We absolutely loved the house and the location. Simply beautiful!

Wow! Location on the lake and access to the lake and the State Park was awesome. Bedroom & bathroom situation worked out fine for the grandparents and two families. Neighbors were terrific and the neighbor hood dogs kept the grandchildren amused.

We really enjoyed our second stay at this property. The location is unbeatable and the house is very comfortable and well designed. We plan to go back next year.

Couldn’t rave enough about this place! Perfect location- on a lake with loads of outdoor space for hanging out! My extended family came in for Cornell graduation and the house made it! Room for all, super clean and comfortable. Cindy is a great host and wax accessible for questions!

We had a great time visiting this house! There were eight of us coming for a long weekend in wine country and it was the perfect size for our group. The location was perfect-right on the water with a great dock to enjoy some time on the water. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

The house is lovely but the location is amazing! Cindy's house is situated in a prime spot on beautiful Seneca Lake, a short walk from a park with a beach and playground for the kids, and a short drive from many wineries, breweries, and restaurants. Also convenient to Watkins Glen and Ithaca. The house is well equipped with paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. Watch the gorgeous sunsets over Seneca Lake from the private dock or the covered patio area. Cindy always responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions. We loved our stay!

We had a great vacation at this home on the lake. Cindy was very helpful with information and assistance during our stay. The house was very roomy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The road is very quiet. Almost every day we used the state park for a walk, the playground, or a picnic. We enjoyed the sunset every night from the front porch or dock. There are so many vineyards to choose from within a short drive. We'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun relaxing vacation.

Cindy’s property was very accommodating for our two families. The place was spotless, plenty of linens and towels(beach towels too) toiletries. The kitchen was lacking cookie sheets, blender, crockpot and every day slices. The convenient-close lake access was delightful, no steps!!!!!

Cindy was a great host and quickly responded to questions. The kayaking, fishing off the dock, swimming throughout the day, and the incredible sunsets were just a few highlights of our vacation. Hope to return in 2023!

Our group of 8 adult family members loved our stay here! The house was super clean, open, spacious and updated. Super comfortable spaces and furniture (which has been lacking in other rentals) We loved the patio and the dock area for coffee and wine. Enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, after a gorgeous sunset. Really would like to keep this place a secret! It truly is a gem. and we loved our time here.

My husband and I spent the weekend here with a few of our friends and we had the best time. The place was super clean and updated and there was more than enough room for 8 of us. The outdoor space was beautiful!! We enjoyed using the kayaks and jumping off the dock into the lake. We loved using the fire pit at night and cooking out on the outdoor grill. The house is conveniently located to lots of wineries as well. Everything was wonderful and we hope to be back in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was very accommodating and answered all my questions within a hr or less. The home is beautiful, clean, and has everything you would need to be comfortable and feel at home. The view is beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous. We can’t wait to go back again.

We enjoyed our stay. Cindy is wonderful and accommodative. House is spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed swimming and boating on the lake. Just remember to bring water shoes as the bottom is rocky. Watkin Glens and Taughannock Falls State Park is beautiful and kids friendly. Spotted Duck, an ice cream place, has the cutest setting and kids can feed the chicken/peacock. The curtain is not blackout so bring eye shade if you like to sleep in.

This house worked out great for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 4 kids (ages 11- newborn) and there was plenty of space. The bedrooms are larger than the photos indicate. The photos and description are very accurate. The house is on a quiet street, the neighbors are very friendly. Cyndi and her husband were amazing! Quick to respond to communication, whether it be a quick text or their assistance needed at the house. The dock was wonderful! The table on it made for perfect seating and fishing use! We spent lots of time jumping off and swimming with the kids. At the edge of the dock the water is about 6 feet deep. That being said, bring water shoes as there are lots of rocks and thing in the water both there and the shallow beach access from the edge. We rented a boat for a few hours and we're able to park it right at the dock! There is a small grocery store about ten mins away. It had everything we forgot food wise or that we needed to replenish. We also found a great pizza spot as well as some ice cream! The park down the street is beautiful! Has 2 very nice playgrounds and swimming access. Took maybe a 3-5 min walk to get there. We had a great time despite some questionable weather! Would definitely do it again!

Absolutely wonderful location! House was clean and beautiful and owner was very responsive!! Loved the area and the proximity to Lodi state park to dock our boat. Will definitely be going back!!!

My family and I said the minute we left thay we cannot wait to return to this house and Seneca Lake! The house was clean and comfortable for the 10 of us!! We loved to have the access to the lake and dock every morning day and evening. Cindy’s property was amazing both inside and out. The house was clean and completely stocked with cooking utensils, towels, etc… The house was roomy perfect for our family. The lake view was gorgeous and my kids loved the level lot. There were kayaks, a paddle boat and a paddle board. The sunsets were breath taking. We will definitely return to the area and stay here. Thanks Cindy, you were we a great host.

The house is super clean and well equipped. Every time we communicate with Cindy, she always response back very quickly. The house has a dock on Seneca lake and the view is great. Also it is next to a park. There are several wineries nearby. It is a very nice stay! But if you want to fishing, just need to set expectation. I heard you need to use a silver spoon with hood on it and sink the hood to very deep to get a big fish.

We loved this home! Being brand new, everything was in perfect condition. It was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need. The kids enjoyed rides in the paddle boat and playing at the park at the end of the street. We enjoyed evening campfires and hiking at Watkins Glen (about 30 min away). It was a relaxing get-away!

Our family never vacation at the Finger Lakes in NY and we were a bit hesitant renting a house for our large group, sight unseen. But the photos on line were true reflection of the property and the property manager was excellent orienting us to the area. We had a great trip

This comfortable property provided the perfect setting for our weekend getaway with 6 couples. Plenty of room to spread out and privacy for each couple. Large common areas for meals and games. Cindy was easy to deal with and responsive.

This was the perfect setting for our family reunion. Very clean property with everything we needed. The dock, boathouse, kayak's and paddle boat along with the game room and multiple games provided endless hours of entertainment. The owner's were readily available to provided anything we needed and to take care of any issues. We had a little one that needed a pack-and-play and high chair and the owners were able to provide that also. We go to different locations every year for our family reunion and everyone in our family said this was the best one yet. Thank you Cindy and Mike!

Easy booking. Great communication. Perfect place for family bonding. Many necessities supplied. Friendly receptive owners with no intrusive events. Near impossible to rent boat though boat launch available. Large campfire area with 2 gas grills & multiple chairs for all size persons. Lots of running area for kids. Comfortable bedding w/ceiling fans throughout working with air conditioner to cool rooms. Gas stove brown cabin & electric in beige house. A sunset, breathtaking!! Limited hours of operation local businesses. Walkins Glen 20 mins away, best I’ve been in. Corning Glass 35-40 mins away. DK ranch 10mins with excellent horseback riding experience though reservations needed not accommodating large group. 1 week is not enough. A definite repeat destination especially if boat provided even if cost extra...... Thanks for the memories Cindy & Mike.

Simple to rent through Vrbo and once connected with owners it was even easier

The two houses were perfect for our big fam! The large fire pit was great for end of day relaxing. There was a lot of lawn space for the kiddos to run around and play. We had everything we needed for 4 days of fun. The lake was a short walk, down a concrete path next to the owners lake front house. We used the dock for fishing, swimming, and watching sunsets. A great time was had by all!

Cindy was a great host. We had four couples and everyone enjoyed the houses and location. Very close to some of the best wineries on Seneca.
