My wife and our 3 kids spent nearly a week in this condo the week of New Years. It was great. The condo was clean upon arrival. The whole rental process was simple and well communicated. The furnishings (beds, couches, chairs) were all comfortable and it had all the kitchen/bathroom items we needed for our stay. The view of the ocean from the balcony was perfect. The condo complex, as well as those nearby, was quiet. The weather was sunny and 70 most of our stay. The ocean water was chilly but kids still played in it. There are so many good restaurants nearby and St. Augustine was a fun town to visit with lots to see/do. We had a great time. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

The service was excellent as always. Upon arrival we found the carpet to be stained (Large stain in Master Bedroom) and generally dirty. Also there is no hose for the vacuum that will allow edging of the carpet which is clearly needed. The sliding doors to the deck had been improved some from the previous year but it remains difficult to open and close. The sliding screen of that same door does not stay on the track and fell out a couple of times when trying to use it.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Our entire family was pleased, and my kids even asked if we could stay there again next year. The property was clean and well stocked with needed supplies. The grounds were quiet and peaceful. Pool was easily accessible and clean. The office was super accommodating when there was an issue with the washer. The woman in the office went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We also loved our Xplorie activity provided. I would highly recommend using condorental.com and would also recommend the specific property that we stayed in.

We have been coming to Sea Haven for about 5 years and this was the first time we have gotten a 2 month rental for Feb. and March. Both of us loved unit 222 and hope to return for 2 months for many years. We loved the open look with the wall removed in the kitchen and the side windows allowing another view of the ocean. We also loved sitting on the balcony. Hopefully when the bed in the master bedroom is replaced, the owner will consider putting in a king sized bed. We also love working with Casey - she is the best.

We love the location and view from this unit however it needs some attention in general care and maintenance. The patio door is hard to open and close and if you close it all the way it takes two people to get it open. This is not good when you get stranded outside the door and nobody else is there.It needs to be replaced. The patio screen falls out of the track and the screen is ripped. Many of the window screens need to be replaced/repaired. The window in the living area will not open due to corrosion. The dining chairs are extremely uncomfortable because there is no cushion support. There was mold in the master shower (second year in a row). The spare set of queen sheets was missing. One set of twin sheets was missing so only enough sheets for 2 of 3 twin mattresses.

We have stayed in several Sea Haven condos over the last 15 years. We love the property and the location but this year for the first time we had some issues with the upkeep. When we arrived our condo smelled like wet dog, and throughout the week we found pet hair all over the furniture and our belongings which set off allergies - this was disappointing as we'd selected a pet-free property. We also discovered we could not cook for our first two days because a prior guest had a grease spill in the oven making it fill the kitchen with smoke. The management needs to become a bit stricter about policing pets and change its policies about guests having to pay stricter cleaning fees. Luckily housekeeping did come out to fix the oven, but we had to buy sprays and other air fresheners to get rid of the dog smell. It didn't ruin our trip, but we hope things will go back to a higher standard in the future.

Condo was great! Plenty of space and right on the beach without all the crowds restaurants within walking distance. The complex is More for older couples without kids. My kids got in trouble for riding bikes in the parking lot and we had a licensed Scooter that they didn’t like being in the parking lot as well. But overall the place was great !

We stayed at the Sea Haven condominium for 5 days and had a blast! We loved the spacious, clean and close to everything condo. We especially loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Recommend visiting Kucaburro coffee. Thanks for a great vacations!

222 was a fantastic unit. Clean, plenty of space, and one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen in a rental. The beds were comfy and the sheets were very soft and high quality. The bathrooms were outstanding, up to date and well designed. And of course can't beat that view! The only suggestions I have would be to do a little maintenance on the sliding doors, some were sticky. And it would be nice to have a stand on the balcony to dry towels on. We will be renting again, hopefully soon!

Everything was great. As always the onsite staff were great and helpful. The condo was outstanding. Already reserved it for next year.

The condo was very well kept and very up to date! The shower tiles could use a little deep cleaning but otherwise it was a great place!

This was a great condo! Loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Two things that need to be done: One..the dining chairs are in desperate need of repair as when you sit on them, they sink and it is very uncomfortable! Two: the televisions are in need of sound bars or something because you cannot hear voices and we had to use subtitles! Other than that nothing! Well equipped! Might be back!

My wife and I enjoyed everyday we spent at Sea Haven Resort. Condo 222 was just perfect for us and our visiting sons and their families. It not only provided great accomodations, ocean views but everything you may need in the kitchen and house. Thanks for a great month in St. Augustine. Looking forward to 2020.

We recently spent 5 days in this condo. It was great! The views from the balcony are spectacular. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked for any cooking needs. All the beds were clean and comfortable. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you to the owners for sharing this little piece of paradise.
