This place is excellent. I went to Disney world with my wife and adult children. The place was roomy,comfortable, beautiful and clean. Virtually every single room has a TV, at least one with Netflix. I can't say enough about having a pool on premises, a hot tub, and everything you would ever need for a wonderful stay. There are no exaggerations in the listing but the listing does not give enough credit to the decorating and particularly the Disney decorating for children and the young at heart. Not to mention the game room, the available Disney books ( dozens) supplied by the owner and a DVD player and other thoughtful touches.
Speaking of the owner. When we arrived there were greetings and best wishes on a great vacation accompanied by a bottle of wine and some chocolates. Great to deal with, the attitude of the owner was welcoming and warm.
This place was great for us but for a family with kids (by the way, there was a crib and playpen for babies), it would be ideal and full of value.
The one and only fault had nothing to do with the owner at all. The residence was not as close to Disneyworld as I would prefer but what made the distance feel so long was the astonishing traffic. I live on Long Island which is afflicted with mighty bad traffic but I would say the roads around Orlando are worse and shameful because the lights are not timed right and were built for a 1980's Disney.
The roads around Disney were created to serve the Disneyworld of 1976.

My family and I loved this house! Location is close to Disney. The house is beautiful and the property manager is very friendly and has fast communication! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a family vaca to Disneyworld. It was an easy drive from the Orlando arpt to the property. It was also easy to get to shopping and all the Disneyworld parks. The house was big and roomy. Our Host Kip was excellent to work with and always responded to our calls. The we were excited to have a heated pool and hot tub. (We had to pay extra for that which we did.) Unfortunately, upon our arrival the pool and hot tub were cold even though Kip had turned on the heat 24 hrs earlier. I guess it takes time to heat that up at this time of the year. However we were able to use the hot tub almost every day, but we had to wait an hour or more for it to heat up.
If we ever return to this area - we would stay here again. The house was great and so was Kip!

Great stay!!! Close to everything… Owners are awesome to deal with, house is amazing. It was 10 of us total and enough room for all of us, house is very clean and spacious… would love to stay with them again!! Thank you sooo much for the Amazing stay and making us feel just like at home…. Home away from home❤️❤️

We had a great stay!! The home was large and comfortable for our group of 10. We were close enough to all the parks that getting in and out each day was fine. The only minor concern was the width of the street after seeing all the cars parked along the side, it was a very tight squeeze for a large van. So keep the size of your vehicle in mind. Other than that the owners were very informative and helpful about the home and surrounding areas.

The house was great, lovely neighborhood and kind neighbors. Home was clean, huge and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a hit! Conveniently located close to everything and 30 min from Disney. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

The only suggestion would be to have more towels, face cloths etc. We ran out of toilet paper in all 5 bathrooms but there were no spare.

Everything was just as advertised plus more! We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the villa. The owners were very easy to communicate with, the house was very clean and spacious, and the pool was great. You can tell the owners really care about their guests, they provide everything needed to have a great stay. The kids had so much fun with the pool toys and toys in the house. Thank you again so much, Kip and Nen!

The property is in a great location along the 27, very easy access to all the usual Orlando attractions.
The property itself is clearly a point of pride and the property is well appointed, the WiFi is quick and the towels / bedding is all of high quality. All of us slept well and we're thoroughly comfortable throughout our stay. I'd recommend the villa to any group of people as it has plenty of excess space to not be on top of each other all the time.
The owner was very attentive, friendly and available whenever I reached out.

This was our first stay in Florida and we absolutely enjoyed it thoroughly. The villa was clean, easily accessible, check in was simple, communication about anything was easy, and we felt like we were in our own home. I would stay again, no questions asked!

Lovely spacious villa, clean and tidy and a good location to Disney parks. Nice pool area and you are not overlooked by neighbouring properties. The villa is in a great location for local grocery stores and eating establishment’s. The owner ( Kip )was easily contactable and responded quickly when we did have an issue with the property.
The pool area could do with a bit more lighting but that is a minor detail.
We would absolutely recommend this property for larger families visiting Disney. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home in a good and quiet neighborhood. Home was clean (has a strong clean smell, whatever cleaner they use is very strong in case you are sensitive to that). Easy to get to Disney or Universal. Good communication with the owners/management. No issues. My only recommendation is more lighting in or around the pool for night time. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

Amazing house and location large rooms, all the things you'd need to cook if that was what you choose to do. Close to grocery store and restaurants too. The amusement parks are close but far enough away to not feel like you are crowded. The fact that the house backs on to a green space is wonder as well because you never feel too close even though you are in a neighborhood. Very quiet at night. The owners were very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was in order for us. They even left us a bottle of wine which was much appreciated. We will definitely consider this place should we come back this way. You should too.

Perfect VRBO for a family trip to Florida. Layout of house works really well when traveling with grandparents as there is a bedroom on the main level so no need to worry about stairs. House has everything you need to entertain children and teens. Close to multiple shops and restaurants and very convenient for getting to Disney. Renters are extremely easy to deal with and very responsive. Definitely a place we will look to return to on a future trip and would recommend to anyone.

The house had so many extras. Tons of kitchen appliances, pool toys, item for babies and more. It has ample room and was very comfortable. The grandkids loved the pool .

This place is nicely located at the heart of Davenport. It’s pretty close to all the Disney attractions, and supermarkets. It is equipped with all necessities, and everything you’ll need at home. No need to bring entertainment or movies for the kids. Each room has their own on demand shows. Each one of our 6 kids is able to watch whichever they like without fighting. Family friendly place, from any age. Equipped with cribs for infants. Pool is very nice, and equipped with floaties for the little ones. Owner is very attentive to the customers needs, and friendly. Price is very decent for the size of the villa. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The kids didn’t want to leave. Will definitely come back if we’ll ever be back to Florida.

We stayed at this property for one week while visiting Disney and Universal. The house is about 25-30 minutes away from the Disney parks and 40 from Universal. The owner was friendly and highly communicative. The beds were comfortable and everything was well maintained. I highly recommend this place, especially for large groups!

We had a great time relaxing there in our “off” days from the Disney parks. So much room for us all to spread out. The Princess themed room was such a big hit for our granddaughters! There is a Star Wars room too. And three bedrooms for adults.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful! Our stay overlapped with the hurricane that came through in September and the owner checked in on us and sent us helpful tips to get through that time. The kids rooms were equipped with little extras like toys and costumes that our kids loved and made the experience even better. If we are ever in the area again, we will be staying here!

We had such a wonderful visit here for a week. Pictures do not do this place justice. The owner is so quick to respond, super nice and very helpful with anything you might need. We had a little mishap resulting in a railing breaking on the steps when my husband fell over a kid, the owner was so understanding, we helped replace it right away and all was great. We are already trying to book dates for next year. So much room, the house is HUGE. We can’t thank the owner enough for everything. Anything you could imagine needing is basically already at the house. It’s perfect.

Kip was very pleasant to communicate with and the volla was amazing. Our family of 9 were extremely happy with the accommodations and we felt at home. The kids and granddaughters loved the pool. Great value for a family trip.
