Overall great experience. Great location and property. Met our needs. Only complaint was the one time we reached out to the property managers about an exposed nail on the floor we were unable to reach them.

This place exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed to grill out and make home cooked meals to avoid large gatherings or indoor dining during this Covid era. Expansive porches allow for outdoor entertaining and relaxing after long days in the sun. Great outdoor shower area to wash away sticky sand from the beach. Large bedrooms and comfortable beds for the whole family. This was a truly pleasant stay. I would definitely take my family back to this house and next time I’ll book two weeks because one week was not enough.

This house is a 5 min walk to. watercolors beach club, kayak club and Seasides Hub. Includes bikes for 3 and is well equipped. Except for beach /pool towels ,or beach chairs. We had to buy our own which was inconvenient. Definitely will try to stay there again!

Nice home in a good location. House actually felt bigger than what was shown in the pictures. There is a large kitchen, which was great for our family. Some things about the house that could use improvement. The upstairs beds, especially the king-size, are very uncomfortable. The only comfortable bed is the king in the downstairs master. Cable in the upstairs living room tv did not work. WiFi is terrible. Bike rack is in an area covered with pine straw, which turned out to be a slipping hazard. Family member slipped and broke her arm trying to get a bike out of the rack. Oven in the kitchen seems to need a new temp sensor and it was unreliable for cooking. Property mgmt - pretty good job overall. There were a few issues. When we arrived, the door with the keypad was open. The baby equipment we ordered was in the wrong rooms. Pest control stopped by but must have arrived after housekeeping so there were dead bugs in some areas. Nice, but uncaring cust serv. Overall, it was a fun trip.
