Our family stayed at the rental for a week. The house was centrally located and exactly as listed. Laura and Ariel were both very responsive and helpful. The house was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and other necessities. They also provided a high chair and pack and play for our toddler, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great stay!

Property is as advertised. Very clean and communication was excellent. Would recommend this place.

Property was just as described. Only issues - a few ants in the bathrooms, and the master bedroom light could not be turned off without also turning off the ceiling fan. The beach towels, wagon, chairs, and shade were great for the beach. There were places to walk to but I would definitely rent a car for ease. Some of our favorite restaurants weren't within walking distance. Make sure you download a map before you get there!!

My family and I rented Colibri Gardens for Spring Break this year and had a wonderful time! The house was a short walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants as well as multiple beach accesses. Ariel, the property manager was a great resource for tours and taxi transportation. The house itself had everything we needed to cook meals which was great cost savings on the island. Also, the beach supplies (cooler/cart/sun umbrella) were really useful to have and the pool was a wonderful bonus to have in the late afternoons/evenings for the kids. We would rent here again!

You can’t find a better location - close to shops, grocery store and beach. We did opt to drive to the beach since beach parking was surprisingly easy. The property manager was super helpful setting up a rental car and an excursion. We didn’t end up using the pool because it was farther from the house than we expected and it didn’t look clean. If you want a kitchen and lots of space, it is definitely a great spot.

We recently visited T&C in February /March 2023. What a beautiful island! Calibri Gardens Villa 1 location is very good. 10 minute walk to beach, entertainment, groceries, shopping and restaurants. The Villa itself is comfortable with a few tweaks required. Concierge was always available upon request and very helpful. The advertised private gated community is not so. The gate was broke with no indication of being repaired. The entrance walkway is slanted and patio stone is broken/destroyed which creates a safety issue. There was an abundance of beach towels and the wagon, beach chairs and beach tent was greatly appreciated. Used the chairs and tent every day at the beach. The screened in porch also very lovely to enjoy our coffee in the morning and to relax in the evening. Kitchen: plenty of flatware, utensils and pots and pans. Functional other than the dishwasher which did not work and leaked. It seemed very apparent it’s been going on for a while. There was no attempt to send a service repairman. Mostly plastic drink ware (wine glasses) that is old, worn and scratched. Kitchen light fixtures were caked in dust. Had to call concierge for dish cloths and dish towels as there were none provided. Main Bedroom: Very comfortable and roomy. Ensuite bathrooms shower pressure was great with an abundance of hot water. However, the cleanliness was less than acceptable. Slime on shower stall wall and hair on the floor. Bedroom 2: Uncomfortable and not ideal to have a bed with one side against the wall. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Ensuite bathroom floor had dirt with hair. Needs a new toilet brush and is missing a sink plug. Pool/patio: Right beside the villa was fantastic. The grounds are unappealing and the pool was dirty when we arrived. The pool maintenance person came twice. It improved a little but didn’t seem to be circulating. The 3 lounge chairs are broken. There is also a broken umbrella and pool floatie which is debris and should be thrown out. During our 2 week vacation, renovations to the screen porch were done. It was disruptive and dirty due to saw dust. We should have been notified in advance. In summary, part of our vacation plan included using the pool and not doing dishes everyday. The place didn’t come as listed. ie, no functioning dishwasher, entrance gate broke and not sure why there’s a cleaning fee charge as the place was very dirty. Did not walk on floors in barefeet they were so dirty.

The villa was perfect for our brief visit to the island. Equipped with everything we needed. Loved the intimacy of a small home on the fringes of all the high rises and resorts. Easy walk to endless shops and many restaurants.

