We would rent this condo again! It's beautifully decorated and very homey. The Host was so helpful and friendly to me every time we spoke. We have decided to make it a yearly trip!

Condo was nice, clean and had everything that we needed. Short drive for everything we did. Enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evenings on the water. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed being right there on the lake to enjoy the breeze from the water and watch the sunrise with my coffee before the kids woke up. ;) Had plenty of space for my whole family and the beds were comfortable! Close to everything. Will be going back next year for sure!

This condo is lovely with everything you need for a get away. Beds were comfy, plenty of extra linens, and the kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you would need to feed your family. Although you have to go down a few steep stairs, this means you are right on the water! I loved looking out on the beautiful water. There's a small dock to jump in the water, and the pool is great for when you're tired of the lake. Can't say enough great things about Lisa and this condo.

The property was just as advertised and directly on the water. The condo complex was quiet and we enjoyed being in close proximity to all Hot Springs has to offer. Lisa even called to check in on us and make sure all was well.

Condo was very clean. Decorated beautifully. The view from the back patio was breathtaking and relaxing. Every amenity you could possibly think of was available in kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We are considering making an annual trip to the area.

Weekend stay, Fri-Sun. Gated community. Owner gave all info needed for entering/exiting. Wifi info and TV instructions were left. Everything we needed was there. Owner also easy to contact if needed. Condo on the lake, very relaxing.

I was very pleased with this property it was very comfortable; I love the view of the lake from the patio. Lisa was very helpful and responded to all my questions is a very timely manner. I look forward to staying at this condo in the very near future. I have told all my friends and family about this property.

Great location. Right on the water.

I decided to spend my birthday on the lake and this beautiful condo did not disappoint! We were literally steps from the water. The lake could be viewed from the living room and bedroom. There was no shortage of anything that was needed to complete our stay. The condo was stocked with kitchen gadgets and utensils for cooking, toiletries for showering and doing your hair, and extra linens were provided. The owner was very polite and helpful! She allowed us early checkin to avoid the storm that was coming our way and she gave excellent recommendations of dining places. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
