Just like the pictures, this property and house are beautiful! Martha was so quick to respond to any texts we sent, and was so helpful. We ate almost our meals on the back porch off the kitchen, in such a beautiful environment (landscaping and trees are so nice). Got great food (especially pizzas) and great beer at the brewery next store. And fruit orchards in the area were amazing when we went picking on June 20. Can’t beat this house!

We rented this beautiful house for our family. Our son was getting married in Afton, and it was a beautiful weekend.

We rented the Inn for a family wedding and ended up hosting the rehearsal dinner there with catering and beer from the brewery. Martha was fantastic to work with, the property was beautiful for the dinner, and the house exceeded our expectations with accommodations, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommend!

This property is just wonderful! Has everything you need, 4 bathrooms, bedrooms on each floor which allowed privacy for different members of our family. Gas fire pit, hot tub, pool table, so much room inside and out! So convenient to have the brewery next door for fitting in meals. (We were there for my son’s wedding at a local winery and were in and out all weekend) I highly recommend this property. 😊

Super convenient to antiquing, wineries, and the brewery. Our second stay and will be back! Hot tub very clean, kitchen well stocked, beds comfy, and though we experienced an issue with the AC, the property manager was very responsive.

We had 12 adults and the house was perfect!! Location was great and convenient. The decks and yard gave us plenty of room to spread out. Along with the pool table in the basement. Loved the house and will definitely be back!

Blue Mountain Inn was the perfect apot to meet up with family in 3 different directions. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed to make the weekend one to remember.

From start to finish The Inn at Blue Mountain Brewery is a first class experience. Beautiful and well kept spaces abound inside and out at the house. I’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Inn at Blue Mountain Brewery! The house was gorgeous with excellent amenities (hot tub, fire pit, grill) and a prime location! We were a quick drive from vineyards and only a short walk from the brewery. We plan to visit again next year!

From start to finish, from initial inquiry to booking to check in, our stay, all the way through check out…everything was just wonderful. The home was beautiful and clean upon arrival, very well stocked with a number of necessities as advertised (even more than I expected!), and offered plenty of creature comforts for our retreat. I look forward to returning.

We rented the house for 8 girls and it was great! Plenty of space, very clean, great back yard (with a fire pit and a hot tub). We went to the brewery several times for food and did a wine tour – all locations were within 15min of the house.

Martha was great answering any/all questions about the property in a timely manner. The house/property was just as portrayed in the photos (actually much better). We have no complaints at all. Plenty of towels, very clean, landscaping was beautiful, and the adjoining brewery is a go-to for pizzas, sandwiches, and beer. We plan on going back in the future.

House was clean, fully stocked with everything you need! Games, puzzles, cornhole and more! Location was great and having the brewery next store was awesome! Would def stay again!

We enjoyed the lovely views, the convenience and cool factor of staying next to the brewery, as well as the fire pit area, hot tub and pool table. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. It was really great to have items like dish detergent, toilet paper and other kitchen staples provided. II was a little disappointed that neither of the basement bedrooms had any windows. All in all it was a good stay in a place where you can relax at the house or explore wineries, mountain trails and Charlottesville. We would stay again!

This property was fantastic for our family vacation with 3 generations. The house was well set up, very comfortable, and had everything you’d need for a great vacation. We stayed a week and did several wineries and a couple breweries (including Blue Mountain right on the property) and a distillery, got fresh peaches at a local farm, hiked along the Blue Ridge Pkwy and Skyline Drive, dinner in Charlottesville, toured Monticello, ate at historic Michie Tavern and much more! We enjoyed the fantastic game room downstairs for pool and board games, soaked in the hot tub, and had s’mores and sang songs around the fire pit while fireflies flickered in the yard. It was an idyllic setting and an awesome week’s vacation. The property manager was very responsive and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Charlottesville. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! I highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to rent it again!

This was a beautiful property with everything our group of 11 needed. Hot tub and fire pit were great amenities that we used a lot, kitchen was well stocked. Having Blue Mountain Brewery within walking distance was super convenient, and we were also very close to wineries and cideries. Definitely want to stay here again for our annual girls wine trip.

The Inn at Blue Mountain is phenomenal. It has everything you need for a wonderful time. The space is incredible and has so much room for large groups. Perfect for celebrations. Martha was helpful and responsive. We can't wait for another reason to rent this property again!

This was a perfect location for our family to gather and celebrate our son's graduation from UVA. The house was well set up for the 8 of us. We catered a small gathering from the Blue Mountain Brewery which was delicious! Martha was very helpful with my many questions as we traveled from the west coast. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of all the area has to offer - look forward to a return stay!

My family (husband, 18-month-old daughter, parents, and brother) had a lovely stay here for Easter weekend. As a UVA alum, I had fond memories of Blue Mountain Brewery and the Afton area, and my experience didn't disappoint. The house was comfortable and clean and the property manager was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this home for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was perfect! Of course there is the brewery/restaurant next door which is amazing, but the owner gives renters a discount on food & merchandise. There are also several wineries and distilleries within 5-15 min of the home making it easy to try a variety of drinks. The layout of the home was great for our party of 12. There were even cute touches throughout such as jars of q-tips, cotton balls & shampoo/conditioner in the baths, cornhole boards outside, a beautiful gas fire pit, and frozen pint glasses in the fridge for beer. We will definitely be staying at this home again!

From check in to check out, our group of ladies loved this house. Check in was simple and Martha was readily available to answer any questions we had. There was ample parking and the bedrooms were all exactly as described. The home was large enough for our group to have their own space and comfortably gather together around the fireplace or the outdoor fire pit. The back porch is also a huge spot to enjoy the sunshine. It is conveniently located next to a brewery where we had lunch, dinner and brunch while in town (delicious food and beer). It was also 10-15 minutes from almost every winery, with a couple only a few minutes away. If you are looking for somewhere to enjoy the wineries of Charlottesville, this home is it! We can’t wait to come back!

Martha was wonderful to work with. Everything was as listed and perfect! The house is loaded with extras and very accommodating to our group! The brewery next store and the fire pit were the best perks of this property!

We booked this property for a bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! 9 of us were there and we had plenty of space. Beautiful, clean property and Martha was so easy to work with. We had a few minor maintenance issues that she handled very promptly. The location was perfect for us, and being able to walk next door to the brewery was awesome. Would love to stay there again!

We could not have asked for a better VRBO for my sister’s CoVID-conscience “bachelorette weekend.” We had plenty of space, convenient to our winery reservations and within walking distance to Blue Mountain Brewery. We had such a nice time!! So many amenities but we enjoyed the fireplace and hot-tub the most!

Our first family vacation (6 adults, 6 kids) was wonderful. Martha was a dream to work with and the kids absolutely LOVED the property and exploring. The fire pit and hot tub were a dream. Only thing I wish was better was the weather - no snow and one of our days got completely rained out! Absolutely looking forward to our next trip!

Everything about this place was fabulous! The owner was responsive and friendly. The brewery had amazing food and was literally next door. Even the WiFi was surprisingly fast.
