Had a wonderful weekend at this property. Definitely echo other reviews that it was the cleanest and best stocked rental we have stayed in. Wonderful location waking distance to town, which is extremely important given limited parking in lower town during busy fall weekends. A quick note that stairs in the home would definitely be tough for older adults or small children.

The place was incredibly clean and organized. It is very basic but exactly what we needed. We met Eric our first night there and he gave us suggestions for places to eat and chatted with us for a bit. My husband and I would stay here again if we came back to Harpers Ferry.

The apartment was perfect for our group of 4 friends. It was amazingly clean and well organized with everything we needed. We loved using the balcony deck with a beautiful view. The location is great too within walking distance of all Harpers Ferry has to offer. The owner Eric welcomed us and let us know he was available close by. A wonderful experience!

We had a great weekend at this home. Downtown Harpers Ferry is an easy walk away and the house itself was clean and bright with a nice mountain view off the deck. Erik was very welcoming and a great communicator — would definitely stay here again!

We rented this property last minute for weekend getaway. The owner was very quick to respond and friendly. The house was very clean and well maintained. Great location, walking distance from downtown harpers ferry. Overvall we really enjoyed our time there and will stay again!

Great location with walking distance to restaurants and quick drive to trails. Everything you need is here. Kids loved the loft. Gorgeous Mountain View’s and friendly responsive host.

This is the perfect rental for younger families with kids - they even had colored kid plates...as long as your kids are old enough to navigate spiral steps. Owner is incredibly responsive and even let us leave our cars a bit after check out to squeeze in one more hike. If you're looking for an easy rental with all the basics provided, this is it. Admittedly it's not overly decorated or fussy, but with young kids that's perfect. Thanks, Erik!

One of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in. Truly great accommodations. Well stocked. Gorgeous views. Wonderful location within walking distance to great restaurants.

The property was clean and well maintained. 6 guests is a bit tight but doable. I missed that their was no living room, although there is a sofa and TV in the second bedroom/loft area. The kitchen seated six, but not the outdoor table. Didn't end up being a problem for us. We enjoyed seeing Harper's Ferry, kayaking close by, and Antietam battlefield. The Oktoberfest in Lovettsville was the same weekend and was fantastic! Erik offered to bring over his firepit so we could spend evenings outdoors. You enter through the kitchen and a spiral staircase takes you to the second and third floors.

This property is in a great location for hiking, river activities, or just general sightseeing in Harper's Ferry. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Check in and check out were very easy. Property was very comfortable and clean. I recommend this place if you want to visit Harper's Ferry.

The property is SO WELL STOCKED which is awesome. The layout of the house is a bit different than expected but it works. We had a great time and it’s so close to many things. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The location is just a short walk to town and hiking trails. The place is very clean and well stocked. You couldn't ask for anything more. Erik and his family are really great people (they live close by) and very willing to help with anything you may need. The Rations Cafe, a short 4 minute walk, has really good coffee.

The property itself was great... ample space in the kitchen, the bedroom, and the upstairs room. It was pristine clean on our arrival. Walking distance to downtown Harpers Ferry.

Very nice guest house close to Harpers Ferry. Owners proactive and helpful. All the amenities you need. 1st floor with bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and small area to eat. Not really a living room. 2nd floor with bathroom and nice master bedroom with deck. Third floor with trundle bed and “family room.” For those with younger children, we ended up having to split the kids up between 2nd and 3rd floor, as having them above us ended up being too noisy.

We stayed in the two rivers guesthouse for a long weekend in October. The home is very nice and exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely clean upon our arrival, has hardwood floors throughout, and is bright and airy. It’s situated on lot with another home and is at the high point in the neighborhood with beautiful views from the second and third floors. The third floor sitting room/second bedroom is only accessible via a spiral staircase while the second floor master bedroom and bath are accessible from the outdoor deck as well as the spiral staircase from the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed to make a homemade dinner, but the home is also within walking distance to several eateries including a good pizza place! Downtown Harpers Ferry is wonderful- there is so much history and nature in and around the town. Check in and check out were simple processes- the homeowner is very accommodating. Great home in a wonderful area!!

Looking for one "last hurrah, hurrah" of summer before our kids headed into the busy new school year, we decided to venture out for a long weekend to Harper's Ferry, WV. Our family along with a couple of our kids' friends stayed at the Two Rivers Guest House. I was so impressed with how incredibly clean and well-furnished the home was upon our arrival. It was so wonderful to retreat back after a day of tubing on the rapids! Oh how I absolutely enjoyed (and will miss) embracing the spectacular views from the top deck while enjoying a glass of wine in the evenings. Not only is it quiet and peaceful, you're centrally located to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk about the town, go to the park, visit shops and grab a bite to eat without having to drive. A must visit is to The Canal House Café! The food is amazing, fresh & perfectly prepared. Each of us truly enjoyed our meal, and were fortunate to hear some fascinating ghost tales from our server! We left with so many great memories of our trip, and already thinking when we can plan our return. One thing is for certain, when we do, we will definitely want to stay at The Two Rivers Guest House!
