Beautiful, safe, comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Communication was seamless, as was the check-in and check-out process. Lisette was wonderful, answering any questions we had. The home itself is spacious, very clean, and has everything you need and more for a great vacation. The beds were so comfortable, and the rooftop deck was wonderful to sit on in the mornings and the afternoons! The pool at the residence itself was amazing after a long day, and we also went in the pool for the complex, which was quiet-we had it to ourselves every day. We ate pretty much every meal at Costa Mia, which was wonderful! Their frozen cocktails at the walk-up were a fan favorite as well as the virgin pina coladas for the kids. We’d love to return to this house! Perfection!

All good except for street construction.

This home and the location is absolutely amazing. We have 3 kids- 8, 11, and 14. We stayed here for 6 nights and had such a great time that we plan to go back next year. The house is right across the street from the beach. The beach has coral reefs just offshore you can snorkel to. We brought our own snorkel gear and did this everyday. The house has everything you need- beach towels, chairs, basics for the kitchen. We had coffee every morning on the rooftop and watched the sunrise. The neighborhood is lovely and safe with restaurants within walking distance. Others have said that the road is noisy. We only noticed this on Saturday night. I think the area is much busier on the weekend. It seems like many locals frequent the area and there are many RV parks nearby that I think locals go to to get away for the weekend. We used the private pool every single day. It is small but our family of 5 played and hung out in the pool no problem. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. There is AC in the living room and each bedroom. Lizette responded to our questions really quickly! Love this house!

We loved the Condo that we stayed in. Everything that a person could possibly want in a vacation rental. The inside was just as the pictures showed but the outside was even better then you could imagine from the pictures with our own private small pool and the Complex's pool was right across the parking lot from our front door. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!

We loved this property! One of the nicest ones we have stayed in through VRBO. Lizette was very responsive and accommodating. The townhome was very safe and close to many restaurants. Seven Seas beach is across the street. We had everything we needed including great outdoor space and a grill!

We loved everything about our stay here - the house, the location, everything. The house is beautiful and our kids loved the pool. Beach right across the street. You can snorkel right out to a coral reef and see hundreds of fish. We brought our own snorkel masks so we could just go everyday without having to rent. Beach is empty in the morning and got more busy as the day went on. We plan to go back to Fajardo again and hopefully stay in this same place. We loved it!!

Other than the necessary construction right in front of the condo we were extremely pleased with our 1st vacation to Puerto Rico.

Wonderful home! The pool was fabulous and used multiple times each day. Very clean home and property. Six of us were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

Incredible communication, start to finish…beautiful home in a very quiet, gorgeous setting. Had all we needed for a great getaway! Comfortable beds, great spaces and we also loved the pools. Neighborhood is very friendly and safe, we were able to hire a boat to Cayo Icacos for the day, and ventured into Old San Juan and the rainforest as well. It was a perfect spot to get to all of our adventures and also just to sit and relax in the evening. Costa Mia was great for all of our meals and delicious drinks and we also went to Las Vistas Cafe for an incredible breakfast! Would love to return!

This is a first-rate vacation treasure at Siete Mares Beach. WHAT WE LOVED: *Lizette, our host. She's first-rate, responsive, and helpful. *House furnishings: good quality and attractive (No IKEA junk) *comfortable beds *The private heated soaking pool with colored lights and waterfall. (Note: some reviewers called it a hot tub but that's inaccurate. It doesn't get that hot, and it's not supposed to. *The lovely patio outside the dining area. We spent more time there than in the living room. *The third floor terrace with views of the ocean. *Well appointed kitchen CONCERNS *Location: The townhouse is just across the road from Siete Mares Beach and next door to Costa Mia Restaurant. Hence, it's extremely convenient. However, we didn't care for the road noise (motorcycles, cars without mufflers, loud music) which was quite audible, especially in the master suite. After the first night we used earplugs and kept the windows closed. We then slept well with no problems.

A wonderful home to stay in and we saw that this unit really was the best on this complex. The top floor deck was wonderful for our morning coffee and the patio on the main level was perfect for gathering in the evening. Great stay, would love to go back!

This property offered beautiful sea views from the rooftop terrace, a variety of outdoor spaces and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful.

The private pool and upstairs view were excellent. Owner was accessible and responsive. My only suggestions would be to provide 2 gate keys and put a cover over the pool pump to help muzzle it while running.

The townhouse was very clean and we enjoyed and private pool and roof top deck that overlooked the ocean. It was close to the things we wanted to do in Fajardo.

Fantastic house! The proximity to the beach couldn’t be any better! Very clean & spacious with a well equipped kitchen, bring detergent if you plan to use the washing machine as that is not provided. Plenty of room for lounging during down time. By far our favorite part was the pool which was larger than it appears in the photos. 100% would stay again.

