It was just a short stay so we were mostly looking for somewhere decent to spend the night, but we were pleasantly surprised by the property. Great price performance ratio. We could easily imagine us staying there longer. It was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever been to. The host was very kind and even offered us that we could stay in the apartment until late afternoon. The apartment was well equipped and there were complimentary drinks left for us in the fridge (water, juice, beer), which was a really nice touch.

Everything was beautiful. The host met us and showed us our apartment, It was clean and nice. They got us a welcome drink cold water and soda juice, which was something very nice of them to do. When I get my road to Fazana again I will certainly consider booking this place again.

Everything was cool. I have just one suggestion, maybe they should put a small air-condition in a bedroom.

Clean, comfortable apartment. There is everything you need. It takes 3 minutes to get to the store by car. 10 minutes walk to the beach under the trees in the shade. Nice hostess. Quiet calm place. to Pula by car 15 minutes, to Rovinj 35 minutes.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The place was squeaky clean, tidy, well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Plenty of nice beaches 10 minutes away (walk) from the apartment. If you prefer, you can go with your car, there's plenty of parking places available near beaches. Very friendly staff, very nice apartment in quiet area, exceptional value for money, would definitely recommend for couples.

Silvana, the landlady, is an exceptionally warm and helpful person. She is Italian with an appropriate command of English and will gladly provide you with any information you may need. The location seems to be rural, peaceful, almost pastoral. All that can distrurb your serenity is a tractor operating at a neighbouring field from time to time. Air conditioning works properly and kitchen/bathroom equipment will surely satisfy your demands. The bedroom is the farthest from the air-con but it is not exposed to direct sunlight due to shutters you can close any time you wish. The kitchen has a sofa bed if you like to sleep closer to the air-con. The balcony, facing west, provides you with some space either to relax (table with chairs) or to hang your laundry out to dry. Fairly close to the beach, a supermarket within a 15-minute walk and Pula with its ancient monuments close at hand. Also, a nice location to visit Rovigno (Rovinj) or to explore even further.

Some may say that one kilometre to the beach is a long way but it is not necessarily a disadvantage as you may admire water birds in a tiny estuary and a marina on the way. A parking space in front of the house is quite confined and the stairs to the apartment rather steep, although provided with anti-slip tape.
