Everything was perfect! We loved the location. It was close to downtown Folly and the beach, but having the fishing pier was the best! The house was outfitted well with towels and essentials like spices and even K-cups for the Keurig. I would definitely suggest to future renters to walk to restaurants or shops and to get your groceries on the way in since most parking downtown is not free and shopping on the island is minimal. The only negative that might affect renters, is the stairs coming from the garage and the top floor are very steep. I don’t think my older parents would be able to go with us for this reason. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and modern.

Fantastic week in Folly Beach. Accomodations were excellent. The house suited all of our needs very well. House was clean and very centrally located which made walking into main street or the beach very easy. We did not rent a golf cart as everything was very close by. The only minor issue we had was that this home did not have a barbecue. I assumed it would (my fault when I read in more detail about the amenities it did not list a barbecue). I would recommend the house have one if possible. Thanks for a great week. Very enjoyable.

Our week was wonderful ......two thoughts.....unit really needs a grill....not sure why garage to back is locked....pool for community is way undersized.....other then that our week was wonderful close to everything.

This house has everything! Deck for sunning, screened in deck for sitting, kitchen fully stocked! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful! Contact information and communication were great! It's also right across from the pool and so convenient for walking into town! We all loved it!

This was a great property for a beach week. We had four adults and two toddlers. It was a short walk to the beach and to all of the great restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool and dock, and seeing all the wildlife in the marsh. Great natural light and space. Kitchen is fairly well stocked with equipment, so we had plenty of at-home meals. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver for the two kids. Thank you for a great week!

Had a great time. There is all kinds of beach stuff. Chairs, boards, games, kids toys. Would have been good to know before we left. Took all our stuff for no reason. Great location.

This is our fourth time staying at Waters Edge and we love the property. The listing was as pictured and very comfortable. It was our first time dealing with a third party rental company and there was a couple of issues that didn’t really get resolved but the company was responsive and apologetic. But overall had a great stay with great amenities!

The property was clean. The check in / out process was seamless and the communication was great! My only complaint was that they did not provide extra trash bags (just one in the kitchen barrel). Made clean up a little difficult.

We traveled down to Folly Beach from Ohio for spring break this year. We were very happy with the house. It is a very beautiful home and had plenty of room for our family of 6. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

the property was clean and well appointed, from kitchen items, to books and puzzles. everything we needed
only complaint was our next door neighbors were very loud, we could hear them running around (several small children) and up and down the steps inside/outside, etc. Could also hear conversations. Also, could hear noises outside from the upstairs bedroom. we were awoken several times by other vacationers during the "quiet hours" after 10 pm.
not the property owner's fault, just maybe not insulated for noise as well as we would like.

We really enjoy this location since it is close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and we are able to fish off the pier. plus we have access to a nice pool. This is our 5 th year

Great Easter Weekend in Folly Beach
We had a great long weekend at this property. The condo is well appointed, spacious for a group of four, and very clean. We enjoyed the peaceful marsh views off the porches, as well as the proximity to the beach. Check in and out was seamless. Only word of caution is property access requires ability to go up stairs to enter and to access 2nd floor (a consideration for those who are elderly or have limited mobility). We would highly recommend this location and property. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

BEST. PLACE. IN. FOLLY.
Have you ever been on a vacation were you just didn't want to leave because everything just fell into place? Well, this was it. The house is PERFECT! Comfortable, accommodating, spacious, just PERFECT! We are planning already to come back!!!
The only thing I will say that is remotely negative is the parking is a little tough. The garage fits three cars but you cannot park on the street. If you have a lot of cars, you will need to make arrangements.

Lovely winter weekend getaway with my family. The unit was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook meals and hangout with your family. We truly appreciated the little extras provided.
