The staff were most helpful and genuinely friendly. The location is just off the beautiful town square.

The suite was spacious, but its location in the attic forced some compromises (rafters and beams to maneuver around, shower in the kitchen, etc.). Nonetheless, we had a great time!

This place is great for one night stay. Parking is near the pension, the hotel room is pretty clean and spacious.

HOST WAS ALREADY WAITING FOR US TO TAKE US TO ANOTHER LOCATION, WHERE HE ALSO HAD ROOMS AVAILABLE. HELPED US TO STILL GET SOME FOOD AT A LATE HOUR. AND TOOK OUR BREAKFAST ORDER FOR THE NEXT DAY.

I WOULD HAVE PREFERED THE BUFFET BREAKFAST AND NOT HAVE TO PRE CHOOSE AT NIGHT WHAT TO EAT THE NEXT MORNING. (IT SEEMED THAT THEY USUALY HAVE A BUFFET BREAKFAST, LOOKING AT THE TABLES SET UP FOR SUCH)

This is a no-frills pension with kind staff. There’s a kitchenette in the room with a microwave, but no stove. Perfect for a one-night stay, especially if you need on-site parking.

The location isn’t exactly appealing, but the city center is within walking distance.

Breakfast was good

They.changed the price when i came to penzion for much higher, room wasnt very clean it was dust in many place. To breakfast i recived was dirty from lipstick...

Staff are nice and helpful

Our room was ridiculous. Two big beams 30cm over floor that you have too jump or take over by absurd stairs. Shower in kitchen. Breakfast not good and cold.

Breakfast and staff were great and nice. The location was relatively close to everything in Prostejov. The room was extremely large for 2 people. A full kitchen.

Shower was in the kitchen which is weird and unpleasant. A person had to hop over 2 wooden beams about a meter high to get to the bed - wouldn't recommend for any older couple. The style was like a time capsule back to the 90s. A crazy old couch that didn't have a changeable cover over it. All of the kitchenware also from the 90s. We were on the very top floor on a hot summer day with air conditioning that didn't work. It also shocked us that they accept 2 hour stays for couples who just needed a bed for a couple of hours.

The location was good (town center), personal was friendly and the rooms were pretty large. The process worked smoothly.

The beds & pillows were not exactly comfortable, rooms were missing a bit of practical furniture like bed tables and lamps. Kitchen was missing some basic supplies like sugar, salt, tea or coffee. Once we ordered a breakfast and the quality was disapointing.
