Easy to get to everything and right by a fishing dock.

My family of 4 recently stayed in this unit and overall had a good experience. Check-in/ check-out was very easy and it was easy to communicate with management. The location is great! You are close to the beach, short drive to Johns Pass, mini golf and the main strip. The complex itself is nice and we spent a lot of time in the pool with our kids. We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with water views. There is a washer/dryer which was helpful with 2 small kids. The unit matches the photos and has everything you could need for a comfortable week there. We did have some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that were addressed by management. If the unit has been cleaner, we would have had zero complaints about our stay.

We also watched the dolphins there one morning. The screened-in porch was a bonus. We loved spending time out there in the mornings & evenings, watching the boats. The only negative thing that I will comment on is the cleanliness of the condo. It was really dusty, and definitely in need of a deep cleaning. It’s a beautiful condo, with really nice updates, but in desperate need of some attention. There were no beach chairs at the condo, as listed, but a quick text to the property manager was all that was needed to fix this matter. 2 new beach chairs were left inside the screened-in porch, while we were out. I had read another review about how dusty the condo was, but wasn’t deterred by this. I would definitely stay here again, but really hoping that some well needed attention will be given when cleaning this beautiful condo.

madiera Beach is a nice place to visit

Yacht club was great location to Madeira Beach and all it’s amenities. Property was clean and appeared to be just remodeled. Had a great time.

We arrived on July 17 and our property was not ready until 6;00 pm. The first impression of the rental was nice: spacious, modern and updated. However, even after a requested second cleaning, the place was dirty: there were ants in the kitchen and bugs in the bedroom. The oven was filthy and covered in rust and dirt. Around the stove was a lot of dirt , too. The refrigerator was not working and during our whole stay was never repaired. We received a tiny hotel size refrigerator to use , but for a family staying in Florida in the summer, that was just way too tiny. We could either store food or water, and ended up drinking like warm water for a week. Property management was not helpful and attentive at all. You can never reach them, only send them a text message to which they will eventually reply. Their pest control consisted in leaving a spray bottle of Raid on the terrace. Never heard back when the refrigerator would be repaired. After submitting Photos of dirty spaces, there was no additional cleaning issued. We ended up leaving one week early and filing a claim with VRBO. Property management is not willing to give a discount for all the inconveniences caused . Look for a rental that is not managed by ITrip vacation rental.

Great location for adult vacationers, with view of waterway and close walk to beach, grocery, and restaurants. Property management team was polite and responsive when contacted.

To sum it up, we loved every minute and the location is amazing!

Overall a nice property. Some minor issues with a broken screen and no wash clothes but were easily resolved.

This was a very easy check in process which is nice due to Covid. The place was just as advertised, nice and clean and plenty of room for the 4 of us but could have had room for 6 (just would be tight). Nice easy walk to the beach and access to food in walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

Check in was easy. Responses were always received within minutes. Neighborhood is nice and we could walk to everything. Beach, grocery, restaurants, and shops. 3 of us ladies stayed here and the unit was exactly what we needed. Screened in porch was nice to sit and watch the boats go by. 2 bedrooms and a den so we each had our own sleeping area. Will definitely be going back.

This property was perfect for 2 couples. There was plenty of space for privacy. Decor was lovely and well thought out for the beach effect. We sat on the screened in lanai every day and also by the dock over looking the bay. Stores were walkable and the beach. Would highly recommend this property.

Overall good. It needs a good cleaning under all furniture. The dust was overwhelming. The kitchen leaked. Someone came to repair it but it still leaked. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever. They are sleep number beds but they leak air. The master fan is so loud I could hear it downstairs. The unit is listed as having 2 baths yet there are actually one and a half. This was a disappointing discovery after our very late arrival. The listing also states a full-size washer and dryer which they are not. They are apartment size stackable. There was supposed to be a marked gas grill which there was not. There were 2 there but one was raked by the HOA as unsafe and not to use. The other one had no markings so we were unsure as to which unit it belonged. The furniture needs a good steam cleaning. For the good parts. The unit was well stocked. Nice TVs but very confusing how to operate. It would be nice to have one in the 2nd bedroom. The third bedroom was a total waste of space. It would be nice to have a true master suite instead. We enjoyed lots of linens, proximities to the beach and shopping. Probably the most used space was the screened porch.

