Host is very responsive & helpful. Very clean place. Nice to have kitchen & bathroom stuff like oil, Salt, pepper, soaps etc. felt homely for an apartment. Communal pool & spa weren’t warm enough to use. The off street car park was such a help! And beds & bed linen - super comfy. Thank you !

Have just returned from a 3 day stay in the well appointed Koonya apartments.
everything was spotless on arrival and it was so refreshing to have decent linen on the bed and nice fluffy towels, something I find is often over looked. Would defiantly recommend this apartment to others .

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for a weekend with friends & could have not asked for a better location. Quick walk to Main Street & Hotel Sorrento and the beach is just out the door! We were welcomed with a bottle of red wine and some chocolates, perfect after a long week. The apartment was spotless and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Koonya Apartments Sorrento. The apartment was brilliant and exactly as described to us. Five stars for service, cleanliness and location. It was brilliant to be able to walk everywhere. I would absolutely recommend Koonya to all my friends and family - really beautiful accommodation.

The apartment was fantastic - very spacious, quiet, with all mod cons including a huge TV, washing machine, fire and coffee machine, a superb kitchen, lovely comfortable beds and set in a perfect position overlooking the beach and near to Italico (superb Italian) and numerous great restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We had a fabulous stay and Mary Anne was incredibly helpful all the way through the booking process and throughout - in particular helping us receive our emergency passports after they were stolen in Melbourne. Highly recommended and hopefully we will return soon.

We loved our family stay at apartment 11, very clean and spacious and it had all amenities you could ask for. Brilliant location with shops and beach only meters away. Highly recommend.

Excellent position and very large 3 bed unit near the beach...100m. Quiet position and a short walk up the hill, 200m , to all of the shops and Restaurants. Secure parking, huge kitchen and bathrooms. Would return again for our next holiday there.

We booked this apartment for long weekend break and couldn't be happier. Lovely and clean, every little extra thought of - we particularly appreciated the high chair and portacot, but also the well equipped kitchen. Spacious lounge rooming generous sized bedrooms could easily accommodate more than our party of three. Dealing with the owner was also a pleasure.

We had a girls weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The weather was cool and the fire kept us all very toasty and relaxed. The location was perfect to the shops, beach and restaurants. The apartment is very open and has everything you could need. It was quiet, secluded and safe. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and modern.

We loved our stay at the Koonya Apartments. This modern apartment was spacious, light-filled with lovely indoor and outdoor living areas. It is in a great location, within easy reach of the beach and shops. Great spot for walking to The Baths for the wedding we were attending. Complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice touch.

Thanks Mary-Anne, for a great weekend! The apartments were beautiful, very clean and extremely comfortable with excellent facilities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Main Street shops and right across the road from the beach. We appreciate the excellent service and will definitely stay at Koonya again. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Beware! This ground floor unit showing its age, is large and relatively clean but very, very noisy. There is a paper thin separation from the unit above and every step and conversation from above is heard. We (husband and wife) experienced thunderous noise from at least 7 people above during our stay. It went on until after midnight and began again before 6am. We were forced to flee. Additionally we requested a refund for the disturbed nights (2) and the balance of our booking (2) which was initially agreed in writing by the owner, who then changed her mind after we had left.

we loved our stay, the apartment was a beautiful, great size and nice and close to the beach, Sorrento Baths and also shops and resturants. Very happy with our stay and would recommend it was perfect!

Fabulous apartment with all home comforts, so convenient to everything in Sorrento and an easy walk across the road to the beach (makes life easy with 2 sandy children!). We had a wonderful time. If only the indoor pool was heated a bit more (freezing!) it would have been perfect. We would definitely recommend it highly to friends and family and would love to go back again.

What a great apartment for a girls weekend! Thanks, we had a great time and loved the winter special with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolates, $20 dinner voucher and late checkout. This place is located very close to the buitifil beach. House contains every thing you want and it is super luxury.I recomend this place for any one specially those who wants to have quite restfull holiday.good luck.

Mary Anne was very pleasant to deal with and always quick to return emails or messages. The location would have to be 10/10. the apartment was clean and all facilities provided. The only thing missing from the kitchen was a pantry but we managed.

Beautiful apartment, tastefully furnished and fitted out with everything a family needs for a fantastic holiday. Little touches such as wine and chocolates on arrival were a hit with kids and parents! Apartment is in brilliant location. Mary-Anne, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Koonya Apartments. Mary-Anne is lovely and very easy to deal with. The Apartments really are a home away from home. You rarely get much for your money these days, but Mary-Anne has thought of everything! Even a coffee machine, with pods included.(I packed a bag of toys for the kids, but they weren't even looked at as there were more interesting toys at Koonya). The Apartments themselves are extremely clean and tidy, and in a perfect location, walking distance to the main street, park and ferry.We highly recommend Koonya Apartments for your next visit to Sorrento!Thank you :-)

AAAAA+ superb property. We had a beautiful 2 night stay, wasn't enough, will definately be back! The apartment is flawless, clean, fully equipped, very luxurious and comfortable. Perfect location, park the car securely and you really don't need it again. Walked to the cafes, boutiques and beach. Heated pool and spa are fantastic when the weather is cool or raining. Thank you Mary-Anne your communication from start to finish was fantastic, professional, helpful and honest, a pleasure to deal with. Great to deal with the owner direct. Excellent will highly recommend.

The property was a great location (practically on bay beach and a very short walk to the shops). It was clean and well set up and on the ground floor which suited us as we have young children and my father (who has limited mobility) also came with us. The only stairs Dad had to deal with were 8 at the main entrance. There was enough space for 3 generations and the owner was very helpful, even responding to an SMS at about 11pm on our first night there (sorry about that!) We had a great stay and would definitely consider booking again.
