a very wet time in Rosebud, but interesting shops and this home was very comfy and enjoyable.

Small setback unit amongst others off the main road, which never was an issue getting out or in. You can walk straight over the road to the beach Very small unit and basic to suit sleep and eating needs. Bathroom combined with laundry which walks into toilet. Which might not suit some visitors. The shower does the job but likened to cabin park blocks of showers. Bedrooms clean and very comfy. TV basic not a smart tv but plenty of DVDs to keep you occupied if you need it. Kitchen has all supplies to cook but no tea or coffee, salt or pepper etc which made for an expensive extra shop for our short stay with kids but in addition it’s a bit extra to pack which I wasn’t accustomed to with my other bookings. There’s a nice shaded front deck and small back area covered. It’s enough for a couple or friends who need a base only. Unit blocks are quiet. Satisfactory stay the owner was extremely welcoming

Highly recommend for 4 or less. Good amount of kitchenware for cooking meals. Enough furniture to lounge around inside & out. Quiet area & very close to beach. All in all we enjoyed our stay & would stay here again in the future.

We really enjoyed the stay. Location is great, space is excellent. Only downside if I had to find one is the bed is really uncomfortable. Everything else is great

We had a lovely stay with our 8 year old daughter. We loved the Christmas decorations around the house. Comfortable beds, lovely stay! Love the garden around the front of the house.

The location is excellent, very close to the beach and major shops. Clean and tidy. Great for a short stay.

Great little beach house with everything we needed, nicely located, only 10 mins from the Peninsular Hot Springs and the best Vietnamese food @ Pho Thao in Capel Sound. We enjoyed our stay and Suzy was a fantastic host when we had to change our booking she was super helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Very neat little unit blessed with two outdoor patio areas, one covered from the weather. Very comfortable, lots of light and airy flow through. Close to the beach and all shops. Suzy was very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this spot.

My daughter, grandson and I stayed for a couple of nights over the weekend. The property was comfortable, close to the beach and convenient to activities. The lack of WiFi was not really an issue for our short stay.

Wonderful home that was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need! The location was amazing, with the beach being a 2 minute walk away. Only problem was getting across the road to the beach. Having access to wifi as well would have been great. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay and Suzy the host, was so responsive and accomodating! Looking forward to stay again!

just what we needed. had everything we needed and nothing we didn't need. close proximity to the beach and shops and within a short drive to all of Mornington Peninsula's offerings. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was in a great location. It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach instead of trying to find a car park. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

Cute little place close to the beach, shops and within a short drive to everything else. Amazing collection of movies to watch after a day on the beach! Beautiful patio surrounded by nature to enjoy a peaceful meal. Would definately return!

Nice little cosy unit to stay in. Well equipped and close to shops cafes and restaurants. Only downfall was the TV had no reception but the video works and the driveway to the unit becomes water logged when there is a lot of rain. Over all great place!

As soon as I walked in the place it felt like home. It was cute and cosy.The location of the unit was perfect, all within walking distance to shops, cafes and supermarkets. The best part was you just had to walk across the road and you were at the beach.Thanks for the experience Suzy. I will definitely be back.

The house is not what you see in the pictures, very dirty Broken beds and slats patched up and hard mattresses No privacy broken curtains Shower mouldy covered up with slats and rocks Spiderwebs and overgrown bushes Smell of gas in the backyard Vacuum cleaner does not work My kids found lubricant in the wardrobe very disgusted No reception on our phones Will not recommend

Overall, was worth it based on the price (budget stay) in a very convenient location. Would recommend. :)