We had a lovely time at the 315G condo at Madeira Beach Yacht Club. There were a few minor maintenance issues but nothing that greatly affected our stay. Some light switches weren’t working, light bulbs out in the bathroom, faucet handle in upstairs bathroom was not attached and the bathroom smelled musty. The master bedroom bed is a sleep number bed. The right side of the bed lost air throughout the night which made my husband’s sleep a bit uncomfortable. None of these issues were concerning enough to make complaints during our vacation. The condo was very well appointed, beautiful decor and felt like home. We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and cooler. The pools on site were great. We were not informed that the hot tub and fitness room would be closed for maintenance which was an inconvenience since I intended to use the fitness room. We enjoyed the views of the water from the condo and the easy access to the beach, bay and nearby stores and restaurants. It would have been helpful to know what the key hanging by the door was for. It turned out to be a gate key for pedestrians to leave and return to the gated grounds from other areas of the yacht club. The small room attached to the master bedroom was undergoing some trim work on the floor but seemed to be a nice use of space if needed although there is no privacy as it does not have a door. The closets and shelving were great throughout. We appreciated the washer/dryer and all of the appliances in the kitchen. Overall we would definitely rent this condo again.

Property was nicely decorated and clean. Hardwood flooring is beautiful. Nice view from screened in porch. Murphy bed in Master bedroom sitting area was nice bonus and very comfortable. King size Sleep Number bed in Master bedroom was not too comfortable. Location to beach was great- Archibald Park Beach Access. Winn Dixie also very close. Madeira beaches are great and not crowded like other beaches. This was our second time visiting Madeira and we will be back. Was not happy that a separate VRBO FEE charged to my account was not disclosed in the total charges- and I read all disclosures. I knew there would be a VRBO fee but thought it was factored in the fees disclosed or the rental rate was increased to cover it. Even after I made the reservation and received my confirmation and itemized receipt, it was still not disclosed. The first time I learned of it and the amount was after it was charged to my account. It should be more clearly disclosed.

We were very pleased with the unit , had a bit of a hard time figuring out the cable TV, other then that , enjoyed our stay very much , would recommend it

Very nicely decorated but a little pricy for the complex

This property was comfortable and the furnishings were up-to-date modern. It is a second floor unit and the bedrooms are on another floor up. Good exercise. It is located near one of the two pools in the complex and right on the intercostal waterway with a nice gas barbecue & picnic table facing the water and boats. The grounds in the complex are impeccably kept. It is a five minute walk to the Madeira City Beach on the Gulf where one can walk the beach for miles and/or rent chairs and an umbrella. Several restaurants, a Winn Dixie, CVS, and shops are within walking distance so one could get along without a car. A trolley stop is a five minute walk. The trolley takes you several miles up the beach on Gulf Blvd with stops along the way. We rented a car and were within ten miles of many good restaurants. St. Petersburg is a 30 minute drive and worth visiting for the many galleries, museums, cultural events, and good restaurants. We had occasion to call maintenance a couple of times and they were very prompt and friendly. Although the Yacht Club is in a very busy area, the condo was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful three weeks at this condo in Madeira Beach.

Overall, the condo was very nice and well appointed. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, things to do, and transit. Very safe and secure, in a quiet spot. Great seafood at the Key West Shrimp Co., just 2 minutes away, and very good food at the Gulf Bistro, just around the corner. Beach access right across the street, 5 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at Madeira Beach Yacht Club in unit 315G. The condo was exactly like the pictures showed, and very well equipped. The only thing we couldn’t find was an electric mixer so we bought one and left it in the unit for other renters to use. We had a few problems checking in but everything was taken care of immediately. The only problem (and it was a real problem) was the WiFi. It was extremely slow. It was so slow that it wouldn’t back up our phones the two weeks we were there. We do plan to come back to this unit and would recommend it.

Beyond my expectations. Fast service or rather immediate service if there is a problem. The place we are staying has everything. Extra perks are offered-swimming pool, exercise room, sauna and some free admissions to local places of interest. I can walk to the beach.They were able to find me exceptional rates, and I would highly recommend them. PERFECT!
