This rental is simply the best ever. It was comfortable and fun! I stayed here with my two daughters, my husband, my brother, and my mother and dad. It felt very spacious and we were all VERY comfortable. (Even my brother who slept on the fold out couch!) Angelique is welcoming and the opening tour was fantastic. My family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and spent a lot of time outside. It is beautiful and my kids swam for hours on end. The rental is in a safe neighborhood and it isn't too far from anything. We went to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and Disneyland. I wish we would have stayed longer and I want to book again next year.

The hi light is the backyard which has a pool, jacuzzi, plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and is beautifully landscaped with a huge beautiful bougainvillea, palm trees and lots of hummingbirds. The house is just beautiful and actually is even nicer than the photos would indicate (and the pictures are good!). The pool area is very private and the landscaping is gorgeous. Angelique is a wonderful host and very helpful. Great area, close to Malibu and just a lovely getaway. We will definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our family. It is very comfortable with a great layout and lots of indoor/outdoor space. The kitchen is terrific and has everything you need for every meal. The backyard and pool are beautiful and private. Angelique made check-in and check-out quick and easy. She is very helpful and thoughtful. We had a great time staying at this super cute house with its beachy vibe. The backyard/pool area is like an oasis with all the beautiful flowering plants and succulents. The host was very flexible with us rescheduling due to Covid shutdowns. We come to the Valley every 1-2 years to visit family and would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Spacious and comfortable home for our family of four. The pool was really warm which was helpful in chilly February. The house is immaculate and had all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable and lots of good pillows. The neighborhood is quiet and a good base for all things in Santa Monica and northern LA area.

The house and yard are beautifully maintained. There is so much attention to details. We were 2 adults, 2 teens and our dog. After many months at home in SF, we all just needed a break and change of scenery to continue with remote work and school. The location was perfect and so easy to get to Malibu, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, and more. The weather was perfect! The caretaker, Angelique, is awesome! She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and made sure we were comfortable, answered questions and patiently explained the pool and spa directions :) The kitchen had every appliance and gadget you could want as well as basic supplies like oil, spices, and condiments. The outdoor area was beautiful with the lighting and landscaping. There were plenty of bath and beach towels, pool floats and an outdoor grill. The beds were all so cozy and comfortable. It was just what we all needed and we hope to return soon! One of my favorite VRBO houses for sure!

I‘ll be brief (although the property mgr is not). The property is absolutely amazing, better than the pictures. That’s the plus side. If you’re looking for a private, laidback vacation where you just want to be left alone, this place is not for you. There have been a couple other similar reviews but we’re obviously in the minority for how we prefer to vacation. The listing is not transparent and we weren’t completely transparent either so I guess it’s a wash. Property mgr lives in an attached room on the other side of the garage directly next to the pool. There are outside cameras, including one at the pool. None of that is disclosed in the listing and we had to learn about it after arrival. The property manager is not brief and contacts everyday to check on you or remind you of things not to do. It is unfortunate because it was not a cheap escape we took lightly. It is the most overbearing host I’ve experienced in my ten years of renting VRBOs and AirBnBs.

My wife, 3 kids and I had a wonderful time at this house. We spent 8 nights here and enjoyed every minute. Angelique, the property manager, was super nice, extremely helpful and accessible any time we had a question. The pool was large, the outdoor space was very nicely landscaped with a lot of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location in Woodland Hills is close enough to LA’s Westside and downtown and beaches (all generally 20-30 minutes drive) while having a relaxed vibe. There are many supermarkets, coffee shops and takeout options nearby. We will definitely want to return to this house on our next trip to the LA area.

We just returned home from a week in L.A. and I can't say enough wonderful things about this home and the property manager, Angelique. She was very helpful and communicated regularly with us in the days/weeks leading up to our visit. While we were there, she was always available and responded to all questions immediately. The house was lovely with a beautiful and very private and peaceful backyard. There were six of us in the house (two adults, one teenager and two pre-teens). There was plenty of room for everyone and the bedrooms were spacious and very comfy. The house was clean and had plenty of necessities (towels, pillows, cooking utensils, cookware, dishes, pool ammenities, etc). We felt 100% comfortable with the home, the cleaning process before we got there and all interaction with Angelique. We absolutely LOVED this home and the entire experience. My son has already expressed how much he misses the house so we will definitely be back again!

