Brilliant position for gondola, bus, little shop and basically everything we needed. Would definitely use again.

Excellent space, very comfortable and well equipped. Walk 150 yards up the road to access snowy path to the gondola. No 5 free bus stop right outside.

This was an amazing location, and a perfectly clean and cozy condo to go with it. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Shuttle was really convenient to both Blackcomb and Whistler village. Underground parking was appreciated.

Good location, but definitely more dated than the pics make it look. The beds are rock hard. My only decent night sleep was on the couch. The kicker was waking up to mouse poop on the kitchen counter after our first night, and there weren’t any cleaning supplies to clean it up. We had bought some groceries to make breakfast, but who wants to prepare food on a contaminated counter. We had to contact the property manager, and have them send out the cleaning crew to wipe everything down and leave us some cleaning wipes to clean before cooking. It kind of made the whole place feel dirty. Also, be prepared to buy laundry detergent at the store if you want to use the washing machine in the unit. Not a big deal, but it wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

Location of this condo is wonderful, within a 10 minute easy walk to lifts, or take the free shuttle every 15 minutes, catch it right across the street! Will stay again when we come back to Whistler!

Two bedroom, two bath with fully kitted kitchen. I loved having the laundry in the suite. Especially when we had a rainy day skiing, we were able to dry all our coats etc in the dryer in preparation for the next ski day. Clean, comfortable, well furnished. I can't think of one thing we found wrong or missing. There was even a mid-week towel replacement which was unexpected but very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and very nice appliances which is unusual in some rentals where they have supplied the bare minimum only. Really nice blender and coffee maker especially. Top ratings for this villa. We will definitely rent here again.

A few maintenance issues: toilet downstairs had the wrong float and so the lid of the tank doesn't close all the way;and the sliding doors to laundry closet don't close and seemed wonky. Floors could have been cleaner, though it is tough to keep hardwood floors clean when people wear shoes on it.

Reviewer Comments: My wife, two boys and I love to ski…and we love to ski at Whistler! This was our 5th week long ski trip over the past 8 years at Whistler, and the first time staying in the Upper Village. We were excited to be walking distance to slopes and the village, and we were willing to pay the higher price that this unit charges to be in this location. Unfortunately, we were disappointed immediately upon walking in the front door. This unit is small and dated. The kitchen is small, has old appliances, old linoleum countertops and no garbage disposal. The silverware, pans and coffee maker were dirty upon arrival and had to be washed. In the living room, the Wi-Fi was weak and kept disconnecting, the TV had basic channels only, and the fireplace came with a presto log, but no matches to light it. The bathrooms, like the kitchen, are dated with the same linoleum countertops which were coming apart in the master bath. The bedrooms were average and very small. Another huge let down, was that there was no hot tub at the condo, even though VRBO/HomeAway stated there was when I booked the unit. Management said there has never been a hot tub at this condo, which I now know to be true, but that’s not what the original listing stated. This would have been a deal breaker had we known. We did contact the management company about our issues, and they did provide us with passes to an offsite aquatic center, a new coffee maker, cutlery set, additional cable stations and they did something to the Wi-Fi to make it functional, which we were grateful for as it made our stay more enjoyable. Wintergreen 27 just wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid, especially after reading the positive reviews I read for this unit. We have had much better units in Whistler for considerably less. I would not recommend this unit unless major remodeling took place or if the price was restructured to reflect the small, dated condo that it currently is.

What a great experience! We spent a wonderful week at Wintergreen 27 of "The Villas" in the Upper Village of Whistler/Blackcomb in late February/early March 2017 with our adult children. The property manager was super responsive and helpful from the beginning of the reservation process to our arrival and throughout our stay. We have got all the information we needed right on time, and our questions were answered right away. The place has a perfect location. It is 2 minutes away (max.) by walk from the free shuttle bus stop. (Bus #5 runs in every 10 minutes during the winter months.) To Blackcomb Base, it is about a 5-minute-ride, and one can add additional 3-5 minutes to get to Whistler Village by the same bus. Though it is not a ski-in/ski-out place, we often skied "home" almost to our door using the trail from Blackcomb base. We often walked the trail to Whistler Village in the evening which is a pleasant 15-minute-walk. We could conveniently park our car in the underground garage so there was no need to clean/dig out the car from the snow. We did not really use the car during our stay, except when we did the grocery shopping, and when we dined in a restaurant at Creekside. We did it for convenience and saving time. The free shuttle lines serve those locations as well. The unit we stayed, a 2 bed/2 bath 2-level condo, is pristine: clean, updated, practical, and well equipped. The entry foyer is a great addition to the place where we could store our skies and boots and empty luggage. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, all kinds of glasses, mugs, silverware, cookware, appliances, etc. One bedroom+bath is on the main floor, while the other bedroom+bath is on the upper level, which provides complete privacy. The beds/mattresses are very comfy. The bathrooms are also updated, clean and well equipped/stocked. There is also a washer/drier combo in the bathroom on the main level. The living room/dining room area is cozy with good quality and comfy furniture, an easy-to-use fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. The free WiFi worked with no issues. I recommend the place with no reservations. We would definitely stay there again.

We especially liked the floorplan of this unit as it allowed for privacy for each guest yet a nice open kitchen and living room.
