Was very clean and nice location!

The location is perfect, next to evrything.

I booked a family studio that should have: iron, tv, cooking stove, wifi.. none was found or does not work. - No room service - No cleaning, I asked once to change the towls and I felt embarassed - No desk 24h, just a small shop in the ground floor that closes early dor siesta. - wifi very weak and doesnt qork most of the time. - they don't come to clean in the morning or at least give you tools to clean yourself. We were walking in the dust in the bedroom for 3 days. - I asked her for a taxi, she gave us a wrong number. - we sleep with cockroches as you can see in the photo I uploaded. - no shower gel or soap refilling. - the night lamps on both sides of the bed are stronger and brighterthan the main lighting, so we had to sleep in the total dark. - Tv with scrambled satellite image, the other tv in kids room has no remote control. - air conditioner water sinking in the balcony. - No iron although it is mentioned in the booking. So I had to wear my compredded clothes from my luggage just like that. - they daid they have breakfast on demand. - the room just worth 30 or 40 euro at best, I asked them to order the guy told me you have to come yourself 2 miles away to take it in the morning and there is no delivery, and thia costa 12 euro per person. Just because the rooms are located in kanali beach while their affiliated restau-cafe is in town. The day we left, I just threw the keys without saying goodbye, it's useless to make a point. And I don't want this presumed "Hotel" to contact me or to apologize...I will show off all my anger. HORRIBLE and RUBBISH for 100 euro /night even for free don't go there. I regret

everything. rooms never entered by staff even to show us room. multiple problems. flooding, dirty, trash not emptied for four days. no room cleaning in any way.

Very clean with all necessary facilities. Amazing location. The port was 5-10 mins away. Canali Beach opposite the hotel was amazing.

No lift. We were traveling with an infant and we were climbing everyday to reach our room which was on the 2nd floor.

clean, good location, good shower, good service, kind and helpful host.

sometimes noisy, broken toilet seat, smelly duvet in the closet that made my clothes smelly too.

Very close to the beach.

They have not sent my receipt. I paid cash they had no receipt to give ,they said they would email the receipt and we have not received anything, I emailed and requested to resend the receipt and my email bounced back. I found that dubious.
