Great views great location

The wrap around patio doors providing amazing beach view are the best. Overall clean, well appointed unit. Sunnyside Properties communication and check in/out was great. We've rented beach condos for years in different locations and this ranks as one of the best for us.

Condo is excellent beachfront property! Viewing the sunset from the balcony was wonderful! Very spacious and roomy. We stayed for four weeks in Jan/Feb. Very convenient walk to the South Village area's stores and restaurants. Although we enjoyed our time there, some things could be improved. The beds/mattresses need replacing. Some new lamps/lighting would add brightness to the condo (a couple of the lamps were broken). An overall, fresh paint job of the beige walls would brighten/lighten up the place. The woodwork needs fresh paint. Just freshen up the place. Overall, a great location and place for an extended vacation! Would return to 402S!

Good size condo. Owner needs new mattress in All bedrooms. Furniture was falling apart and the tile was not properly installed and was cracking when walked on. My friends stayed in n201 and everything from furniture to amenities were superb. This will not keep me from coming back because it is an awesome location

Place was super secure, easy to find, centrally located and best of all BEACHFRONT with a beautiful view! Condo is very clean and comfortable, first night a/c wasn’t cooling enough but was immediately taken care of when I called Greg on a SUNDAY! No problems remainder of the stay! Would stay again and again! Great value for the location!!

Excellent across the board. We had a minor kitchen plumbing issue, but Greg was organized and had it handled within a couple days. Overall, very pleasant stay with superb location and views.

Perfect place! Amazing views! The only reason 3 star is partially my fault for not reading the extended print accurately. I thought bedroom #2 had one queen bed and 2 twin beds, when in fact there was one queen bed and one twin bed. The other was a blow up mattress, in which the two in the closet both leaked and our son ended up on the couch. The property manager brought us a new air mattress and took the 2 leaking ones away. I can only assume they aren't used and people didn't let them know they had leaks. The other oddity I thought was they did not provide hand soap. So we had to go back to the store just to get hand soap for the sinks. Other than these issues...the place is a little piece of Heaven and if we venture to SK again, I certainly would stay here again.

This unit worked fine for us... not too happy about drinking from plastic glasses, but otherwise just fine.

The unit was clean and well kept. The beach view is great and the location is good.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the beach location. Walkable to restaurants and shops.

The view and balcony is very nice. I think the pictures make the space look smaller then it really is in most areas. It seems the master bedroom and secondary bedroom are reversed. Master uses hallway bath and secondary bedroom with two beds uses walk-in closet and larger bathroom right in room. It didn't pose us trouble since just two of us. A few of the appliances could be updated but functioned well. Couch was usable and comfortable but cosmetically wore at the ends. The bench at the table has some splitting of wood. There were a few areas where we had to wipe down some missed spaghetti sauce and an odd marking along the entire lower wall of the smaller bathroom. The first an second night we unfortunately had some problems with palmetto bugs. However, between us and a response staff it ended on the second day. The unit did furnish start supplies and was a very big help. Laundry room is just down hall and clean (not used much by others).. Additional utensils and better pan would be nice. There is only one small elevator and with the covid restriction delays should be expected (very understandable). In case the elevator was under repair could be a problem for the elderly or those with mobility issues. Overall, we enjoyed our trip very much. We would say this unit isn't for us again, but if it is in your budget you would probably find it adequate. A few small things and the unit could really be something special. Enjoy Siesta!

We had a great relaxing week, highly recommend the screened in ocean view lanai. The only issue we experienced was the Internet & TV were not working. Greg returned our call the next day and promptly fixed the issue. Many little extras, games, books, beach towels, coolers ect. I would definitely return to this perfect location.

When we entered the condo for the first time, our breath was taken away with the view the second you walk in. The condo has all you need for your stay, kitchen stocked with all cooking and eating needs, beach towels, coolers and beach toys. We were sad to leave and know the beautiful view is something we would not wake up to in the morning.

We love Crescent Arms and Crescent Beach. Unfortunately we were hit with red tide for most of the week. I was disappointed that the condo didn’t clean up the dead fish at least once a day. After smelling dead fish for three days straight, another vacationer grabbed trash bags and shovels so we helped him clean the fish up. The county finally did come and rake , but three days was too long in my opinion.