Loved the property... house and patio/pool area! Everything was perfect for our group plus 2 dogs who had a blast. House was adorable and spacious. Beds were comfy. And it was spotless which I don’t accept anything less! Location was amazing. Close to freeway and main roads but didn’t hear any noise because of the trees and plants which were beautiful and lit up at night. Couldn’t ask for better. And the property manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with when renting! And I’ve rented many houses over the years! She was responsive and attentive before, during and after our stay. She made the whole experience even better! Plus she held a yoga session for us outside on the patio which was perfect. Amazing weekend. We will be back! Loved it! Thank you Angelique! The owners are incredibly lucky to have you!!

This beautiful home was just what we needed when a flood drove us out of our own home. A family of 5 people and two dogs, Angelique did everything she could to make us feel welcomed and relaxed, the backyard is a resort dream and the house itself is walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and stores. Perfect host, perfect house!

This little oasis our new go to when we visit Los Angeles. The neighborhood is super-walkable and close to many amenities. The house is stocked with anything you might need, from a surplus of pool towels to barbecue equipment. Layout is ideal for those traveling with kids (kid-friendly decor, good sight-lines, room to play, ample space in the backyard). Angelique was always available to answer questions and trouble shoot any issues. Friendly, knowledgeable and accessible. Great all around experience!

The house is prefect for families. Located in a quiet quaint neighborhood. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a enjoyable relaxing vacation. The pool and hot tub is amazing and kept clean and warm! Our family has been coming to this property for years and looking forward to returning next year!

The entire stay flowed smoothly from the personal check in/walk through of the house to the suggestions for restaurants and Angelique being available if any questions came up. The pool was by far the best feature and allowed us and our local family a chance to relax together. Thanks and we’ll be back!

Great location. Close enough to the 101 freeway for getting around L.A., but not too close to affect the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Plenty of options for quality groceries nearby, made daily trips easy. The well maintained private pool was the perfect temperature (85 degrees) for morning, noon or nighttime dips. Accessing the pool through the master bedroom or the main patio was very convenient. The kitchen had more than enough plates, bowls, glasses, and silverware. There was even plastic tableware for outside. Angelique was very helpful and always available.

My family of 4 (2 teens) stayed here for a week. This house was amazing and exactly as shown in the pictures. It is in a nice suburban neighborhood with lots of great restaurants close by or in the neighboring town - Calabasas. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to have this oasis to come back to and relax by the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need. This was a pleasant surprise as we have rented many places before and have always had to buy everything - even salt and pepper! Angelique was a pure joy to work with. Even though she was away on vacation during our stay, her mom was close by to help out if we needed anything and Angelique was only a text away and very prompt with her replies. I’m sorry we did not get a chance to meet her in person! The one thing I will say about LA in general is that the traffic is insanely busy all the time. So given the location of this house, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the touristy parts of LA - Hollywood, Beverly Hills etc., be prepared to spend a fair amount of time in the car! It took us between 30-45 min to get anywhere, but it was well worth it knowing we were coming back to paradise! Thank you Angelique!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was very spacious and clean. Angelique was a fabulous host . She was very helpful and informative. We spend a lot of our time on the go, but we were able to spend a few nights by the beautiful pool. I would definitely recommend this property . We enjoyed our time there.

We (3 adults and 2 kids) stayed at Angelique’s property for 4 days during a heat wave this August. Here is what we thought. Location- perfect. Lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood with tons of street parking right outside the house. Good restaurants and shops very close. Very convenient to everything - but you do need to drive. House - Clean, comfortable, very well stocked, cozy, open and bright. Just the right amount of lived in feel to make it comfortable without feeling like you were in someone else’s space. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels (bath and beach). The A/C worked perfectly, which was super important while we were there as it was over 100 degrees every day!! The Nest thermostat system was great. It automatically turned the AC on when we returned and the house cooled down in a matter of a few minutes. The pool was great and we were in it every day!! Owner - Angelique was great. She was professional and prompt with all her communications and just a quick call/text away. I highly recommend renting from her!! Overall- midway through our stay we decided that next time we visit LA we will stay there again. I highly recommend this property and owner!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and AirBnB places over the years, I love feeling at home while I'm away, and this place by far was the best. It literally felt like a private lush hideaway with everything we needed. The layout of the home was perfect, huge indoor common areas ... AND THE BACKYARD - MAGIC. I highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a fabulous and relaxing getaway. From backyard fairy lights to cute interior details - they thought of everything. We will definitely be coming back.
