The property was consistent with as it is shown on the website. Clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable for 4 adults. Location is nice, walking distance to some restaurants. Visted St. Pete's, Clearwater and John's Pass, all within 30 minute ride.

The property was wonderful and relaxing. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance. We will be using this location next time.

This unit is better than we could have imagined. The location was great with restaurants across the street. It was clean, convenient parking, and close walk to the beach. The view was beautiful and made for perfect beach pics. Cons: the second bedroom has a squeaky bed that needs replaced, the pool needs some lights for evening swims ( it’s very dark at nighttime) and the outside bathrooms need to be accessible. Nobody could get the code to work in order to use them. Pros: location is great, close to everything which made for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

I like that there were lots of towels and the towels were high quality. I liked the patio furniture. Nice high table and chairs.

Couldn’t ask for anything better then stepping out onto the patio to watch the sunset over the ocean. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Very Family friendly. The beach was easily accessible for us that wanted a break from august heat in Florida. Can’t wait to book our next trip.

We have vacationed up & down the gulf. We decided that we like the quiet beaches, IRB is just that. Not overpopulated & no huge towers of condos. The condo is to it's description. Amazing views of the Gulf, furnishings & beds are in good shape/comfortable. We chose not to use alexa, nice option for those who like it. We ate out daily. we hit all of the top restaurants in the area. Guppy's being the best (and within walking distance). CrabbyBills, Jose's cantina, keegans all local & frenchy's abt 10 mins away in clearwater. Slyce has the best pizza imo. the 4 star rating is for two reasons. the pool is small, and no hot tub. thank god the gulf is so warm. one famiy took over the pool every day, were loud, raucous & stayed from 10am until after well after 9p in total darkness. no other renter's could enjoy the pool.Luck of the draw, I guess. I think it's the first vacation we didn't get to use the pool. The other reason for a star taken away: the agreement is that checkout is Saturday at 10a. we were packing & getting ready- at 9:30 there was a man an young girl trying to get into the condo. furiously trying to open the handle & then banging on the door. my husband answered & said we would be out at 10- we have no idea who they were.then 10 mins later, a woman let herself into our locked unit yelling 'housekeeping'. all before actual checkout time. absolutely inappropriate. I emailed the rep for the condo, have not yet heard back.We'll be back to IRB, this unit, not sure

The condo was roomy, enough for our family. As far as clean, wasn't the worst or best we've stayed in. I would guess its been many YEARS since the place has been refurnished and mattresses replaced, no one slept well the entire trip. The members in the second br complained that they had to hold to the edges to not roll into each other and ours in the master was flat with no give left. A decent mattress is the one thing you hope for in a condo for a week, if we'd had that it would've been a 5 star stay.

Great location, very low key area. Condo had all the necessities in the kitchen to cook, which we did several times. Great communication with owner. We would stay here again!

Easy checkin process and great property. We enjoyed the access to the beach and the many local restaurants. This condo was clean and comfortable.

We've been vacationing in this area on and off since the early 90s and really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and very convenient on the first floor. Our only minor disappointment was the grilling - The complex has a mini-weber and park-style grate, both rusty and requiring charcoal. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

The location was perfect. The size of the property was great. Pool was nice. Well stocked with towels, sheets, dishes. It had a Washer, dryer and dishwasher. One of the guest beds should be replace. The place should have been much cleaner.

Room layout & balcony great, with beautiful views. Cleaning crew lacked attention to details. Items missing: hand soap, welcome letter with WiFi password, no toilet paper in master bath, garbage bags. Ceiling fans extremely dusty, moldy growth around towel rack bracket. Disappointing start after a long day of travel. Unit is a “bring your own shower soap & shampoo” so we did have some soap for hand washing for first night.

Lovely property. Really close to gulf and walking distance to a few restaurants. Beautiful sunsets and a “moon setting” in AM. 😎

Excellent smaller condo overlooking Gulf. Quiet building, mostly owner occupied. Well maintained. Easy access and parking.

Excellent location and beautiful unit. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Internet access worked well (my husband worked from the unit and girls were able to access online classes) the only glitch was that we were not able to make or receive cellular phone calls- however, the unit has two landline phones so we were able to work around it. Would definitely go back. Great place!

