Great location, small town and out-of-season so most things were closed.

Very cold floors, shouldve been mentioned to bring slippers/warm socks. But can imagine it is nice in the summer. Above stairs neighbors were playing music until 11:30pm, thin ceilings so it was quite noisy.

This property is in the most amazing location, in the historic city center close to all of the restaurants, shops and important sights to see. The apartment is cozy, clean and very well appointed. The hosts are truly what make this property so lovely however. The check in process was so personal and kind. As a solo traveler, it's really comforting to know that your hosts actually care about your comfort and your stay. I am recommending this property to all of my friends and family!

We had an excellent stay in the beautiful location of Tivoli old town. We enjoy the apartment so much , it was perfect to rest after visiting Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana and also after long day trips to Roma. Fantastic location for the vicinity to restaurants and shops. Our hos has been very kind to us and helpful in several occasions. I will recommend to stay in Casa Belvedere to anyone who is traveling to Roma, Tivoli and Castelli Romani.

Wonderful apartment, authentic, clean and central location. Perfect for us, family of 3, everything we needed for our amazing unique Italian Easter and I give my very best recommendation to both apartment and amazing host who helped us with everything we needed. Tivoli Casa Belvedere has very good location. It is in old historical part of city, close to train station, bus station, tourist attractions, pubs and restaurants also trails to the surrounding hills from where you can observe whole Tivoli. Our apartment was very pleasant and clean place. And what is also very important - owner was really nice and helpful woman. Because of some circumstances there was any problem with leaving our luggage in Casa after check out time.
