The worst “hotel” I’ve stayed. The pillows had mold stains. NO wifi at all. Bed uncomfortable. Walls/doors and shower super dirty. Towels looked like they found them in the dump. Toilet was leaking. AC wasn’t working.

The place was really nice and close to all the stores and literally a block and a half from the beach. The only issue i had was my room smelled fishy, i booked 3 rooms and mine smelled fishy i bought my own cleaning supplies and it kinda helped. Other than that everything was great staff was really helpful especially when we had issues with my booking of one of the rooms they accommodated my handicapped parents.

plumbing broke no water to take a shower and toilet no water so we paid for nothing they never apologized and fixed the plumbing

The facility itself is lovely. The decor and archicture is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The pool was wonderful, though could have been better if it was heated.

They did not have COVID safety measures in place. They advertised that rooms were being left empty for 24 hours between stays and that was not true at all. They had to clean all three of our rooms as the previous guests were leaving, which caused a late check in. On the day of our departure staff were outside our rooms 1 hour prior to the check out time because the incoming guests were anxious for us to leave so the rooms could be cleaned. They advertise wifi in every room which is not accurate. There is spotty wifi outside the rooms, but little to no signal inside. They advertised coffee makers in every room, but apparently all of them were broken. When we asked about our coffee maker being broken the staff at first said "Why do you have one and what did you do?! That was the only one left that was not broken.". Overall we enjoyed our stay, but felt that they advertised amenities that were not available, and the lack of COVID precautions was disappointing.