This was our 2nd time at this condo for my husband and I. We enjoyed our relaxing stay in Sept and booked again for May. Our first impression was nice to see the washer/dryer combo was replaced and a new patio set was added!! After settling in I noticed the bed was not fitted with an appropriately fitted bed sheet and had hair left on it. I ended up having to wash the bed linens and remake the bed myself, but every night the bottom sheet came undone. A simple fix would be to use a fitted sheet or a flat sheet sized appropriately for this bed. There weren't any spare sheets left to change myself, which was annoying! Then when attempting to make dinner I realized all the dishes and silverware were dirty, stained and had dried food left on them. I emptied out the entire silverware drawer and dishes/ cups and scrubbed all the dried food and stains and ran it through the dish washer myself. The floors needed a good cleaning and there was dust and dried bugs in the corners of the rooms and behind furniture. We found dust on our pillows and on the mirrored walls as well. I did find a live bug crawling across the bathroom floor which was unpleasant. The beach was lovely but the pool was disappointing as it wreaked of chlorine the 1st time I went in and we never returned as a result. The elevator broke on Friday but management was quick to fix the issue. Overall, this trip was disappointing as I didn't expect to spend my first night cleaning the condo. We are charged a cleaning fee and the management co charges fees that are ridiculous in my opinion to begin with when clearly they are not keeping up with the property or making inspections themselves. I even tried to cancel paying an insurance fee upon paying the balance off a month before our trip but for some reason it never went through and we were charged anyway. We live 45 mins away and really look forward to spend a week on the beach 2-3 times a year and thought we found our spot when we rented here in Sept but now after this trip we may look elsewhere. All the fees and the lack of attention for simple clean dishes and sheets can really leave a bad taste. I really feel I should be reimbursed the cleaning fee as I spent the entire 1st night of my trip doing the job I had paid for!! So disappointed since we love this little spot and it's so close to home for us!!

Very easy rental process and check in. Unit was as advertised, and was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Had a fantastic time at the beach and pool and can’t wait to visit again!

It was an awesome stay. 5 women no men, no kids, no stress it was great. Beach front, great patio the condo is wonderful. There is plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook most anything you want. The grills are charcoal and on the ground floor around the side of the building. The beach is just steps away from the condo. The condo over looks the pool. It is not fancy if that is what you are looking for, but it is comfortable and close. We love it and the location. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hamilton House for two weeks. Our condo was oceanfront with a wonderful view. Accommodations were very comfortable. Also we were able to walk to many restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great location

Unit was very clean, pictures on VRBO were accurate, palm trees in the pictures did not impede the view at all, unit description was accurate. Beach was good, not crowded. Nearby, bars and restaurants not fancy but good.

Condo is nice but when we arrived both patio doors were unlocked and one lock was broken. Had to call ii-trips on Saturday when arrived and lock was fixed on Monday.

This condo was just what we were looking for while spending a couple of weeks in Florida. We especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the sunsets! The location of this condo is perfect, with many great restaurants within walking distance. The beach is perfect for long walks and relaxing. The condo was spacious and provided plenty of cookware in the kitchen.

The view was amazing - you literally walked out and you are on the ocean with a beautiful beach. Lots of restaurants in walking distance and close to Clearwater. We had a great time and would definitely book again.

Very roomy condo. Beds very good. Great view of Gulf. Three very good food outlets directly across from condo. Parking space was roomy.

The beach access was perfect. The pool was nice and very clean. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Restaurants were within walking distance. The listing matched the property perfectly.

Overall really enjoyed our stay location of this condo is perfect especially if you enjoy watching the sunset every night either while sitting on the beach or on your own balcony. We love the location because of all the things that is available by walking without having to get in the car to drive. Only complaint is that we thought that the owner could make sure that there was plenty of toilet paper. Dish soap and towels maybe a small welcoming package of coffee and tea items like this provided like motel room do we think would make the trip a little better or special ;just a suggestion to make experience really perfect along with location

This is our second time in this unit. It’s perfect for our family of 5. Our boys love the view, pool and the proximity of the beach!
