This was a beautiful house with absolutely everything we needed for a break away. Very quiet area and the horse is very friendly!

Excellent family vacation with our adult kids and their partners. Rowland was a great host, excellent communication.

The property was stunning and allowed for a lot of relaxation. The house was big enough for each guest to take space. Shadow was a huge hit with our toddler, and of course the pool slide! The only downside for us was the spiral stair case to the master bedroom. We are smaller people and struggled getting up and down with our toddler, bags etc.

It was great apart from disappointment that we weren't advised of a power outage (replacement of a power pole). As it was a planned outage, the host must have known about it. Apart from that we agreed we would love to stay there again - everything else was perfect for us.

We had an amazing family get away here. Quiet, peaceful, and perfectly accommodated our large family group. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Make sure you bring mosquito spray.

The Estate & location is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved Shadow, the horse & he loved the attention. Our stay for a week was brilliant with a couple of issues with not being on town water & couldn't use the bath due to muddy water & the pool needing attention.

Lovely spot for extended family stay. Was raining during our stay but there was plenty of space for us all. Beautiful area and the kids loved feeding the horse carrots and the pool. Only thing to note is that the stairs to master bedroom are very narrow and not for those with limited mobility and a bit difficulty with young kids

A spacious and well presented property with all you would need for a successful stay. The resident horse, kookaburras, lorikeets, wallabies and the occasional chook or two were all welcome distractions for the children.

The whole experience of staying here was amazing and perfect for the whole family to come together. It was quiet and tranquil, but so close to everything The house has everything we would ever need. It felt like home. Communication with Rowland was great

We were in Coffs for a sport tournament - two families staying together plus some grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space. Kids loved the pony and the pool with slide. Convenient to all if Coffs but quiet and peaceful place to stay. Very well equipped. Thanks for a great weekend!

We came from all different parts of Australia, and everyone enjoyed the stay and location. Will book again sometime.

Property was as described. Everything was as it should have been. The home however (inside and outside) was in need of a good clean.

Our extended family of 11 couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to wind down and relax. All the different sitting areas and outdoor spaces, the pool room, the decks, the horse, all the wildlife - just a beautiful place all round. A bit too cold for us to use the pool but it’d be fantastic in summer. Communication and check in was such an easy process. Highly recommend!

The house was very easy to get to, great location very close to beach, parks and shops and short drive into coffs harbour. Scenery was stunning and waking up to the kookaburras and friendly horse waiting for her carrot was fantastic every morning. There was ample linen and towels for everyone and beds were toasty warm and very comfortable for the middle of winter. If i had to fault the house, it could have been cleaner. Nothing major but could definitely do with a detailed clean. Also there was nowhere secure for our small dog to stay outside aside from in the pool area which isnt ideal. Overall a great stay with family, thankyou.

We stayed with another family and there was something for everyone. Games room for the tweens and teens, fire place for the adults and 2 living areas Kitchen has plenty of cooking equipment and good knives which is unusual Shadow the horse was lovely and appreciated all the carrots he was given, so gentle

This is a beautifully presented, exceptionally well equipped home that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Close to local attractions but tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac that allows you to escape the world and just enjoy. From the games room/bar and media room to the decks overlooking the pool and paddocks, there is something here for everyone. Loved feeding a few carrots to the very friendly resident horse as well as having the kookaburras landing on the deck to say hello. It’s just magic! Rowland is a wonderful host and is very quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended. Sapphire Beach Acreage will not disappoint.

The property is located in a quiet cul de sac .The local kookaburras are very tame and seem to know when breakfast lunch and dinner time should be. The Grandchildren loved the pool and slide while the adults loved to sit by the fire at night and have a chat between games of pool in the games room.The kitchen was well equiped and the oudoor enterainment deck has ample outdoor furniture for relaxing and taking advantage of the views of the gardens and beautiful tall trees lining the property.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend tis property to Families looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay.

Very pleased with the accommodation. It suited us very well. However a few areas we thought needed attention for the next guests. No gas in BBQ bottle No matches to light the BBQ as a backup, wood fire or birthday candles Seats on the lounge was badly in need of cleaning under the cushions No bulbs in the bedside lights in the room with the trundle bed and the room upstairs Rinse aid and paper towel needed Coffee pods did not fit the coffee machine.

What a lovely home to spend a family holiday in. We had a lovely time at this house. The bedding was comfy and the pool was amazing (where we spent most of our time). We really enjoyed the slippery slide into the pool! The games room with pool table was a great addition to our enjoyment and we loved the spacious and lovely decorated main bathroom with the spa bath. Moonee Beach Market shops were very close and the serenity of the property with the wake-up to the birds singing was just what our escape needed for our relaxed time away. The only thing that was disappointing not to know beforehand was that one of the ensuite bedrooms was at the top of a narrow spiral staircase, but we managed once we rearranged our assigned bedrooms. (I must also add that there was a step inside the upstairs bedroom that created a fall hazard if you missed it). Best to be forewarned. However, a very enjoyable stay nonetheless for our family of 10. Would highly recommend the stay for a big family get together.

A great house to stay in with a large group & a nice private property.

We had a group of 13 and the house had plenty of room and everything we needed. The pool was great and the serenity was awesome. The horse was an added bonus 😊 Would definitely look to book again.

We had a big family holiday (13 of us + 2 dogs) at this rollicking holiday house in Sapphire. It was so well equipped, and the beautiful pool is surrounded by lush tropical plants and incredible scenery. Plus it's a really short drive to Moonee Beach Plaza, with everything you need shopping-wise, and a short hop either into Coffs Harbour or up to beautiful Emerald Beach. Row and Shelley were great at communicating with us and helping out with a couple of requests. A wonderful extended family holiday!

Large family accommodation in a great location, close to shops and town in a bush setting. Lovely relaxing outlook and swimming pool for the kids. Plenty of space for our large family group, communication with owner was good, very supportive and responsive when needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous long weekend in the house. Fantastic for a big family group. Good size rooms and great games room. Outdoor deck area in the sun was well used. The new nursery and cafe in walking distance was a surprise bonus for morning coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.
