La proximité à la station, la propreté, le prix, on a beaucoup aimé
Le labyrinthe pour arriver au dernier ascenseur côté station. Idéalement l'année prochaine je demanderai le bloc 3 ou 4 qui donnent sur la partie proche de la sortie vers la station. Certes une moins belle vue mais avec les skis c beaucoup plus confortable.
Le fait de ne pas avoir de casier à ski était un peu moins confortable, on a du tout mettre dans la salle de bain pour ne pas esquinter le parquet, mais vu le prix c'est acceptable.
Nous avons aussi eu la machine à laver en panne, on a du laver nos affaires à la réception avec la machine du personnel, c t contraignant car ils n'ouvrent que pendant trois heures l'après midi. Ils ont néanmoins été très gentils essayant de nous aider mais l'équipe de maintenance n'est pas passée pour régler le problème de machine

Corridors absolutely freeing and very difficult to get down from car park to apartment. Difficult to navigate got lost every time. Dogs barking a lot.

Lot's of extra charges(parking 10 euros per day, 12.5 euros per day for a dog, Wi-Fi 4,5 euros, bed for baby...finding the apartment (needs better explanation)

The Lodge is in an ideal location for skiing in Arinsal. There is a chairlift behind the apartments and it is a short 3min walk to the centre of Arinsal. Rooms are well equiped with washing machines, a small kitches and living area.
It is quite complicated to find your way to the chair lift, you need to access a couple of different lifts. The building is a bit of a maze!

Location was great, central and very easy to get to both lifts.
it is a complete maze, not easy to find your way around and not well signed. It took us ages on arrival to find reception and where we needed to park. After a few days though you do get the hang of it!

Relatively close to one of the ski lifts. It was comfortable enough though the bed was a tad soft. It's a clean, basic room which was sufficient for our needs and very reasonably priced. Very friendly, welcoming staff
Minor points to note: There was a little coffee machine but no capsules provided. It would have been nice if small packets of oil/salt/pepper/laundry detergent were provided for the kitchenette/laundry instead of us having to buy massive packets which ended up being left behind and likely thrown away.
The shower head was too high for a short-ish person like me (160cm) and not adjustable - I had to jump to take it off the handle and then couldn't replace it.
As we didn't have a car, there was no place provided to store our skiis and boots so they came back into the room with us daily. Cumbersome and we had to wipe up the puddles!

Great location for skiing. About 150m to the nearest lift which takes you to the main resort. Free parking by the lift. Lots of restaurants and bars within an easy walk. Fabulous views from the room. Great staff, very friendly and helpful.
