Beautiful view and facilities, but we were there in a heatwave - no aircon!! Obviously, the house was closed up. However, with fans and windows open (some VERY difficult to do) it soon cooled down. Strange that ALL cutlery, crockery and tools were on the upper floor only, a fact discovered only after stocking the downstairs fridge! Beautiful safe beach not far. A great stay.

We loved the house, had a great 10km walk on the Cape to Cape and Gracetown beach was beautiful for swimming. The whales were a constant show from the lounge windows. Great stay 🌟

The house is very modern, with well equipped kitchen (coffee cups were the only things missing). The view from the first floor living room is stunning. Close to the beach and Cape to Cape trail. The wood fire places were great, helped warming up a bit the bedrooms too, but a heater in the bedrooms would have been good to have. Overall we had a really nice stay, we definitely recommend this property.

Magic stay and beautiful house
Fabulous spot and property for a family of five. Very relaxing with beautiful morning views, the house was the perfect home away from home,

Great house, suitable for a group of 12 adults. Plenty of space and the large number of bathrooms was nice.
Bottom kitchen unequipped. Could have been good to a have a bit more equipment when we were doing large cooks ups!

Really nice property
My family and I spent the long weekend at this property. It was very nice and in a good location! The property is large and can accomodate large groups which is great, and the style/furniture is very modern and nice.

Stunning Property!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Lefties! The property more than accomodated our two families. We loved the decor, large comfortable beds and views. This property literately has everything that we have at home, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, rice maker, webber Q and everything is new.
We have stayed in Stayz properties all over Australia and Lefties would have to be one of the best! We will definately be back!

Fabulous house!
Loved the layout and decor of Lefties, it is so nice to have a house with more than 1 master room. We struggle to find a great house with gorgeous rooms for 3 or 4 couples. This house was perfect. Will definitely be going back…soon!! Compliments to the owners on a great fit out!

Great house, Great location
Our group of 8 adults had a great 4 day stay at Lefties which was perfectly set up for groups. Almost 2 fully self contained floors with kitchens, living space, decks/balconies and bathrooms on each floor. Gracetown is a perfect location to explore the whole Margaret River region with many of the best wineries close by and an easy 20min drive to "Margs".

Perfect location and luxury stay
The house was impeccable. It had all the comforts of home on a luxurious level. We easily fit three families with enough room to have our own space if required. The balcony was superb, beautiful view. Great location to base our Margaret River touring and enjoying each others company. Highly recommend, thank you
