertaining spaces to enjoy the scenery at the house. The neighborhood was very quiet and it was really perfect for a quiet family get-away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This house was beautiful and spacious in a quiet setting yet close to everything! We enjoyed every minute and fell in love with Maine! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home!!

Stayed with 9 people ranging from 4 - 45 years of age. Location was good 20 minutes to everything you would want to get to in Acadia. Upstair bedrooms were a little warm for sleeping to our likening in the evenings. Kitchen has everything you would want to cook. Deck was great in the evenings. Super quiet and a good view of stars. King bed was super comfortable.

Beautiful view close to Acadia to hike. Very clean.

We had a wonderful time exploring Bar Harbor and the other harbors. The house was beautiful, great view, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back