This property is a hidden gem in Grace Bay! Ariel was a huge help in arranging a taxi for us, addressing our questions, coordinating a lower priced rental, checking us in and out. The villa was very nice for the price point and in a great location! When we were not sleeping, we were on the screened in porch day and evening. It was lovely!! We could hear the music at the local restaurants in the distance from the porch but it wasn’t over powering by any means and wasn’t heard inside. The unit is on a back road right off Grace Bay road. There were several cut through points from the unit to the main road that had us to where we wanted to be in less than 2 minutes. There are plenty of towels and basics in the unit (including coffee filters, salt, pepper, paper towels, toilet paper). Laundry is available if you ask for it to be unlocked. There are minor cleaning and repairs needed to the unit. But as a homeowner, don’t we all have these things! Really nothing that should deter anyone’s stay. We would definitely stay there again. The unit has beach chairs that you can easily carry to the beach and basic snorkel gear. The coolers available are a bit large to carry. I would recommend visitors bring their own small collapsible cooler. We made the 2 cooler pouches in the chairs work for our needs. The villa is located within a 5 min walk to 2 public beach access points. Both were excellent beaches and near resorts (cold beverage options!). We were within walking distance to many places to eat and Gourmet Grocery (higher end grocery, but had the basics. IGA has a better selection but you do need a car). If you just want to stick to the beach, no car is needed. Otherwise, I would recommend a car. We opted for one half way through the trip. Ariel assisted with that arrangement and it was delivered to the villa. There are 2 pools on property. They both looked inviting but we didn’t use either one. There is also a high chair, pack n play and board games available. Each of the main rooms has an AC unit. It was super cold and I eventually turned one off so don’t worry about it being too hot! There is a private gate entrance for the 4 units which was nice. This is the first unit on the block which may make it a bit nosier but honestly, this is a very quiet area of the island. Loved that the house came with everything you may need from enough toliet paper to dish soap to ample towels (bath and beach) to kitchen utensils to beach chairs and everything in between. The furniture was also very nice and the couch seems to be new since it's not the same one shown in the listing pictures. The location is fabulous because it was in walking distance of many shops, restaurants and Grace Bay. Plus the super market was also incredibly close. My only real issue is that the house needs a real true scrub from ceilings to floors sort of DEEP CLEAN. I am sure it's happened before but you can tell it's been awhile and it's ready for another.

We had a very nice time in Turks & Caicos! This property is off the beaten path a bit but a quick 5-10 minute walk and you were in the mix. We were close to the big resorts, all the great restaurants, coffee shops and beach access. Ariel our liaison was great! He responded quickly and with great suggestions. We did the Kayak tour and the snorkel tour. He was available to answer any question we had while we were there. The house was nice, we loved the screened in deck, which you need because the mosquitos can be rough. We had a few options for pools on the property which were really nice when you needed a quick dip. The house had sand toys, chairs and coolers for your beach days. It was a perfect first trip to TCI. We love staying at Colibri Gardens. The villa is stocked with everything we needed and the location is great. The property manager was easy to work with and was easily accessible.

This villa is exactly as described/pictured and the perfect location for our girls week getaway! Close walking distance to everything in the hotel hub without the hefty $$$$ Resort price! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to prepare meals. The provided beach chairs were great for beach hopping. Grace Bay is Fantastic but, also check out Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. The abundance of bath and beach towels were a nice bonus. The bed linens were super soft and welcoming after a long day on the beach. We only used the pool once but, it was lovely for an evening dip. The screened in porch was AWESOME for morning coffee/breakfast, then again at the end of the evening. You can hear music from Danny Bouys a street over, just faint enough to have your own porch dance party but, not too loud or a disruption. The Property Manager was quick to respond to any questions, Thanks Ariel! I would definitely book this villa again and happily recommend it to anyone I know headed to Provo! Only small suggestions: 1) The 2nd bathroom toilet paper holder needs attention, one side of the wood holder broke on day 2. 2) In house instruction on how to operate the ceiling remotes for master bedroom. (Maybe there was and we missed it) but the A/C worked great so not really an issue. 3) A wagon to help carry things to the beach. My understanding is there previously was a wagon but, it was out of commission during our visit. A replacement wagon would be a great asset however, I know on an island resources are limited. None of the items disupted our stay or did we feel the need to involve Property manager over. This Villa is the perfect place for ..... Beach, Relax, Repeat! Until next time! 🙂🏝

Our family of 4 had an excellent time staying at this house. It’s centrally located in grace bay. The house had everything we needed including the beach chairs and a cooler which was a great plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Area not maintained. Lights didnt work, dishwasher broken, pool not maintained and ran low on water. Shower head broken. No facilty for laundry. Had to ask permission from owners to use. Shutter closed on bedroom windows so no sunlight.

We enjoyed lots of family time in this spacious villa. Plenty of towels and linens were provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The property manager was quick to respond with helpful advice! We had a wonderful time!