This was a beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed place to stay on our vacation and we are so happy that we found it! The host, Lizette, was fantastic - very welcoming, helpful and hospitable. The furnishings are artistic and tasteful, and she has included a number of thoughtful touches that made our stay that much nicer. The pool was a great feature - we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is PERFECT - right across the street from the beach and next door to a great local restaurant. There are other very good restaurants within walking distance, and you are only a mile or so away from the kayaking outfits that go out on the bioluminescent bay tours (highly recommended). We could not have been happier with our stay and would absolutely love to come back again!

Great location. Close to everything. Quiet neighborhood Beds were comfortable, and great water pressure in the shower. The pool was nice at night and then the rooftop patio was a great place for a night cap and to watch the stars. could have had actual beach chairs but we made do with what was there.

House is exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 4 with two teenagers - they appreciated having their own bedrooms. We enjoyed the patio and roof deck but our favorite spot was the pool. It was a perfect way to relax and cool off after active days. House is in a great location across from the beach and with plenty of restaurants close by. Our favorites were La Estacion, El Pescador and Costa Mia. Fajardo is convenient to a lot of activities. We would definitely return!

House was close to the beach and in a central location for several activities and trip to Vieques. Well set up for cooking at home and taking in the sunrise and sunsets. Weekends are busy and a lively downtown. Weekdays were quiet. Overall a very good experience.

This rental was great! Prompt communication upon check in when I had questions. It provided ample space for my family of 5. The kids (16, 15, 11) loved the private pool and my husband and I loved the rooftop. Walking distance to a restaurant with great walk up service for bar drinks and empanadas with beaches across the street with watersport rentals.. There was a beach umbrella and a few beach chairs provided (some where broken) but it would've been nice to have a few floats, boogie boards or noodles for the kids.

Villa Tranquilidad is a wonderful place to stay when experiencing Fajardo and Puerto Rico. Very well equipped, great spaces and amenities, and close to the beach, water activities and some excellent eateries. Lizette was welcoming and responsive. We had a wonderful experience and hope to return again!

Our family of 5 were very happy with Villa Tranquilidad The townhouse is spacious, and the two outdoor patios are even better. The ground floor patio is right outside the kitchen which makes it easy to get anything from the kitchen. The rooftop patio is even better as it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is perfect just across the street from the beach. Even though the private pool is small, we used it way more than I expected, as our 11 year old loved it and we had 3 people in it often. A couple things we learned/discovered - Because the rooftop patio is so nice, we much preferred eating dinner there instead of going to a restaurant. We went to the restaurant next door and ordered carryout and it took an hour to get our food. The food was good, but my family was hangry by the time we ate it. Secondly make sure you take the family to the Hidden Beach - Playa Escondida. At the western end of Seven Seas beach you will see a trailhead. When you get to a T, turn right. You will reappear at a rocky beach but keep going. Continue past the trail to Playa Colora and you will arrive at Playa Escondida. On the hike you will see more crabs than you have ever seen in your life and they are fascinating to watch. My wife and i would take morning walks on the trail just to watch them. Its about a 15-20 minute walk from Seven Seas Beach. Overall, Villa Tranquilidad is a wonderful place and I highly recommend it.

This property has some very nice outdoor space: a patio to eat outside, a small private pool (ask the handyman Edwin how to make it warmer, we didn't figure that out and it was sometimes chilly) and a roof with a lovely view of the ocean. It is next to a beach, Seven Seas, which is narrow but pretty, popular with locals on daytrips, so it really comes to life at weekends. It is fairly uncommercialized, just a restaurant and kayaks for hire (highly recommended!) Edwin, the handyman for the complex is an absolutely amazing guy, ask him about any problems you have. He even (temporarily) fixed our rental car when it went over a pothole and absolutely refused any tip!

This home was perfect for our holiday get away. The home had ample room for 2 couples. We loved spending time on 1st floor patio/pool area in the mornings and on the roof with beautiful views of the ocean in the afternoon/evenings. The location is right across the street from the public beach and close restaurants. A short walk will take you to quieter beaches as well. Lizette was very responsive and addressed any questions we had quickly. We would definitely stay at this location again.

I started a new tradition with my kids & granddaughters last year to go on a Christmas vacation instead of presents. This year was Puerto Rico. Lizette (the owner) was AMAZING! When we arrived the house was decorated for Christmas and was immaculate! It was homey and you can tell from the moment you walked in the love they put into making it home. My granddaughters loved the plunge pool. My 5 year old learned how to go underwater and swim. 🤩 I loved the rooftop deck. I sat up there every night and enjoyed the breeze and a cocktail. We struggled with transportation because the rental cars were OUTRAGEOUS! $2500 however You definitely want a rental car in Fajardo. We did get a recommendation from a neighbor at the pool to call Glen who had a taxi service. Glen & Carmen were great taking us were we wanted to go but also very expensive. The food was ok everywhere we ate but nothing fantastic EXCEPT FOR Las Vistas cafe! It is a must! Great food, service, and views all around!! The only negative was we all love to snorkel and every beach we went to the tide was too rough however very beautiful. Culebra was the prettiest beach and we took the ferry over. Rough ride but worth it. Suppose to be the best to snorkel but again tide to high but absolutely beautiful. All in all we had an amazing Christmas vacation!!!
