My siblings, mom and I had a fabulous time staying here while we got a chance to spend quality time together and enjoy all Tahoe has to offer. The property is beautiful with many amenities and the unit was perfect for us! It was clean and a great space. Communication with the owner was great and I felt very prepared for check in and knowing what was offered to me onsite. Thank you for a great time!

We only stayed 1 night but were very please with the amount of activities going on at the resort! There was so much to do for families including a pool, tubing, roller coaster, and ropes course. The gondola ride was beautiful and scenic! Would definitely recommend for couples or families looking to get away!

Great location. Central and able to walk everywhere. Valet parking was smooth and fast. Condo was modern clean and perfect for a family of 4. Quiet at night. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed relaxing by the fire. Close to hiking trails.

If you want to spend some time in South Lake Tahoe at any point throughout the year, and have great amenities available, then this a is a great option. Better value than booking with the hotel as well as some other places nearby that don't offer as much.
We mostly try to find different places every time we stay here, and this one would definitely be a place we'd return to.

Reservation was to celebrate “Cino de Mayo”. Unexpected and very intense storm occurred during travel but because of reservations, we went anyway. Abundance of snow and freezing temperatures cancelled majority of venues and wise people remained inside warm shelters. South Tahoe was almost empty.

This place was very easy to stay—check in was easy even with ski equipmen and the one bedroom villa offered enough space for our family of 4. Location was perfect—it was right at the gondola and the propert offered ski valet if skiing multiple days so you didn’t have to lug skis back to room. It was right in the middle of Heacenly village and walkable to restaurants and shops in the village. The property amenities were great—Heated pool and hot tub, ability to use gym locker room after check out and plenty of those luggage carts for easy check in and out.

Great spot for being super close to heavenly. Nice one bedroom with small kitchen and laundry - pretty much has all you need. Gas fireplace in the room. The hotel can get crowded, but otherwise recommend.

This is out 3rd time staying at this wonderful property. We always chose the 1 bedroom Villa. We never end up getting the same unit twice but they are exactly the same, just reversed in some cases. These units are beautiful and are fully stocked with everything you need plus washer/dryer which is very helpful. The Lodge is located in the middle of Heavenly Village and is close to everything we love. The Gondola for Heavenly Valley Ski Resort is right next dooor. The lake is less than 1/2 mile away. The staff is super friendly. Can't wait until our next visit.

This Marriott property it is as nice as expected of Marriott properties. Location is right there at the Gondola and heavenly ski shopping area. The only thing that would cause me to hesitate to stay there again is that there is no self parking, as there were sometimes delays in being able to retrieve the car. Other than that, very nice stay.

Such a great place to stay with a little one. Everything you need is within walking distance such as Starbucks, restaurants, shops and more. We stayed in the 1 bedroom facing the gondola which had plenty of room and well equipped if you’d like to cook all your meals in. Overall a great experience, we will definitely return.

It was my wife and I’s first time away from our 1.5 year old. It was absolutely amazing. The room was perfect and had all the amenities. Only downside was car charging. The hotel did not charge our car as promised with the valet service so we had to go to a super charging station down the road. The valet stated that they had several people ahead of us in line and not enough car charging ports. Please be mindful of that if driving an electric vehicle.

Celebrated our 20 year anniversary from where we got married. Wife and I were able to reminisce all the spots. Enjoyed Chart House (reception dinner) Harvey’s (chapel where it all started), and the Italian restaurant where our rehearsal dinner was. Was able to walk to everything from this location (Heavenly villa area) and casinos. Lake is not a far walk but just wonderful to enjoy everything by short jaunt.

This is the perfect stay for skiing and boarding. The free ski/board storage is steps from the gondola and off to the slopes. The immediate area is surrounded by shops, food, drinks and live entertainment. There is also an outdoor skating rink, a movie theater, and Raley's market within walking distance. We alternated from in room cooking to sit down dinning.