House was as described, Ariel was an awesome resource for finding needed supplies and on what to do. Well outfitted kitchen, nice bathrooms and very clean.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was excellent(one block from the main strip with restaurants on Grace Bay, one block from a nice grocery store, and 2 blocks from the beach). The house was very clean and had items to help with cooking meals. There is a huge screened in porch which we really enjoyed and the steady breeze made it very comfortable for relaxing. The check-in and our process was very easy. We would certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Took the wife and 2 kids (10 &6) for a week's getaway. Close to everything we wanted to do in Grace Bay; including the grocery store. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, but it is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee, shopping and most importantly the beach. The whole family really enjoyed the screened in patio. Air conditioners were great, ice chests, chairs, wagon, outside shower to rinse, and the small plunge pool is basically your own pool. I highly recommend staying at this villa as it has plenty of space for the family and use the money you saved on enjoying the island! Renting a car was def the way to go for us. It was rather fun driving on the wrong side of the car in the wrong side of the road.

Communications with both Laura and Ariel were easy and they responded quickly. Ariel even gets bonus points for helping us out by bringing us something to the airport we forgot at the house. The house is located in the middle of everything near the Salt Mills area. Easy walking distance to Grace Bay Beach, though we used the car to go snorkeling at our favorite beach at Coral Gardens. The house is nice and plenty of room for our two couples. Very safe with a remote control gate and a nice private pool we used many mornings. Also a nice enclosed porch to use in the morning or evenings. A few things could use a little updating like bedroom lighting and kitchen utensils but we really enjoyed our stay at Colibri Gardens and TCI.

The property is great for two couples. The location is outstanding. It’s a island property, so the expectations were based on having stayed in other vacation properties. The new beach chairs and wagon for transporting beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. were a great amenity.

The best stay I’ve rented from!! Ariel, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed. He was such an amazing addition to our stay! He arranged airport pickup, a sunset cruise along with childcare. We used wonderful Jane to watch our son a couple evenings, she was very nurturing to our little guy and experienced being a mother herself. I highly recommend giving her a call if you’re bringing children. The house is located in a gated area, 4 private homes. We felt extremely safe walking during the day and evenings after dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, dishes and really large cups which were my sons favorite. There are two cork screws now so no need to worry about opening your wine. Plenty of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap etc. They really notice the details because it is really convenient that these items are included. Two large bedrooms, 3 TVs with ample storage and closet space. Two full bathrooms with plenty of plush towels, shower and bath gel. The primary bedroom has a comfortable medium firm mattress with lots of pillows. My son slept in a crib in the second bedroom but the bunk beds and queen bed offered additional accommodations. I did spend one night in the queen bed because my son had a rough night and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner cools down quick so the rooms and living room were alway nice and cold! We loved the front porch, screened in to keep out bugs. We played out there some mornings and afternoons when we needed a break from the sun. It was also a nice place to hang after we put our son to sleep and listen to music. They have a bluetooth speaker out there which was handy! The location is fantastic! It’s no more than a 7 minute walk to the beach and you’re 2 minutes from town with a bunch of shops and restaurants. The grocery store has beer and wine which is less than 5 minutes down the road. They have a wagon which makes lugging groceries, gallons of water and beach gear easy. Traveling with a 1.5 year old can be exhausting and having the pool options all to ourselves was so convenient! The smaller private pool next to the house suit our needs and was nice and shaded after our sons nap 4pm, so we just hung there in the afternoon before dinner. The pool was always in pretty good shape, some leaves but never kept us from swimming. I highly recommend this property! I loved the peace and quiet of the location. We’re hoping to come back next year!

Ariel was absolutely fantastic in helping us navigate the island and finding us activities to do! We spent 10 days on the island and had such a wonderful time. The location of the house is so close to everything!

For our international trips in the past, we’ve always done a resort/hotel, whereas this was our first Vrbo rental … and it couldn’t have been a better choice for my wife, daughter and I. In this Covid environment, it was my wife and I’s preference to be away from the hotels and resorts, and to have something a bit more private … this listing hit the mark. And the location really could not be any more ideal. It’s just 1 street off from the main tourist strip and with a Graceway Grocery just an easy walk around the corner for those stocking the fridge needs. The walk to the beach was a delight each morning … one simply walks thru the Bugaloo Restaurant area, and across the street is Beans & Leaves for coffee … or just down the street is LMN2GO as another coffee/pastry option … then another short walk to the Villa Renaissance, and you’re at the public beach access point. For me, soft pillows, fresh towels and a cold working A/C are most important … this listing had all of that. If you have a large family, I highly recommend this location … you’ll get fantastic usage out of its large screened in porch, which was our favorite detail. We played Monopoly each night out on the porch, had afternoon naps out there (the December weather was absolutely amazing), and morning coffee, too. If there is to be a 2nd trip to T&C in the future, we’ll def be staying here.
