Just a gorgeous place with a variety of beaches within walking distance. Snorkeling and great restaurants right down the block. Hosts recommendations were spot on! Hope to come back.

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Tranquila. Plenty of space for two families of 4. It was a graduation/off to college trip for us. The location is a short walk to two area beaches. Tres Palmas and the Marina beach. We hung out on the Marina beach mostly for paddle boarding and excursion pick ups and afternoon lunch. The kids (18-21) liked being able to walk to the Marina on their own. I did too - super safe. I can't say enough about our hosts! Responsive, literally minutes! Great suggestions and tips to enjoy the area and restaurants. The apartments are well air conditioned, clean and stocked with linens and towels. We are VRBO folks - other supplies we grab along the way. There is starter stuff and like previous guests, what we don't use we leave for the next family to get started. We like a combination of eating out and light cooking options. The property has plenty of supplies. Truly a relaxing Caribbean vacation! Stay in Rincon or explore some of the other towns. Either way, there is lots to do! We will be back! Thank you Belinda and Valerie☺️

The location the property was excellent . Linens for very nice. Equipment was OK if you weren’t going to cook.

We love the airy feeling of Casa Tranquila, and the balcony, and the rooftop terrace, and the neighborhood... We stayed for 5 weeks and were sorry to go. For one week we had a friend stay on with us, and our visiting adult son and his wife. That worked beautifully--plenty of room for all. After that it was just the two of us and I used one of the rooms as an office. We appreciate the friendly and easy communication with the owners.

The property was as advertised and Belinda was extremely helpful. All of her recommendations were fantastic! Beyond that the property is in the perfect location for all of your needs. A 5 minute drive from everything and the beach and quick food within a short walk. Definitely would recommend!

We stayed a week with our family to explore Rincon. House was as advertised and well equipped. It had books and games and lots of beach stuff for kids to use. We could easily walk to the beach. Drive way was a bit steep so we parked on the street. Loved the patios and balconies. Air conditioning worked great in all rooms. Belinda was responsive and very easy to work with on reservation changes made during our planning. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and a perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The snorkeling was fantastic and loved the roaming chickens, lizards around the property. The house was very large and well put together. The only downfalls would be the water pressure and the driveway was a bit steep. Other than that, loved it!!

We rented both the upper and lower units for two families- groups of 5 and 6, all adult age (youngest 18). Each unit perfectly suited our families, with a wonderful roof deck to catch the evening breeze. It’s a short walk to two separate beaches, Steps and Black Eagle, both with their own character, both great for swimming. Sandy Beach and Dome Beach are also a short drive away. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area, also within walking distance (or a short drive away). The house is fitted out with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and coolers; just bring your swim suit. There appeared to be both gas and charcoal grills available for use (too many good restaurants to bother with grilling). I would definitely return to Rincon, and I would look forward to staying at Belinda’s property.

We had our best time ever in Puerto Rico. We were so close to great food and amazing beaches. while also enjoying the night sounds of nature in a quiet neighborhood. we rented the upstairs unit while the downstairs unite was not booked. We were fortunate to have the place to ourselves in late April. Also we enjoyed the best snorkeling at steps beach, just an short walk down the street. We would stay here again.

This house is perfect for a group. We were 3 families with 6 kids and 4 adults. We could not have been more comfortable. The house was super clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything you need, beds were great, and the location was fantastic. We could walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. Other destinations were a quick drive. Each night we sat on the beautiful porch and enjoyed the beautiful breeze that seemed to be attracted to the house regardless of the temperature. Sitting on the covered patio during the afternoon rain was amazing. Belinda was fantastic - responsive and so accommodating and flexible. We highly recommend a stay at this house.

The property was true to it’s advertising. Loved the location. Short 1/2 block walk to the beach and snorkeling. Easy walk to 4 other beaches as well. Restaurants and coffee within walking distance. Even though we were 60 hours without power due to an island wide power outage with 12 hours no access to water as well, we made the best of it. Evenings were cool enough to get by with windows open. Lucked out with a downpour of rain for a shower during our water outage. I was happy to be without electronic devices although I cannot say the same for the rest of my party. Only complaints were that the WiFi was not secure (needs updating) and in hindsight, might get a property with back up generator. Belinda communicated well and felt awful about the power outage.

We will be coming back in a couple months and plan on booking your home again. Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tranquila for a week. The beach was within easy walking distance, we had access to everything we needed, and the roof terrace was wonderful, especially for star gazing at night.

For us, Villa Tranquila is the perfect vacation home in the perfect location. We love being just a 2 minute stroll from the marine preserve and Steps beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen is really well appointed, plenty of beach chairs to borrow, and everything was super clean. We can’t wait to go back!

Many visits to Puerto Rico but my 1st time to Rincon. The house is located in a perfect location Rincon easy to get to many area spots. The owner was amazing easy access to her very helpful. I stood in the upper apartment very clean. She made it easy with access to beach chairs and towels. I would definitely visit again.

We rented the whole house and it was very spacious. It had everything you needed from beach chairs, towels, small grill to family games boards to play at night. The house was perfect for our family trip. The beach is a block away ( which it’s a 2 minute walk) and it has a cool wooden swing hanging from a tree overlooking the ocean. Perfect for photo ops!

We could tell from photos that we were getting a roomy place, but it was even more comfortable than we expected. Lots of room for gathering as a family, inside and out. Wonderful balcony on second floor that sat over a terrace on first floor. The rooftop space was awesome. We loved the neighborhood: it was quiet, felt very private, was full of beautiful tropical greenery, birds, and yet was only a 5 minute drive from the center of the town of Rincón and even closer to a number of restaurant, bars and coffee houses that are by the water. The biggest surprise was a beautiful beach that was a 3 minute walk from the house. Beautiful, shaded, with little tidal pools that were perfect for our four grandchildren who were under 7. Grownups walked 3 more minutes along the beach and found great snorkeling spots. We all talk about going back, not just to Rincón, but to Brenda's house.

We stayed at Casa de Ensenada for 7 days and it was the best “base camp” for our trip to Rincon, PR. We travelled with another family and they rented the upstairs unit while we had the ground level unit. Belinda, the owner, is an awesome communicator and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Her listing details are spot on and very accurate. We had zero surprises about the property. The interior of the home was very clean and everything functioned as it should. A/C units in each room was perfect and everyone was very comfortable. The kids had fun playing soccer on the front lawn, charades on the porch and a few rounds of hide-n-seek in the yard. The upper deck was nice at night to star gaze and enjoy some drinks. A very large iguana who the kids named Larry, like to sunbathe up there and the kids had fun taking his picture (from a distance).The house is a two minute walk to a small beach with shade and lagoon area perfect for kids to splash around and play. Everything you need to make the beach more enjoyable is provided - chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. I could go on and on about how incredible staying in this home made our trip but I think you should just book it and see for yourself. It is perfect in so many ways!
