Close to things. A lot of space and necessities on the property for the price you’re paying

The cabinet door handle fell off the first night. The shower in the master bedroom had no water pressure. We were not able to use it the entire time. The front door did not fit properly in the door frame. It felt unsafe. Also there was a bloody booger in the dining area in the kitchen. The owner was contacted almost a week ago about these issues and still hasn’t responded to me.

The apartment was NOT 5 mins from the beach liked stated in the advertisement!!!!!! Nothing to like about it!

the owner was very good at contacting and giving directions. it has nice upgrades on the inside and they left some laundry soap for guests to use. the pool was amazing. full size fridge. I would stay again.

it’s about 20 minutes away from the beach with good traffic— that’s fine. but it’s not 5 minutes like it says. extra linens were dirty and had brown almost looked like chocolate all over them. the bedroom with two beds locks every time you close the door, have to pick the lock from what the owner said. not a huge deal but if you’re in a hurry it can be a pain.

We liked the space it offered. The location was quiet and conveniently located. Having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer helped keep our costs low and clothing clean with the kids. There were plenty of onsite activities offered by the complex too. There were a couple issues when we arrived, but the owner/contact was extremely helpful. He had everything fixed the same day. Excellent service!!

There was not really anything that we did not like.

The location was great. When we went into the unit, there were ants all over the floor I one of the bedrooms, the kitchen, and one of the bathrooms. Going farther to the back of the unit, was the dining area, the living room,and the master bedroom. These areas were ant-free,so we decided to stay and use there areas. The bedspr

The bedspread in the master bedroom was dirty. It was washable so I was surprised. Obviously, someone just hadn’t taken time to clean it. There was a washer and dryer, but a king bedspread would not have fit in it. Fortunately for us, we were meeting family for a wedding. We had chosen to pay a a huge amount for the place to stay. We were with family every day on their beachfront. We ate out for every meal, so we did not spread ants any farther in the unit. We basically used the unit to shower, dress, and sleep.

It is about 10 to 15 minutes from beach! Master bathroom had no door for privacy and shower drips constantly! The pool wasn’t worth swimming in because the rudest lady that I ever met works it. She should be replaced she obviously hates her job and was so rude to my children!

I liked the space of the 2 bedroom unit, it was very convenient for shopping. However it is not 5 minutes from the beach, more like 25 minutes.

I did not like the fact that the A/C did not work until Sunday when we checked in on Friday. Service guy did not come until Sunday morning, was there 15 minutes and said everything should be good. It wasn’t, I ended up fixing it myself. Also all the chains for the lights on the ceiling fans were missing so you couldn’t run the fans without the lights burning. Simple fix just unscrew the bulbs but I felt like I was doing maintenance on this unit while I was supposed to be relaxing and enjoying myself. One more thing, Monday 10:00 am checkout , housekeeping just walked right in on us at 9:15 am. No knock on the door or anything, Very disrespectful!
