Loved the place & location! Definitely would recommend & stay again!

Other than asking for an early check in prior to our arrival and never hearing back, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One recommendation would be to leave watercolor resort wristbands at the gate if guest arrive before the 4 pm checkin so they can utilize the pool area prior to having access to the house. The house itself was immaculate. The front porch simply amazing. The location to watercolor pools perfect! Everything was amazing and I would stay again!

This property was amazing. The walk to the beach, shopping and dining was so close.

The condo was exactly as listed, very clean and well equipped including a fully stocked kitchen. The property has beautiful park views and just a short walk to the beach and Watercolor Beach Resort amenities. Perfect for a girl’s weekend or family trip!

The property was clean and exactly as listed. It is ideally situated near the Beach Club, restaurants and other various Watercolor amenities. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone with a small group/family. We plan to stay here again on our next visit!

We had the best Mother’s Day weekend. Peaceful neighborhood. Unit is so clean and very well equipped. We are looking to come back next month to the same area.

Within just a few minutes of arriving I was already checking the availability calendar so I could book this place next year! Literally everything about it was amazing - brand new, well stocked, spacious, amazing location, wonderful porch (and screened in porch), high end appliances, games for the kiddos, great TV options, etc. Highly recommend!

Great facility, location and amenities. However, water problem in guest suite. Water came up through carpet.

The house was not as clean as it should be and multiple areas needed attention. The property owners need to know and if my property, I would change cleaning folks. The area is wonderful, and lots to offer. The house needs a deep cleaning… John C.

We vacationed with our two kids (4 yr old & 1 yr old). The location was perfect for beach and pool access. The kids had a blast. The condo was clean and well kept.

Great Stay Great Weather

27 WaterColor is a 5-Star experience. You know it the minute you walk in; the way the 2-bedroom condo is expertly decorated and punctuated with luxury amenities. The screened in porch was special, I spent at least 2-hours on the front porch bench swing; both Southern accents from childhood we got to enjoy. The bikes were terrific, I miss them. The Beach Club service was top-notch, I always had umbrella/chairs reserved for me. Highlights have to include SeaSide Beach, especially the community of shops, food trucks and restaurants. We ate at all the Bud & Alley restaurants, bellied up to the bar twice for dinner/drinks at the Great Southern Cafe and bought a lot from the Art of Simple store. Oh, and ice cream became a food group. Pure fun. WaterColor 27 is a magical place. Key Learnimg: I relied heavily on the Hospitality APP, it is a great resource pre-trip and contains everything you need to know when you are there.

This is our 2nd rental in the park area with 2 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the park view from the porch swing, 1st floor access, fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds (my 5 yr old even commented), decor details, many books to read in this unit, close proximity to wine (cheese tray was great) and candy bar. We rode bikes to seaside food trucks and beach club pool. We appreciated 360 hosting a beach bonfire with s’mores with adult drinks, great perk! We look forward to annual beach trips to Watercolor and the affordability of homes like this for our small family.

We just returned from a fabulous week in Watercolor. This was our 5th rental in the Park District, our favorite for its proximity to the Beach Club and the people watching! This condo was clean, well-appointed and spacious! We particularly liked the porch with its porch swing and Adirondack chairs. We truly had a great week!

We had a wonderful time here. The place is spacious. Clean as new and very convenient to activities like the pool, ocean, walking paths etc. dining is only a few blocks away and grocery is in walking distance.
