We had a blast here! The cabin is quiet and cozy. Good atmosphere. The staff for check in was super nice and helpful. The only thing I would change is the refrigerator doesn’t get very cold so we had to put our meat in the freezer. Also, the grill had lots of built up Grease and needed to be cleaned badly. Not knowing this, We tried to grill burgers, and started a grease fire so that was exiting but everyone lived. Would definitely come back though

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very clean and nice. They had an old espresso maker that we took full advantage of and now have one on the way to our own house! Nice place in a quiet area. Secluded is probably relative but there is a little elbow room compared to other properties in the area.

The cabin was very clean and the perfect size for our family of four. It had everything we needed for our stay; plenty of blankets, towels, linens and the kitchen was well stocked, including grilling tools for the outdoor gas grill. The porch has seating to relax and while it's not totally secluded in the woods, it is several hundred yards from any neighbors (who we never heard). And we were close enough to walk down to the Little Colorado.

WiFi did not work whole time we were there. For laundry - only 1 pod & very little laundry soap. We always bring our own which we use on our things - but did sheets with the 1 pod, started towels with the other soap.

Secluded but within sight of other cabins. Small cabin but plenty of space for just a few people. Very comfortable.

Great place to stay, has pretty much everything you need, no complaints

Bathroom towels are very old and very rough! Bed pillows are terrible. No Kleenex provided. Only spices available are salt and pepper. Bring your own of all of these! No sugar either. We do always enjoy staying there. Quiet and away from the road. New owners so may be a few upgrades coming. Hope so.

We had a nice 4th at this cabin. Very comfortable with everything we needed. Close to the walking path that goes through town. We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was very quiet, hidden back in the woods but within an easy walk go Greer center. Well equipped and well maintained, the only thing missing was a toaster.

Quaint cabin with beautiful views of the surrounding area, a perfect getaway for a family ski weekend.

You won't find a better cabin for a family of four in this price range. Improvements: Communication with the property manager was not as great in other reviews. I played phone tag and I was told I called the wrong number more than once or that they couldn't help me find a store. I finally emailed VRBO and was called back within a few hours. I wish I had known we would have to pay for firewood, we would have brought our own. Christmas eve and Christmas day: nothing was open which I expected in a small town but it may help other travelers to plan ahead. We were able to find Safeway in Springerville to purchase a hairdryer so we all could shower. Initially, I thought the smoke smell everywhere in the cabin was charming but we soon realized the chimney needed to be cleaned so we stopped using the fireplace. The pictures in this listing don't do this cabin justice. It's a beautiful cabin, perfect for a family of 4, especially with dogs. We brought a small Christmas tree for our small children to decorate for the holiday with plenty of room to move around the cabin. The wifi was wonderful, we brought our firestick and were able to stream many Christmas movies, binge-watch shows while playing games as a family. This cabin is the perfect sledding spot with a lot of trees so we had snow on the ground when other parts of Greer did not. The dogs and kids were not disappointed with their white Christmas. I am so grateful we had access to a vacuum, washer, and dryer with dog hair, kids, and Christmas festivities.

This cabin is tucked away in the woods, beautiful location and with all the amenities one would need. We have stayed there many times , highly recommend.

Cabin as advertised. Clean an d functional.

Nothing fancy and a bit on the dark side for my preference for light, but it was comfortable and clean, private, great location for getting around area.. Good for a family as well as a couple or a couple of friends.

We were happy that we chose a property on the quiet end of Greer. This cabin had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. But most of all, it was QUIET. We were able to cook everything we wanted, including an Angel food cake in a chicken roasting pan! I would not expect a Bundt cake pan in a cabin in the woods anyway and the cake came out great. The high altitude directions on the boxes? Yeah, pay attention to those. We loved the front porch and the swing and the deer that came through every day. We would look to stay here first, when we visit Greer again.

This cabin is not as secluded as it seems in the listing BUT it is so much better than the pictures make it seem! We came here for a last minute Mother’s Day weekend getaway with our 3 children and this cabin was perfect for us! Had everything we needed and was so clean and really made us feel comfortable! Our kids have already asked about being able to come back to this cabin. Location is perfect and very close walking distance to a creek that we explore every year!

Nice quiet cabin on the far side of Greer. I liked that it wasn’t right next to the road and you couldn’t hear the small amount of traffic. Beds were comfy house was cozy, kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you need if you are going to cook or bbq while there. The swing in the front yard was nice to sit on with my gf and have our coffee in the mornings and watch the day begin. Molly Butlers is right down the street if you want to eat out or go have a drink. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The only trouble I had (very minor) was that I wasn't given instructions on how to locate and get into the cabin until the morning of my stay after I had sent a message asking about it. Luckily people were working that day and were able to respond quickly. Other than that we had a great time!

Quick trip to Greer to relax. Snow had fallen the day before and itbwas also a full moon. Absolutely beautiful.

Extremely quiet, well appointed cabin with a kitchen you could make any meal you wanted in. Nice furnishings and quite quaint. We would definitely stay here again although we would be better prepared for allergies the animal hair all over the couch and living room. Very nice hosts and easy to check in/out. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet. Thanks so much for sharing your cabin!

Clean quiet nice setting perfect for a relaxing getaway. Nice to be able to have our dogs with us.
